I have had the AR383 for over 3 years and have several broken or missing O-rings. I found O-rings at my local home center that fit perfectly. The AR383 is working now as it did when it was brand new, and I have no leaks anywhere. The replacement O-rings I found are about 50 cents each. Standard fractional inch sizes found at home centers work perfectly. Here is the information I have gathered. Hope it helps others easily find replacement O-rings without measuring and without multiple trips to the local store to get the correct sizes: Manufacturer's O-ring replacement kit (Qty) Size Large end of pressure hose (1) 10 mm x 2.5mm-N90 Bayonet/Soap Bottle (3) 8.0mm x 2.0mm-N70 Pressure Hose to spray gun (1) 5.2mm x 1.5mm-N70 MM (Millimeters) I.D. Keep O-rings lubricated with Moen grease for protection and ease of assembly.

Bought this for washing my cars and it is super easy to setup and use. Bought the separate AR Blue Clean Foamer Kit AR Blue Clean Foamer Kit with 34oz Bottle & Blue Clean Fittings and couldn't be happier. I can get my 3 cars washed & dried in less than 1 1/2 (Including setup and cleanup). The bad thing is my neighbors see how well it works and try to get a free wash out of the deal. I have washed up to 5 cars in succession and this sprayer ran flawless and nonstop without any issues. At $12 to have my car washed it's already paid for itself two times over.

I am reading all of the reviews on this amazing pressure washer and notice that a majority of them are UE (user error). I am just a housewife that is obsessed with a clean home and I am not the most mechanically inclined person; however, I did read the manual and carefully threaded the pressure hose as well as the garden hose to the machine. Because I made sure that I did not cross thread, nor force the piece to fit, it has absolutely no leaks and has been delight to use. When you first get the machine, take your time on the connections to 'feel the fit' of the attachments and it will be smooth sailing from then on. I absolutely love this powerful machine. My husband first asked me to rent a professional machine to strip and retreat our pergola. We live in San Antonio, so the wood gets a beating. After much agony and research I decided on this one. I am so happy that I decided to purchase our pressure washer than renting one. This one has enough power to clean all what I want it to, and this is without chemicals. I haven't even tried pre-treating the areas that I am going to pressure wash! After testing it out on our pergola, I got fired up to wash the entire front of our house, including the newly installed tile on our patio, stucco siding, front concrete walkway and all the windows! It is so easy to use and the noise was not obnoxious me a bit because once you release the trigger, the machine goes quiet. My neighbors like that part! The only thing is that after a while of washing the walkways, siding, windows, tile and pergola; my fingers started to hurt from pulling the trigger and holding the gun to clean. That is only because I was out there for a while using the machine, the trigger is not hard to press when operating. I will try to follow up on this review with a video of the quality of the cleaning on my driveway. UPDATE: Wed, June 24, 2015 After using it approx. 4 times the GFCI plug is tripping and I must get a new one. I can see that there is some condensation on the test light area of the plug. It is plugged into an outdoor receptacle that is around moisture (I am pressure washing) but has never been submerged nor sitting on the ground where it could have got wet. I am not sure how water got into the plug. So it is currently inoperable and I am really bummed. I planned on pressure washing my neighbor's driveway for $100!!!! But that project is currently on the back burner till I can get in contact with the AR Blue Clean customer service. There is some hiccup in my customer service experience. I have called and left a message; there is no person that has picked up the phone. So I am currently awaiting a call back to see if they can send me another GFCI plug to replace the one that I have. On a good note, the replacement seems very straight forward. There is no video tutorial on how to replace so some searching around allowed me to find out how to do it. It is simply unscrewing the unit by 4 screws, unscrew the positive and negative wire, then swap out the new receptacle by placing the two wires onto correct contact points with a phillips screw. Secure wires by tightening the two screws and then place the protective cap back onto the plug and you are done! **UPDATE 2: I am keeping my 5 star status on this machine; not only because I am in love with it but because I am in LOVE with the customer service!!!! I just tried calling now and Tom S. picked up the phone and trouble shooted me through the GFCI issue. He was very patient and took me through several ways to try to get the receptacle to deliver power to my washer. He even called me back after 5 minutes (so that I could have some time to hook it up outside) and..........he got it to work!!!! I had plugged it to the water, pulled the trigger to make sure that there was water running to the unit. I then plugged it in and pressed the test button, to make sure that it is off. I then pressed the on button (the minus sign). He had me then hold the trigger of the gun while I held in the reset button and WHALLA!!! It started to work again and stayed on! I have my precious pressure washer operating again and I don't have to wait for them to send me a replacement part! Prior to us going through the troubleshooting, he was going to send me the replacement part for free! I just had to email him my proof of purchase and it would be on it's way. I am so happy that I have my precious pressure washer back! Can I say again, I FREGGIN LOVE THIS THING!

