I, too, had been using the throw aways for years. My large loaf pan is a pile of junk! Always burned the outsides, never cooked the insides. I trusted the good reviews of these MINI loaf pans and am so glad I did! One batch of banana bread (or the like) made 3 perfect mini loaves. They are very sturdy and while say non-stick, mine stuck. ;) I will use a generous amount of spray next time. The loaves weren't completely cooked at the starting time, so I set it for 10 minutes. Even when opening the oven to check (and find out they were still runny in the middle) they still turned out PERFECT! No sunken middles or gooey anywhere on the inside. We are also in high altitude and I have lots of problems with my recipes turning out even (mostly baking). Again, these were PERFECT! I can't wait to stop wasting $$ on the disposable tins and use these babies all the time! Oh, and one more thing. When I rinsed the tins out after taking the bread out, the little residue left on the tins RINSED OFF with water!!!!! =D

Bought 2 sets of these to make mini loaves for my children's teachers. Worked wonderfully - bread came out well and didn't stick to the pan. Easy to clean as well. 3 pans = 1 regular loaf. Baked for about half the amount of time as a regular loaf.

Our hot southern summers make baking a challenge. It's too hot to turn on the big stove oven! But these 3 little pans all fit perfectly in our Black & Decker CTO6301 Digital Advantage Stainless-Steel 6-Slice Convection Toaster Oven. So now we can have fresh bread or cake anytime! Use any recipe that makes 1 loaf or 1 layer and divide it between the 3 pans. I spray them with 'bakers spray' and everything pops right out with no sticking. They are very heavy and super easy to clean. I was amazed at the excellent quality! I have not put them in the dishwasher. Here is our favorite (versatile) quick bread recipe: 1 1/2 cups plain flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup granulated sugar 2/3 cup vegetable oil 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 8-10 oz of fruit, chopped or diced, with juice * * Use peaches, strawberries, blueberries (stir these in frozen), pineapple, apples, etc. Add spices to your taste. I have used shredded zucchini and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts with cinnamon and it turned out great. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. (If using the above noted toaster oven, put rack in lowest position.) Spray pans with baking spray and sit aside. Sift the first 3 ingredients together into a mixing bowl. Mix in sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla (I use #2-3 speed on the kitchenaid for this.) Batter will be VERY stiff at this point. Stir in fruits (with mixer or spatula) and divide batter between the 3 loaf pans. Stir through batter to make sure there are no air pockets, then smooth top with spatula. Bake for 30 minutes. Invert onto a wire rack to cool. Let cool completely before slicing. (They get firmer, like pound cake after cooling.) You will get 4 very large slices, or 6-8 normal size slices from each little loaf. We usually eat 1 loaf, freeze 1 loaf (just wrap with foil), and share 1 loaf with a neighbor. This recipe freezes well. Let the wrapped, frozen loaf sit overnight on your kitchen counter and it will taste just baked fresh in the morning! I can't wait to use these pans to make gift basket goodies for the holidays. Buy them - you won't regret it. They are wonderful!

I like to bake banana bread or other quick breads. It's nice to be able to share, and these mini loaf pans are perfect for making individual size loaves that can be given as gifts. The pans are non-stick and the bread pops right out. I made banana bread a few days ago, and for using the smaller pans, you will want to reduce the cooking time. I baked three small loaves Wilton Recipe Right Non-Stick Mini Loaf Pan Set, 3-Piece for around 30 minutes, instead of the 60 minutes for a single full size loaf.

I love Wilton products. I needed another set for when I make a double batch of banana bread, so these are perfect. They evenly brown the bread and the bread is easily removed (I always spray them with Baker's Joy before adding the batter).

These are the perfect pans for mini loaves. I love that I can make 1 recipe and keep 1 loaf and send the rest to my neighbors. The mini loaves are also great favors for parties and showers, and they are a big hit at any bake sale.

I like WIlton baking pans and these little darlings are no exception. Just so you know for future reference: 3 mini loaf pans = 1 standard load recipe. The thickness and finish of these pans seems to work perfectly for producing just the right side "crust". The pans clean easily - keep in mind that I neither have nor want a dishwasher so I can't attest to the wear of the finish if cleaned in a dishwasher. For the price, I don't think you can get a better pan.

I bought three sets of these for my 90 year old mother, who loves to bake. Her hands don't work the way they used to, so she has trouble greasing and cleaning her baking pans. These pans are smooth on the inside, and the release coating works well. The size is perfect for making gifts for her friends in her housing unit. To top it off, they nest together in a compact stack. A week does not pass that she does not thank me for her great pans.

perfect, just what i needed. i hate the pans with the ridges or seals in the pan or even worse, along the inside lip of a curve of the pan that never gets quite clean. these have none of that, they are completely smooth and very easy to clean. i use them to make smores. break a bar of chocolate up and put it in the bottom. put a layer of marshmallows, i prefer the large and this pan will hold 6 large marshmallows, 8 if you cram them in. put it in the toaster oven or regular oven on 425. you have to stand there and watch it cook because it's just a split second between perfectly toasted and on fire. after that i put the little pan on a plate with a stack of graham crackers for dipping. pretzel sticks are great for this too. delicious, gooey treat in less than 10 minutes.

Bought these on the recommendation of cookbook author, JL Fields. I wanted to make her banana bread in the air fryer and she suggested using these mini loaf pans. Just love the mini loaves and how I can make a small amount of cake/bread using these in my air fryer - not over eating and no over-heated kitchen.
