Great toy!

I had this Sassy Ring Rattle for my 2nd baby and absolutely loved it, but don't know what happened to it, so I purchased this again for my 3rd. My babies love this ring rattle because it's easy to hold, the bright colors, the different textures to chew on, the beads inside make a little noise when shaken, and they play with the smaller rings attached. My son is getting ready to turn 1 and still plays with it, and it's small and lightweight enough that I can put it in my bag to carry on the go. It has been dropped, tossed, and chewed on a lot over the past 10 months and has not broken. I wash it with dish soap and sometimes some white vinegar, but if you submerge it in water, some will get into the clear plastic but will dry out after sitting on a towel to dry. I would recommend this for a 3 month old and up because it is 4" around, a little too big for tiny hands, and not a soft material so it will hurt when a little one bonks themselves in the head with it.

great rattle

My husband and I wanted a simple rattle for our son, one he could hold easily with his tiny hands. We decided on this rattle and it was definitely a good choice. Well worth it for the price. My son loved it! He got it at 3 months, and still uses it at 7 months now. It's super easy to hold, not heavy, pretty colors (black and white, green and blue/turquoise), easy to chew on. It's a big ring so it slides on and off his hand and arm without any problems. He would chew on it and fall asleep with it around his arm.

Baby loves it! And so do I!

My baby loves this rattle! I got two different kinds, and this one is by far the favorite. He liked it at 3 months, and he's liking it at 5 months. It has 2 different sounds - the tiny balls inside the large ring, and the 3 colored rings that clack together. Between the two sounds, and the variety of gripping/chewing areas (including the dotted ball, there are 3 different surface textures on the large ring), the baby can be entertained for several minutes at a time on his own, and several more minutes of watching me rotate the rattle and have the colored rings flop all over. A couple of times, he's even stopped screaming and fallen asleep, hypnotized by the moving, clattering rings (a HUGELY appreciated trait in our household). I'd highly recommend this rattle for any baby!

Shake, Rattle and Fun

Who knows how long my little one will love this toy but from the moment I bought it, it has been a favorite of hers. I keep it in her car seat and I swear every time she is in there she looks for it. Usually her big sister provides it and hands it to her which she shakes with a passion. For the add-on price if 2.99 it was worth every penny! It makes a great rattle noise and it catches her eye. I thought that the black and white might be boring but it seems that she loves this toy more than others. Sassy makes some great toys for kids and every time I buy their brand I'm never disappointed. If you are looking for an extra toy to provide some distractions to your little one this would be a great addition or would make a perfect little add on gift for a baby shower.

Cute Rattle

This is a darling little rattle that I bought for my friends newborn son Luke. The set has cute masculine colors and also has beads that show movement inside the rattle. I like the moveable rings on the outside of the large ring to keep little hands busy and occupied. It's easy for the baby to grip and has different patterns and a modern look. I really think it's cute and a great buy!

Love This Toy!

I purchased this for my son almost 13 years ago when he was around 4-5 months. He loved it and it was the only toy he kept in his hand. When he started to teeth, he would bite down on the ball. Now I have a 5 month old daughter. I just handed her the same toy and she constantly grabs for it, holds it and shakes it. Keeps her real busy for about 20 minutes which is a lot of time for me to shower without her looking for mommy.

Son likes it a lot!

My son was not a huge fan of this when I first purchased it (around 2-3 months) and wouldn't even pay any attention to it. He's now 6 months and has been absolutely loving this rattle for about a month now, and it's probably because it has some nice texture to it and he can chew on it. He does try to shove the entire ball into his mouth, but other than that, he has chewed on every part of this toy without any issues. It's a good size for him to use and chew on, and he seems to enjoy the colors. For the price, this was a really great toy for him and he has at least enjoyed it for a little bit of time now and probably will keep using it as he teethes more.

great gift

Our grandson loves this rattle. It is colorful, textured, and easy to hold. Just beware, it is hard so be careful they don't whack themselves in the head! The colors are contrasting and hold his attention. I'm sure he can feel the different textures as well, and it's easy for him to chew on the sides of the ring. And try to get the soccer ball in his mouth. lol. Beautifully made. It would be a great gift.

Cheap, Yet Awesome

A few of the reviews said this can break and be a choking hazard, so I intend to update this review if that happens. So far, my son really likes it. Seems to be great quality for the price. It's a lot larger than you would expect for this price too! Definitely not regretting this purchase so far :)
