Great Lamps and Great Customer Service

I ordered 2 of these lamps for my children's bedrooms and they are perfect. We love the fact that we can adjust the brightness. I initially ordered 2 and one came damaged (not sure what was wrong with it, but ti didn't work and we did change out the bulb). I called the customer service line and explained, and we had a new one at our doorstep the next day. Great customer service!

So far, I love it!

I was a bit hesitant to order this, after some of the negative reviews I read. However I am very pleased with my lamp. Shape and color are very pretty, the light works beautifully, and I will let you know if I notice any difference in the air-quality after some use. I am posting some photos of the lamp, both bright and dimmed. (My dog seems very interested as well).

EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS

I really like this lamp. I was not feeling too confident in the purchase but really wanted a salt Himalayan lamp. When it arrived it was much bigger than I thought it would be but once I put it on it was beautiful and very relaxing. The wood matches the wood on my nightstand so that added to the overall pleasing aesthetic. Far exceeded my expectations in every way. The packaging was also on point. No complaints. It has been a month now and it is still my favorite. Will consider buying another one.

No changes yet, but I still love it!

I read up on these lamps quite a bit before purchasing. I have terrible anxiety and seasonal allergies, sometimes problems sleeping. We have several computers, smart phones, tablets, and anything else electronic you can think of in our household. I know that one little lamp isn't going to make a difference. I have this next to my bed and it stays on 24/7. I turn it up during the day and down at night to sleep. It's only been a few weeks, and I'm not sure I've felt any difference. It's a gorgeous little lamp, so if I don't feel a change, that's ok. Mine arrived well packaged in a quick manner. I LOVE IT!!

Gifted this exact item to 3 different people!

I have to say I love this product! I think it completes my room. It is a TRUE salt lamp! It’s salty on the outside ... and very pretty (photos attached). I’m working on hiding the cord so I’ve placed a nice framed print in front of it. This item has different settings for the desired brightness factor. I keep mine about halfway bright.

Calming and Relaxing Salt Glow!

I love this salt lamp! It cleans the air, soft dim glow to a bright glow. I can keep it on through the night. I have one in my master room, kids room and family room downstairs. This salt lamp is very soothing and calming especially after a long day of work....I Ask Ok google to play some jazz. Just as relaxing while reading the word!!! Great addition to a baby nursery. I brought a few more over the years as gifts for family for Christmas. It is inexpensive, non toxic and creates ambiance in the home. The pictures shows one in my room, one small in the kids room and third pic, big one in family room. I love them all!!!

I was looking for a good lamp with construction that would not be shoddy that was also the least expensive. The dimmable light was just a bonus for me. Turns out, I like the dimmer a lot - it's well implemented! Also, I was wary of potentially getting an odd-ball shapped salt-rock or one that was melted or something after reading reviews of some others. Needless to say, at this price point I was leery of that or low-quality wood etc. I ordered one before ordering a couple more as presents to see what it was like and was veyr pleased - the glow is good, the quality of the crystal is great, and I'm 100% happy w/it. I'll buy another

Beautiful! Love it!

I was so excited when my salt lamp came! It's so beautiful both on and off; a great orange creamsicle kind of color. It has a dimmer switch and is a great brightness for using as a nightlight in my daughter's room. The cord is also a very convenient length. Highly recommended.

A beautiful lamp

I was a little concerned about the leakage that people seemed to be reporting. This seems to be a natural result of the salt lamp, depending on its environment. Though my room isn't humid during the winter, I was careful to place a coaster under it and monitor it the first few days that I had it, checking for any dripping. It has been a little about a month and a half since I set it up, and it works like a charm. No drippage, and I love it. In the summer, however, I will be watching it closely as my room gets a bit more damp. I got the smaller one (7 inches) and it fits perfectly in my room, and is even rather large looking. Being the smallest size, I was a little concerned it would be -too- small, but those fears vanished when I opened the box. The original packaging, as some others report, is a little messy. The lamp itself came wrapped in a piece of cardboard and then shoved into a box. The box seems to have morphed to the shape of my lamp. However, this messier packaging was placed in an amazon box, with padding around it, and the lamp itself is unharmed. For this, I really couldn't care less what shape the box is in. So long as my chiseled block of salt comes to me in one piece, I am happy! In the daytime the lamp has a beautiful glow and is warm to the touch. At night, I turn it down very low or off. Even on the smallest salt lamp, the light is a gradient, allowing me to turn it to any level of brightness. I really do love it and whether or not it works to purify the air (tough to tell since I don't have pets, suffer no allergies, don't smoke, and live in a non-urban area), it brings a great vibe to my room. EDIT: I have now had this lamp for about 6 months, and I love it. Even in the height of a very hot summer, I have no moisture issues or leaking from this lamp, and it continues to work reliably every day. Even the original lightbulb has not burned out yet. It's one of my favorite things about my room, and everyone who visits loves it. EDIT #2: It has been over a year since I purchased this lamp and I still love it. I turn it all the way on when I wake up in the morning before getting out of bed, leave it on all day, and only turn it off just as I'm laying down to go to sleep. It's still running on the original bulb and I have had no moisture or leaking issues. I am extremely comfortable with this lamp by now, and have even left it on continuously over multiple vacations where I wasn't home (several days of full, uninterrupted salt lamping), all with no issues. It is beautiful, unique, and also doubles as a classy, grown-up night light.

Warm glow

These are the perfect size lamps for bedrooms, offices, and small living rooms. I love that they have a dimmer on them. My daughter has one in her room and at night we dim it and it serves as a warm night light. I also have one in my office that stays on high all the time. Both have slightly changed the odor in their areas. They have given the areas a cleaner smell (not gain clean, but outdoors on a windy day clean) The lamps are warm to the touch, but never hot. We have not had a problem with them melting or creating a salt sludge but I put them on large coasters just in case. We live in NC, have humid summers, and have a humidifier in my daughters room in the winter; still no signs of melting. (Might just be overly humid areas that have this problem). Ours arrived well packaged, and ready to use out of the box. Comes with a 15 watt light bulb which is really easy to get to by pulling the black base out from underneath the wooden base. Great price on these and do recommend for anyone looking for a salt lamp.
