The customer service with the company is beyond outstanding. There was a small problem with my order and no questions asked they went above and beyond fixing the problem immediately. Shipping was fast. The products taste great. I didn't want to review the item before trying a few and all the jerky is good. It's not overly soft and the pieces are good sized. Flavor is spot on.
