Well made and great looking

I made Creole Jambalaya and this spatula was great for rolling the rice bottom to top during cooking. Good and sturdy for the job

I love all the Berard items

The wood is dense so it doesn't absorb crap and foster bacteria. IN the past I've shunned wooden spoons, but the Berard Olive Wood items are great. I have LeCreuset cookware and don't want to ruin it with metal spoons, so these are perfect.
