Happy chinchilla!

My chinchilla loves this hay. He is happy to occasionally find the treat of a carrot, though there aren't tons of them in the bag. That makes sense to me, because the hay is supposed to be the main purchase. It is perfect for me, since chinchillas aren't supposed to get too many extra treats and with this hay I don't have to worry about overdoing it.

Rabbit's favorite hay

My rabbit absolutely loves this hay. Though she was no more excited about it than any other hay, after a few feedings she started relating the occasional dried carrot with the hay and now she jumps around me grunting whenever I reach for this hay bag. As soon as I start loading her hay basket, she starts digging in it trying to find the dried carrots. I wish they were more regularly distributed in each bag, but I understand there are some limitations to that. Often you'll find all the carrots in the bottom or middle of the bag. But each time my rabbit finds one, she is very happy and it does seem to stimulate her to eat the actual hay more than other brands. I hope Amazon can keep this product in stock. It's more expensive than equivalent hay brands per unit, but I find it's worth the slightly higher price.

Great for guineas and rabbits

I use this with my two rabbits that are outdoors and with my two guinea pigs that are indoors. It always smell fresh when I open it. I have never had a bad bag and its very easy to pull a handful and feed our animals.

Sparkles loves her timothy hay! And it’s a giant bag so we won’t have to buy any more for quite a while (or ever since she’s already six years old)

If she like it I'm happy, she didn't throw it everywhere that was a good sign, she ate it.

perfect hay

We typically get this same hay but without the add in of a vegetable for my guinea pig however with a bunch of stores remodeling around us, I could not find this size bag and really did not want a large bag. My guinea pig ate it (then again she really did not tell me if she liked it better or not) so it served its purpose.

great product

My rabbits love love love this stuff. After reading reviews about standlee hay I bought a big box. My rabbits won't touch it after a month. I used one of these little bales to fill up a little wooden manger, both sides of litter box, Wire hanging hay feeder and little ball hay feeder. Took about a half a bale for all of that. As I was putting it in my bunnies were tearing at it before I even got the old hay out. Don't fall for the trick that expensive hay is better. These little bales are cheap but my boys love love love it.

Our pigs LOVE this stuff

The one thing that seems to bring our pigs out of their hiding spots consistently is this hay. Just put some in the hay bin and wait, they come running once they smell it. They can't seem to get enough of this stuff!
