Smooth
We have used this product less than a dozen times, so this review is early. However, it works very well and is extraordinarily quiet and smooth running. I would rate its value high. The turn-upside-down top to reduce its profile for storing is nice, but because the slicing disk is on top it's not particularly attractive when set that way. Therefore, it doesn't lend itself as a counter appliance (unless you want to leave the tall plastic lid on top.

AMAZING
This little guy is amazing! We ordered it just in time for the holidays. We were using a ninja and it just would take forever and could only put in a little at a time to make sure everything got chopped up. This one I was able to whip up stuffing for Thanksgiving in minutes compare to a hour! I make a ton of chip dips and with this it was a breeze. I have no need to stand for hours chopping up everything, I just put it all in the processor and in 35 sec I'm done! I was hesitant on ordering this one compare to some of the other models, but so glad I did. This is one of the best buys I made.

My first food processor!!!
There is no learning curve on this guy; I literally took it out of the box in the middle of cooking a recipe and figured out how to unpack it assemble it, and use it (I have never used a food processor before) in minutes. Now I understand why everyone is so over-the-moon in love with their food processors. I didn't think I wanted one taking up kitchen space, but now I'm like, "Did you really reduce those nuts and herbs to a fine pesto in three seconds?!" It is SO easy to use and to clean. I made sure to buy the "compact storage" version, which just means the lid flips over and rests on top of the bowl to reduce the height needed to store it. (I thought the cord was retractable too, but it's not. No big deal.)

It is very easy to clean - not a lot of small places ...
I bought this processor over 4 years ago and it is still going strong. It is very easy to clean - not a lot of small places for food to lodge, in contrast to my last one.. I like the compactness of it. Only complaint is that it is very noisy.

Convenient processor
Great processor, I've used it to make hummus and veggie burgers so far, have got lots of plans for it. Love how the lid allows for streamlined storage, it's easy to clean and simple to use. I've read the other reviews and noted that on occasion it does smell hot so I shall use it with respect and not over work it in case the motor burns out.

better than cuisinart - wish I'd gotten this ages ago!
I always thought Cuisinart was considered the best of food processors. When the bowl on mine broke and it was going to cost almost as much as a new machine to replace, I started looking around. This is half the price, more powerful, and the slicing blade gets far more of the food into the bowl. It's also easier to clean. Amazing!

This is a heavy duty food processor and does a great job!
This size the 10 cup is just the right size for making dips, smooth sauces and so much more. For me, I found that the motor is extra strong and mixes the ingredients very well. Since I have owned other food processors before this one, I find this one the best one I have owned. One more thing, the motor is quiet yet heavy duty. PROS: + Crushing up NUTS - I love to crush up Cashew nuts, walnuts, and almonds and place them in sauces later, this unit does a wonderful job of crushing the nuts. **Note that the longer you place this unit on to crush the nuts the more finely it crushes them up. In fact you could keep these going in this food processor until the nuts are almost of a flour consistency. + Making cream soups - I cream veggies in this and add spices and it makes a very delicate cream soup. + Milkshakes/Smoothies - Like a blender, and even better, I add my ice cream and milk to make a very yummy shake. It also does a superb job of making fruit smoothies. + Pesto/Sauces - I mix up a perfect Pesto sauce in this food processor. This is where I add my almonds just for flavor in the pesto and it is so good! Very good food processor and I highly recommend it!

I hate chunks in my food
It works. Its inexpensive. I hate chunks in my food, but like the flavor. Yes, I'm an adult fussy eater. I love the taste of onions, tomato, etc., but near gag if I stumble across a chunk of it sauce, chili, etc. This smooths all the chunks out, leaving the flavor. It makes life good. My only knock, that other may love, the suction cup feet. Holds the machine solid. To me, too grippy. It anchors to my granite counter. Moving it, for better or worse, takes an act of Congress.

Great food processor for the price
I've had this food processor for a year now. Its easy to operate, dishwasher safe, and I do like it. Most of the time a knife is faster but I do like doing onions in bulk for the freezer (burn a candle and wear glasses lol). I use this mostly for homemade salsa which my family loves. I would buy again.

My all time favorite FP.
It has cord storage and with the top part on upside down it stores neatly in minimal space. It works very well and most importantly, it cleans very easily! Because of those things I use this for tasks I used to stick with knife and cutting board for to avoid the mess. This is my favorite food processor ever!
