Excellent quality frames for any purpose

I initially ordered several satin black picture frames from Art To Frames for family photos. However, upon receipt of the product I realized they were much nicer than the online photos of the frames reflected. I started framing degrees and credentials for professional office with this frame and finish. The finish of the product is very nice so you can use the black satin in a formal setting or a casual situation. I like the streamlined look that the frame and glass create. This is one "Made in the USA" product that is competitive with the imports. I placed multiple follow-up orders with Art To Frames and the customer service is first rate. I was able to special order frames cut to size for some of my husband's Blue Angels' photos. This custom service can be done very quickly using the sites online tool for frame and mat selection. The company has mats in every possible color and will help you figure out how big of a frame and mat for the pictures you are framing. The shipping fees are reasonable and well worth it. I have ordered at least 25 frames from this company and every one has been delivered in tact with professional packaging to protect the products. I have not ordered anything but the black satin finish but will give the other options a try.

This is a great frame. It was so easy to put together

This is a great frame. It was so easy to put together. The plexiglass and backing are held down by little metal bits (the kind that you fold up, then fold back down). I didn't even use the hanging hardware - I just rested the whole thing on a single nail on the wall (that's how I hang my paintings). I read many bad reviews for these frames, but for the price it's a great frame. I knew ahead of time to expect plexiglass and painted particle board. There was a slight nick on the back of the frame, but it's not visible and that is to be expected with inexpensive painted particle board. If you want a truly high quality wooden frame, then go pay over $100 at a frame shop. I even looked at Michael's for a frame, but it was going to be over $40 and I didn't like the selection (even with a coupon, I didn't like what they had). I'm very happy with this frame. My poster looks great. The only thing was that it arrived with the box bashed in! However, it's packaged so well - kind of 'floated' inside a bigger box, that the frame itself was undamaged. The box damage likely happened in transit.

Instant art, great value and style

As the price and reviews suggest, these are not expensive frames. However, they have great style and were a terrific value for the price and my needs. The joins all looked reasonably good. The installation was a breeze. I bought 5 of these frames to install my newly purchased Flatstock 48 (SXSW) greatest hits in a back stairway. One of the plexiglass panels had some gunk on it, almost thought it was a scrape at first--but a little goo gone took care of it, and the rest of them were clean. The frames are not deep set, so perfect for posters. The packaging was very secure yet easy to deal with and dispose of responsibly (only the plastic straps into the landfill--but instead I made a cat toy of them--the rest was recyclable). I would encourage any one with reasonable expectations to give these a whirl. I have a whole hallway of art for less than $300, and only half of that was these terrific frames!

Perfect and NO scratches

Bought 8 of the 18x24 Satin Black Picture Frame 1.25" Wide and 100% happy. The size was perfect with no overlap from the frame covering the poster. No scratches or scuffs on the plexiglas or wood! Packaged new with protective coverings on both sides, and very well packed. Will defiantly buy again from ArtToFrames.

I like this frame a lot

I like this frame a lot. I was surprised how fast it got to me as well. The frame is fairly sturdy and well made. The packaging it comes in is super larger but protects the glass perfectly from damage. I would buy from this again.

High quality, simple frame. I keep buying more!

I have about 10 frames by this brand in multiple sizes and colors. All are very high quality. A couple notes: -boxed for shipment very carefully. All components are wrapped so there is minimal possibility for damage during shipment. One frame had scratched plexiglass because it had a missing film. Other than that I’ve never had any with shipping damage -I have a white frame and there are small gaps on the front where the sides meet. It’s minor but noticeable. It doesn’t bother me. -smaller frames have glass and larger have plexiglass -mounting hardware depends on size of frame - you’ll get wire with larger frames Overall very very happy with this brand. Will continue to buy in the future!

A quality frame that is well priced (came with awesome packing)

I have been shopping for framed scenic wall posters to decorate my home (which as you know, are quite expensive!). During Christmas time, a bright thought flashed in my mind: "why not I use my own pics, that I have taken, during my vacations using my own SLR?", when I saw the poster printing offers at Sam's club. I attempted one of my hi-resolution scenic pictures and got a 24"x35" poster from Sams Club. Wow... that was my "aa-ha" moment... I couldn't believe that it was my own picture! I made up my mind to print more posters! Then came the challenge of finding the right frames for the various sizes of posters. This is when I discovered Art To Frame on Amazon. We ordered these Classic Mahogany Frames, in different sizes, for the posters that we printed. All the frames got delivered last Friday and it took me no time to my posters into these wonderful frames and hang them in different walls. Top class packing, thanks to the professionals of Art-to-Frame - they know what they are doing. Here are my thoughts & points: (1) Well designed package material, tightly secured frames inside the box. The frames are pretty much "floating" inside the box. There is no way they can be damaged (unless someone stamps on them). All our 5 frames were delivered in excellent shape. (2) The frame material material is well worth it's price. Art-to-Frame has a frame for all your needs. (3) The plexi-glass makes the frames light weighted. In my observation, both "real" glass and plexi-glass have same amount of reflection; however, if you prefer a light weight frame, you should go with plexi-glass. (4) All frames with the needed hardware for hanging them securely on the wall. I would recommend using a cordless drill, with a thin 5/64 drill bit to make the holes, for securing the screws. Be careful and be gentle - excessive power will destroy the frame (as they are light weighted) I am planning to order a few "decorative" type frames from these Art-to-Frame folks. They have a frame for all your budget (be it small or big). Together, Amazon & Art-to-Frame form a super team! Keep up the good work guys! Best Frame I've Ever Bought

I have no idea where to begin how awesome this frame is. I have been creating diamond posters for about one year and have purchased frames for many of them. #ArtToFrames has won my service hands down. The 10" x 10" Gray Oak - Barnwood frame comes in a very study box nearly twice the size so it is safe during shipping. The hardware comes with the frame. Though unattached, I reason they do that so because they have both wire and sawtooth hangars. Thus, it's easier for them in their processing to simply include one or the other. I plan on calling to see if I can get the wire hangar. If not, I'll simply go to hardware store. Thus, I'm glad they didn't attach the sawtooth hangar with which it came. The best part, though, is the frame itself. The frame is very sturdy and comes with a thick piece of glass. Other frames I've purchased from other companies have been very cheap material for more money. This frame is worth every penny and more.

Very pleased, ordering more!

I need several frames that look good but are readonably affordable. This fit the bill to the letter! The quality is actually better than I expected for the price. Instead of glass, it actually has very hogh quality plexiglass that LOOKS like glass. Not the cheap plastic-y stuff from the discount stores. Over all, I am very pleased. I am not even going to bother with trying other frames because I am so happy with these. They were very carefully packaged, clean, neatly assembled, and nicely done. They had plastic wrap around the frame to protect the paint and corners. The plexi-glass has a peel-off film protecting it from scratches. The fram was braced in the box so that no matter how a delivery person might mishandle it, the frame is safe. And the cardboard of the outer box is heavy-duty and sturdy. Seriously, stop shopping around, this is the frame you are looking for.

100% satified

When I received this frame, I wasn't happy with the plexiglass (no protection film). I contacted Amazon support (Chevy). A few days later, I received a new plexiglass ( with protection film on both sides). Now I'm a happy customer! Thank you Amazon, Thank you Art to Frames.
