My cat is 18 and has some bad breath at times. I bought this thinking that it would help, and I was pleasantly surprised that it DOES work. My cat no longer has bad breath. I am a happy camper and so is she.

EXCELLENT RESULTS

I have been putting c. 1/4 cap of Pet Oral Hygiene in my cats drinking water twice a day for several years, as suggested by a homeopathic vet, and the results have been healthy gums for my cats. Before that there were parts of their gums that were an inflamed red. The next time I purchase a bottle I will leave the safety seal on the top of the bottle and simple puncture the seal so that I can squirt a bit in the water bowl. I highly recommend this product.

Do You Believe in Miracles?

Ok, this stuff is a miracle. My Toy Fox Terrier is an amazing dog... smart with an awesome sassy personality. And she has breath that smells like a sack of dead crawfish that have been in a dumpster for 3 days in 95° New Orleans heat (that's my standard description!). She has a dental almost every year and her breath will be better for a few weeks. Her last dental she had to have 12 teeth pulled! Same thing~ breath got better for a few weeks and then we were right back to dead crawfish. I saw this by accident on Amazing while looking for something else. I read the reviews and said, what the hell, let's try it. After FIRST DAY of putting it in her water bowl the dead crawfish were GONE. We've just completed day two and nope, it was not a fluke. Now Josie just has REGULAR dog breath. Don't get me wrong, it's not minty but it won't disgust you and makes your eyes water. That's Josie in the picture... I just wanted her to get some credit! Try this stuff!

Easy to use, and it works!

Love this stuff, it prevents bad breath and cleans my pup's mouth just putting it in his water. Actually, my "pup" is now a 5-year-old boxer and I've been using Oxyfresh in his water since he was a pup. He never has bad breath, and I feel good that his teeth and gums are always indicated healthy by me and his vet. I don't do the tooth brushing thing with him, and I don't want to at this point. This stuff works!

IT WORKS!!

IT WORKS!!! We have 2 dogs and a cat. Sure enough, all three of their breaths smell like pure death. We were running out of dog/cat toothpaste so I decided to do some research to find out what products will actually help the stench, as well as be beneficial to my pets' health. I HAVE FOUND IT!! My husband bought this, along with their toothpaste. We have yet to break open the toothpaste yet, but the first day we received the solution, it was in their water bowl. Three days!! It only took THREE days to notice a HUGE difference in their death breath!! Normally, I don't let any of the fur babes lick my face, but sometimes they surprise you with a kiss that you can't avoid. I wasn't able to dodge one of my dog's wet kisses and that's when I realized, "WOW!! Her breath doesn't smell like rotten carcass!!" I am super surprised and pleased by how well this works. When adding it to the water, everyone had to inspect what was going on in their bowls, but they quickly ignored it and went about their business. When they finally took a drink out of their bowls, they didn't seem very phased by a taste or odor. If your dog/cat has the breath of death, GET THIS NOW!!!!!

Oxyfresh has improved my kitty's breath

This was my first review and I bought It again! “ Oxyfrrsh Pet Oral Hygiene product is working well for my Chessy girl cat. She has dental issues which causes her to have bad breath This Oxyfresh has improved her breath and she doesn't even know it is in the water because there is no oder or discoloration of the water.” I like this product and I love that the Delivery was speedy!

It is indeed odorless and tasteless. I tried it. My cats actually drink it! I would like to address the one star review purportedly breaking down the ingredients. Yes, sodium hydroxide can be very caustic. It is also used to raise the ph balance of drinking water, causes the crispness of pretzels and is apparent in hominy, corn nuts, grits and is evident in a number of European dishes. "Sodium benzoate is most widely used in acidic foods such as salad dressings (vinegar), carbonated drinks (carbonic acid), jams and fruit juices (citric acid), pickles (vinegar), and condiments. It is also used as a preservative in medicines and cosmetics.Concentration as a food preservative is limited by the FDA in the U.S. to 0.1% by weight. Sodium benzoate is also allowed as an animal food additive at up to 0.1%, according to AFCO's official publication. It has been shown to actually halt the progression of Parkinson's in mice. Cats have a significantly lower tolerance against benzoic acid and its salts than rats and mice." I liken it to vanilla. When my mother would bake I was reduced to a whimpering toddler as the vanilla smelled so good I wanted to sample it by itself. A few years later, at about the age of 12, she finally relented. I shivered with anticipation as she put a very small amount in my mouth and I wanted to retch! I have 10 rescues and was thrilled to find something with no odor or taste. I have yet to find an animal that would actually drink the minty flavored products. Yes, I have tasted it and it has NO taste. If I do notice either side effect "one star" mentioned, or any other for that matter, I will add a lower amount and, if it should persist, I will have to cease using it. I pray it does not as my Bobtail's breath has significantly improved. There are a number of items we ingest that have the properties of a "poison" of some sort depending on the amount used hence regulation. If you research something all the information should be presented so a person may make an informed decision. I love my four legged children with all my heart. My neighbor is a feeder breeder and I have gone many extra miles to help and protect them. I would never do anything to knowingly endanger them. I just ordered my third bottle and my one regret is that it took so long to find it.

Helps my pets stay away from the dentist

This solution is easy to use. I put it in the drinking water of my dogs and my cats. My cat vet has said that the cats have very little tartar on their teeth, and I credit this to regular use of Oxyfresh Pet Oral Hygiene solution.

Love it

As a veterinary assistant I am constantly looking out for the best products to help aid clients and patients with common problems, and bad breath and poor dental health is very common amongst animal. Oxyfresh is a phenomenal product to protect your pets teeth as well as aide in fresher breath. It is very easy to administer, you just put it in your pets water dish and since it has no odor or flavor they don't even notice it's there.

Breath of an Angel!

Izzy now has the Breath of an Angel! He is a 130# lap dog and has to be as close as possible, so fresh breath is very important. I was worried he might not drink the water with this in it, but he laps it up the same as without it. We are all very happy with Oxyfresh! Update: this is our 4th bottle of Oxyfresh. We ran out for a week or so and I could tell the difference in Izzy's breath...thankfully he is back to having the Breath of an Angel!
