I needed a small desk for my room in a dark cherry color and this was perfect! It was easy to assemble and all the parts were there!

I needed something small to fit in my bedroom but would also hold my 21inch tablet comfortably. I can fit my tablet/monitor, my laptop and my desktop tower! The little cabnit is small but better than nothing and a good use of space, I keep some of my art supplies in there for easy access and I can fit books and decorations next to my computer tower. It works out really nice all while taking up the same amount of room as my old, tiny writing desk It took us a good solid two hours to build this but it wasn't overly complicated, it was trying to line up the screws and holes and some of the holes were a bit off But you can't beat the price on this

The desk was easy to assemble and very rugged for its size. It is a very nice, easy to move, computer desk when completely assembled. The Cinnamon Cherry finish is really beautiful!!! There was an issue, with a piece that had the finished edge on the wrong side. I went to the service department, through Sauders website, about the issue and they have one of the best missing/replace/duplicate parts departments I have used. They were only concerned with getting your part issue addressed. There were NO; - questions about what was wrong with part. - describe in length or send photos for review of discrepancies (creating time delays). - was it a customer, store or manufacture problem (more time delays) - 2-3 week replacement period. Sauder simply wanted the part number, copy of receipt or online order number and where to send it!! Then the shipped it priority 2 day at no cost to me. I was able to get the part and have it installed before my sisters birthday. A sincere "What a great company" goes out to Sauder for trusting their customers.

The desk was a perfect addition to my gaming set up. Granted my full tower pc doesn't fit but it had enough to hold everything else which I'm happy. Very sturdy for the price and comfortable too. I'm short so I can sit with my legs up in the chair by the desk and be super comfy. If you're looking for a desk that is cheap, sturdy, comfy and easy to put together do not look any further.

I received this desk recently (it arrived so promptly!) and assembled it yesterday. Out of the many things I've had to assemble from various companies, this desk was definitely one of the easiest, simplest ones. The instructions are very clear and come with detailed pictures to assist you, not to mention the occasional funny comment to keep you going throughout the process. It didn't take long at all for me to assemble it -- at my casual pace, it took maybe two hours. Be warned: it's heavy, but also reassuringly solid once fully assembled. It doesn't look or feel flimsy or cheap. My one (very, very minor) complaint was that the pieces had a fine layer of dust on them as I was taking them out of the box, which was only an issue due to my allergies, so I'd give anyone else with dust sensitivity a head's-up to prepare yourself prior to opening the package. All in all, I'm very satisfied with my purchase!

Great little desk. Perfect 'compact' station. We had to try to get a desk for a unique spot in our guest bed room. There is a wall with a small L shaped notch we wanted to butt-up a desk against. Most desks were too 'deep' to where it would hit the bed. This was the PERFECT Desk. I probably could've got one a little smaller but our guests are usually tech-oriented and will use this bad boy to its fullest. Assembly was time-consuming but easy. Just follow the instructions and all will be done properly. It took me a little over an hour spaced out. No defects on the desk. Keep in mind it is laminated partical board but you are paying under 60 bucks so get over it. It looks more expensive than it is. It has a nice cubby w/ door that shuts to a magnet. A sturdy keyboard tray, and lots of surface area for both a Tower desktop and a laptop. I paired it with a white desk chair and it looks AWESOME! See pics. The finish is very dark brown/almost black. I wish they made this in a cherry color but I love the style so much I ran with it. I'd consider this a great 'space saver' desk and perfect for everyday use.

I've been in the market for a new desk for the better part of a year, and I'm SO happy I bought this one! Not only were the directions the easiest and most comprehensive directions I have EVER received with a built-it-yourself piece of furniture, but they had random little jokes sprinkled throughout which was pretty awesome. Keep in mind that you WILL need a friend to help you put this together! The desk itself is lovely, it fits exactly where I needed it, and it's given me SO much more work space than my old desk. It's incredibly sturdy as well, which some other build-it-yourself desks just aren't. I think this is a terrific purchase and am more than thrilled with it.

looks exactly the same as the picture but its just what i needand it fits perfectly beside my bed for my laptop and my other gadgets.. easy to assemble, i did it alone, complete parts! great product!

Small but functional, the instructions were easy to follow but takes at least an hour and a half to do alone with so many pieces. The desktop compartment is perfect for modern bedrooms and saves a lot of space for an apartment. I have long legs and I am happy to say that this desk fits me well, with every possible oversight being accounted for in this design. The crisp color of the cinnamon cherry finish is a good accent for any home. I decided to keep the monitor level with my eyes to reduce the strain of my neck to keep better ergonomics. If you have a wide monitor like I do, you will most likely have to tilt it diagonally or bring it forward. Overall, I am impressed by the quality of this desk for this price range.

I needed a desk for my house, but I didn't have a lot of room to work with. So, I was looking for something that wasn't huge, but big enough to hold a couple monitors and a keyboard. This looked perfect from the picture, and was much less expensive than similar sized desks. I've bought multiple Sauder DVD shelving units in the past, and had really good luck with them. So far, this desk is no different. One of the things that I love about Sauder is that their instructions are extremely clear, which makes putting their items together very easy. The desk took me about an hour and a half to assemble, and that was only because it was a really hot night, so I was working slow. Everything went smoothly though, and I had no issues getting it together. It looks great in my living room, holds exactly what I need it to hold, and doesn't take up a lot of room. Exactly what I was looking for!
