Great product

My husband and I love using this for sore/tight muscles. We had first experienced this when we went to the chiropractor after we were in a car wreck. He used it on us to help with the pain we were having from whiplash. It helped so much that we went home and bought some for us. I especially love the roll-on type because then I don’t have to rub it on with my hand and run the risk of accidentally rubbing my eye or something and transferring some of this to a more sensitive area of the body. My back and neck especially get really knotted up sometimes, and this works wonders to both relieve the pain on contact and also help relax my muscles over time. We are on our third bottle now, and I cannot say enough about how much I love this product. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has muscle pain/aches! Works great,especially for my headaches

Biofreeze is amazing at helping to relieve any type of sore muscle pain you may be having. One thing I learned recently from working at a neurologists office is that it can also really help headaches. Just run the biofreeze all over the back of your neck, forehead and temples. The cooling really helps like I am holding ice on my head and neck. I also use this for mt lower back and hip pain. Thank you for making such a great product.

Best Pain Gel

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this this pain gel is. I have had two spinal surgeries and can say I have tried every cream, gel, hot/cold patch on the market. This is the only one that actually helps with pain and also seems to loosen muscles. I have been using it for years. They sell it in various ways gel, spray and roll on. I prefer the roll on because your hands dont get dirty, you can apply it yourself and it its easy to carry with you. The gel has a slight scent when you first apply it, but it fades quickly. If you are looking for a pain relief gel, this is the one to get.

Roll on is the way to go!

Biofreeze helps with stiffness. Roll on takes care of the mess. I had two thickness (rotator cuff) tears in my left shoulder. I was in a lot of pain and unable to have surgery. I have used Biofreeze regularly, along with stretching and band exercises. Within 5 months I was out playing golf...still no surgery...and I feel 80% better. I plan to continue what I’ve been doing and hope to heal completely.

Biofreeze Pain Refief Gel, 3 oz Roll on Original

I love this product. I never thought a roll on gel would relieve my pain. I have tingling in my feet and it can get really painful. Bio freeze to the rescue. This really reduces the pain and many times after using Biofreeze the pain is gone. It's difficult to fall asleep if you are in pain but this product will help me get the rest I need. Recently I hurt my back and again Biofreeze to the rescue. I would put it on before bed and within minutes the pain was gone. Biofreeze is easy to use. Just roll it on where it hurts. After a minute you get this cold sensation which last maybe five minutes and then the pain starts to go away. I just love this product. I will never be without it, that's how much I believe in the product. If your on the fence about purchasing this just do it. Best product I have found that releves pain. Also comes in a spray, a roll on, a gel or as a wipe. The wipe is easy to put in your pocket or purse. I have tried all of with the exception of the wipe.

Very good temporary muscle/joint/topical pain relief

I've been using Biofreeze for at least 6 years and wish I had stock in it. I have a great deal of musculoskeletal pain in many areas and this gives me very good temporary relief from the musculoskeletal pain. It has to be reapplied frequently depending on the severity of the pain. I've tried many other topical treatments but found Biofreeze to be the best for me. Personally I like the roll-on the best. Also, they make a spray that you can use to spray on your back as it can spray up side down, but be careful not to get the spray in your face (turn your face in opposite direction of where you are spraying). It also comes in colorless (the colorless roll-on is in a white bottle with green stripe and lettering, the colorless is in white bottle with silver stripe and lettering. Hope this helps.

This is my favorite product in terms of minimizing muscle soreness. I do not use it for arthritis so I can't comment on that, but it does provide temporarily relief if you are sore from working out. My boyfriend is a power lifter and this is one of the only products that truly helps him recover. We have tried the cream, but prefer the roll on for travel purposes to and from the gym.

Relief

I read an equal amount of good and bad reviews. This was my first time trying it and it works for me. I live the ease of a roll on I can reach anywhere I need to like the back of my neck, lower back and triceps. I have a very physical job and love yard work. And being "older" I get sore and stiff and the usual discount store creams don't seem to help. I feel instant cool relief from aching and stiffness. I recommend.

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!

I go to the chiropractor 2 times a month and pain management, this was recommended to me by both Drs for my neck injury since I can not afford to miss 6 weeks of work for surgery. It works so great, much much much better then icy hot and does not irritate my sensitive skin. I use it 4 times a day along with k-laser and compression's 2 times a month. Since using Biofreeze I have not had to take any pain med. I just love it. It smells in the beginning of application but fades away quickly but continues to work great. I Use it at work and no one can tell.

Awesome product for natura pain reliever

Our runner daughter uses this. She had been using a cheaper brand, but wanted to try this after girls at a running camp had this. She loves it! I also have an old knee injury, which flared up the other day. To be able to go for a walk, I have it a shot. It worked!!! Within 10-15 minutes my pain was gone! It lasted quite a few hours. Will order the bigger pack next so we have this on hand
