Fit Size
Very nice pants waist size I went up one size, and fit perfect. I just finished washing and drying to check for shrinkage, they fit just the same. These are loose fit which make them breathable and not straight and tight on your thighs like the pants girl wear. Boys and skinny pants you not be use in the same sentence or even worn. If you want some comfort these pants will be a great buy. I Recommend these and just bought a second pair, and place two other colors in my cart.

Good pants, just watch your sizing .
I've been wearing Carhartt clothing for a long time. Still the best work pants but Carhartt sizing has changed. They are using less material in their products. I used to fit into to Relaxed Fit and they were very comfortable, not anymore. I had to purchase the B11's. A little baggier than I would have preferred, but they are o.k.in the waist and crotch.

Didn't pay attention
Normally I wear the double knee carhartt pants, thought I'd just buy myself another pair. I bought these on accident and I'm very happy I did. For the times when I don't need knee pads, these are way more comfortable, they feel a little bit thinner but no lesser in quality, they breathe well, plenty of room to move around, and still very durable. I recommend ordering 1 inch bigger for waist size, much more comfortable, I have a 32 inch waist and have big legs so I went with the 33 inch pants, very happy. Killer deal, will definitely buy again.

LOVE THEM!
Pros: Quality, tough material, sewn perfectly and solid. Made to hold up. LOVE THEM. The colors are vivid. Cons: Baggier in the legs than what my husband was used too, but he got used to it. And because they are work pants, they are a little too thick to wear casually in the summer and Make my husband hot quickly.

Great for CCW!
As others have noted, these are cut large except for the small waist, which makes them........just right!, These are great for hard work and hard play, with great pockets for CCW while engaged in activities. The roomy, deep pockets easily accommodate a pocket holster without printing. I’ve been wearing these regularly for close to a year; they’ve held up great but are still a little more stiff than I’d prefer. All in all, good value.

For those that wear the work gear
You work 8-16 hours/day....5-7 days a week...and travel to and from the jobsite. Why cut corners on your work gear? Hey I lived with second hand clothes and wally boots for years. 30 years of winters, good gigs, and smarter guys to learn from taught me to work comfortable. Good work gear breaks in tough but lasts for years. "Work smarter not harder". Carhartt stands up to grit, concrete, oil, fuel, and wears in to the way you move. If you ever got a good shot of concrete on your gear you know how fast it eats away your bibs or jacket. You wrench guys know about fuel and oil wrecking your gear....especially in the winter. You welders are brutal and my gear sports all those burn holes that don't stop fraying. Point blank...I get more life out of my Carhartts than any other gear....And I've tried em all. You can buy what you want....I really don't care.....But let a senior guy tell you from experience that Carhartt makes good gear.

Built tough, and fit me well.
Everyone's fitment is different, so I can't comment much on that. The pants themselves are made very well, and appear to be very tough. When clean and new they are completely suitable for our business-casual work environment. As a mature grown-up, I appreciate that the pants are not acid stonewashed distressed faded and ripped. They are new. They are stiff. I can't wait for them to "mold" to my frame. Not only *would* I buy these again- I already have.

The best
Sturdy, durable and great for winter! Husband (Timber- born and raised in Minnesota) works outside 50/% of the time. He thinks they’re great, asked me to order 4 more. For those saying it’s a thin cotton it’s just not true. Paintings are done on canvas which the pants look just like but without the primer or paint. If they are very stiff when you get them that is a good sign.

Still a great pair of pants
These classic Carhartt carpenter's pants are still a top grade product. However, I don't like the sizing and fit quite as much as I do with the same product from Dickies. The Carhartt's 'Original Fit' is a quite a bit baggier than the Dickies 'Relaxed Fit.' At 5' 10" 185 pounds, the 34 X 30s were slightly snug in the waist but baggier and slightly longer than expected. Where as the Dickies 34X 30s fit damn near perfect. There is noticeably more material throughout the leg and and about 3/4 inch more in length. I grew up in the 90's and I understand a baggy jean as much as the next guy, but now that I'm in the shadier half of my 30's I'm looking for a slightly thinner look. The materials on these jeans are more heavy weight and superior to those on the Dickies but their materials and fit 'n finish are pretty solid as well. This is still a solid, durable pair of pants worthy of just about any jobsite. And I'm gladly keeping this pair, but in comparison with the Dickies, I prefer their fit and their lower price point makes up for the drop in materials quality.

Normal length was way too long!
Carhartt produces quality wearable items. They are made to survive the wilds of outdoor/indoor rugged work and play! as long as your size does not change, you will have a Carhartt item for many years. And for that reason is why I have not purchased one of their items in many years. And with this said, it was the reason why the size I went with for these pants, were way too long. I went with my normal inseam, and found, when I tried them on, that the length was past the end of my foot to my toes. I have a size 13 foot! With these pants, you may want to consider going with a size smaller in length for these pants. However, if you start with your normal size, as I did, they are easy enough to return. Amazon provided free shipping back. So save the box when you receive the pants. So for quality of the pants, and ease of return, as well as fast shipping, I gave it 5 stars.
