Perfect WHITE PS3

I bought this skin for my boyfriend because he's one of those guys that likes white everything, but we didn't want a whole new ps3 (just bought the ps4) so this was our alternative. Let me say that this skin looks AMAZING. Let me say though. If you're not detail oriented or patient this skin is NOT for you. He spent a total of 1hr and 45min meticulously matching up the sticker and putting this on the console. The end result was very worth it. I would buy again and again. Even the LEDS Show through the sticker. (see pictures) But I won't have to because it seems to be durable and the adhesive holds well!

I've had this skin on my ps3 since 2011 and ...

I've had this skin on my ps3 since 2011 and it's still on there, no peeling. I've also moved all over the US from Illinois to Miami to North Carolina to Salt Lake city to Houston and to Denver in the last 6 years these things really hold up. It does hold in a little more heat so make sure you keep your console in a well ventilated place. I have mine on a dream gear vertical stand that seems to work really well. I did use a final fantasy XIII skin for the top panel, I bough this skin kit to make the rest of the system match so my review doesn't cover the top cover.

Great unique look.

This really adds a great look to your otherwise boring PS3. A few things to keep in mind when applying: -Take your time! The amount of effort you put in to the application is directly related to the end result. -Use the spray bottle technique/card squegee technique. You're able to slide the pieces around instead of stretch them one they're on. -It really helps if you have another person to help. Having another person helps with perspective. -If you have a sweet bod with a plumage of chest hair like me, wear a shirt.....

Look's very clean once applied!

I just bought a ps3 slim 2 weeks ago. I wanted the original phat ps3, but the gamestop rep said not to bother with a "gamestop refurb," so I got the Black Ops Slim. The original ps3 looks much nicer with the Piano black, whereas the ps3 slim is an ugly duckling. In order to fix the looks, I bought this skin. Once applied, the skin looks great! There is enough of the skin to cover every part of the ps3, even the bottom and most of a controller (comes with 2 controller skins.). It took me about 15 minutes just for the top part because it's the biggest part. Take your time and it will come out really nice. I posted some pictures of mine above.

Love it

Personally, I love the way this looks. But if you don't take your time, its not going to come out right. This isn't something you can just slap on, it took me a good 30 minutes to do and in my opinion it looks great.

Makes a huge difference

I didn't use all of the skin pieces, just mainly the top and side pieces. It really makes my PlayStation stand out now. Installation was a little tricky but with time and patience it turned out nice. Love the end result.
