• Contains application solution and a low-lint cloth for cleaning the glass
  • Flexible card squeegee
  • Utility knife with breakaway blades for trimming film

I wasn't sure if it was worth buying this little toolkit, but I'm glad I did. The squeegee is worthwhile. Credit cards are too floppy. Shower or window washing squeegees are way too floppy. This one was stiff and didn't damage the film. The cutting blade is worthwhile. I could have used a box cutter, but that would be overkill, and might have damaged my blade. The small form factor of this cutting tool kept it under control, and helped make a straight cut near the edge of the window. The spray seems to get the job done, but I didn't try alternatives that I've seen suggested. Anyway, if you're trying to do a good job, or doing more than a few pieces of film, I think it's a worthwhile purchase.

I’ve used gila window film on several homes now. Frosted bathroom windows and tinted bedroom windows to help a light sensitive family member sleep better. Take a few minutes to make sure it is clean and you don’t get any lint or dirt behind it and it’ll look great. The kit is really awesome, makes it much easier. You can squeeze the liquid out from behind it with a different squeegee or use a utility knife but they’re specifically designed for this and much easier. The blade makes a perfect cut without needing a steady hand or multiple runs over it.

I ended up hating the gila product and went with an external film application instead. The spray bottle, cutter, and card that came with this is amazing though. I ended up using this kit for the other film application because it worked so well. I love how easily and cleanly the knife would cut, without harming the window. The spray bottle was perfect too even though I quickly ran out of solution. Just fill it with distilled water, or I ended up using filtered water personally (through a pur filter), and put a few drops of hand soap and shake it up. It works just as well as the original solution which is probably also just water and hand soap.

The small plastic squeegee is great for the final installation of the film as it helps get the last corners tucked neatly for cutting. The putty/exacto knife is ergonomic and easy to speed through the film. Just be sure the cut it all the way through of you'll find the corners ripping off. Windex/Glass cleaner spray works exactly like their solution so you don't need to buy the kit again once it's run out.

This set was perfect for adding the window clings I also got here on Amazon to my glass doors. I'm really happy I got this set because it worked like a charm and made the process take less than 20 minutes!

This was a very good purchase for installing window film that we purchased through Amazon. It has a large spray bottle of solution to wet the glass prior to installation, a nice squeegee that's the right side for the job, a microfiber towel and a clever trimmer that leaves a perfect gap between the film and the edge. I would not have wanted to do the installation without this kit, but with these tools it was really easy.

Purchased to apply room darkening window film in a bright bedroom. Price was right and made installation much easier. Their was enough spray fluid for multiple windows and the cutting tool was sharp and easy to use. I’m sure one could figure out how to install windows film with stuff lying around the house, but for the price, I found this very useful!

If you are putting up any kind of film window treatment, this kit is a must! The green blade works sooooo much easier than just a regular xacto blade and the yellow squeegee works way better than trying to just use your hands. The solution works great too, but you can always use your own spray bottle with water and baby shampoo. I would highly recommend.

Just bite the bullet and buy this application kit. It makes it so much easier than having to find the right stuff to apply your window film. The cutting tool makes it easy to have it spaced exactly how far in from the window's edge that you need the film, and the little squeegee thing helps so much. The only other tool you will need is a large squeegee, but you can buy a cheap one at IKEA or walmart or the dollar store... I promise this is worth it.

This is my 2nd time purchasing this item! It works fantastic for installing rabbitgoo window cling. I highly recommend this product for installing any type of window cling! I will try this product this evening for installing a “shade tinted window cling” to block my daughters car seat from sun! Hoping it will work just as it did on my bedroom & bathroom windows!