I don't know why Amazon says the AR383 is 11 amps - it's actually 14 amps. Also, most sites rounded the flow rate down to 1.5gpm - the manual actually states it flows 1.58gpm max (which is closer to the 1.6gpm rating of the AR390). The manufacturer page is below: [...] I used mine for 3 hours straight the other day and it worked exceptionally. The narrow stream was powerful enough to actually remove old rust stains on our concrete walkway from the iron rail ... Be careful though, because it was actually powerful enough to remove (read, create and remove) some loose areas of concrete as well... I used the turbo nozzle for the majority of my patio cleaning project and it worked great, then I switched to the regular spray nozzle, set it to narrow and blasted off the rust stains and black Rustoleum spray paint that had gotten embedded into the concrete during touch ups of the rail. I've uploaded a shot from when I first received it and was just testing it out. That's more than 4 years of embedded crap on the patio, not just surface gunk! Thus far I've pressure washed the entire patio/entry steps and walkway, some siding and my wife's car! This thing's addictive!

For the price, the average do-it-yourself homeowner will be satisfied with the product. The multiple spray wands offer a wide range of cleaning options. This product provides ample water spray pressure for an electric power washer, It took off years of dirt and gunk build up on my driveway and fence. The spray hose is fairly flexible and resists kinks for the most part. The spray bottle attachment works great so you can use a cleaning additive to help get the hard stains off (I used Simple green pro hd). Winding the hose is cumbersome, but doable with some patience. The option is to wrap separate with a Velcro tie. Not a major issue. Ensure that the spray nozzle is fully locked onto the handle or it will fly off when pressure is applied. We lost a nozzle in the water in short order while spraying our dock area, into the deep water never to be seen again! This was our issue by failing to properly lock the nozzle. Overall this is a good machine. Time will tell if it can stand up to repeated uses. Very good product that I would recommend.

We bought the AR Blue Clean 1,900 PSI to use around the house for various projects, but mainly to clean up our 10 year old wood fence. The unit arrived in 2 days in perfect condition, we unpacked it and had it assembled in about 10 minutes without any problem. I had read in some reviews that the connector for the garden hose leaked, so I was anticipation having to deal with that, but to my pleasant surprise it did not and has not leaked even a drop! Well we fired it up and this little machine really preformed great right from the start and all I had to do was get the hang of it. My wife and I have been using it for the last two days on our fence and it is making an old dirty fence look like new again. So easy to use that I can't get my wife to put it down.... The only thing my wife was wishing that the trigger would lock so she did not have to hole it constantly, so I just got a zip tie and tied it around the trigger and it works perfectly and to release the trigger just slide the zip tie down.... So bottom line is yes I would not hesitate for one second to recommend this to anyone.

I saw this one. Unlike some reviewers that pulled it out of the box and went right to the computer and wrote a gushing review, I actually used this for about 20 hours before I wrote mine. I have found it to do anything that has been asked and then some. This replaced an old hard to start heavy gas pressure washer that I gave up on last year. I also bought the deck cleaning attachment that is simply amazing. It works great washing cars, windows and decks. My wife told me that it was my turn to scrub down our tiled shower - usually a good 2 hour job with doing the glass. Not with this baby! Brought the wand thru the window, Hit it with some TSP and BAMM! Done in 20 minutes flat. Of course Mrs. Johnson was not home at the time and I'm not about to tell her my secret. You might be a redneck if...... The latest project has been removing mold from a second story wood deck in preparation for sealing. I used a mixture of TSP and bleach, some light scrubbing and the crap has rolled right off. Looks like new. I did take advice from past reviews and bought the double female brass fitting right off the git go to replace the one that came with it that is prone to cracking. I do wish that the detergent bottle was bigger as you drain it pretty quick. One thing I have noticed is that if you release the trigger and immediately reengage it the machine will cavate and not respond. No big deal. Just count to 1 before you squeeze the trigger again. All in all a great machine to have in the arsenal. UPDATE NOV 2014 The double brass female coupler I bought with this snapped in two. I made up a 2 foot hose with a female hose end on each side. It now has much less stress on the fitting with the added benefit of it is much easier to connect the garden hose and the machine is more stable.

This is great home use pressure cleaner. No leaks and does everything as advertised. A few notes: There is not a way to lock the handle, so if you are doing a large area, your hand is going to get tired Given it is not recommended to be used with an extension power cord, its a good idea to get the 25 foot extension hose Do not purchase the 80006 universal pressure washer adapter. Its not needed and it the threads are not compatible The factory hose is nearly impossible to get on the reel, no point, just loop around as others state. The garden hose adapter is exposed if you leave it attached to the unit and would be easy to break. remove it after each use. The soap dispenser dispenses at hose pressure, not pressurized via the pump. I have used this is clean my patio and underside patio roofing, about 800 square feet. It didn't complain or get hot ( but your hands will sore from the constant squeezing of the handle). If you are considering this unit, you really cant go wrong and I have recommended it to others.

I have had this pressure washer for almost two years now and absolutely love it! We also have a gasoline powered one, but I am too afraid to use that one (long story!!). The gas one is a BIT more powerful than this one, but this does the job. I am a stay at home mom but would prefer to not hire people just to do our sidewalk and driveway, patio etc. We live in Florida and really have to keep up with the green residue that will cover everything if you don't. I love this power washer because it blasts the green stuff AND the black stuff out of the pavers quickly and easily. Before this I would use a hose and scrub brush and it would take me HOURS of hard labor. This thing is immediate, simple gratification. I have also used it to power wash our patio cushions with great success. A few months ago, I loaned it to a friend and it came back inoperable (UGH) I called the company and the man I spoke to quickly determined the issue and sent me a new part. I was skeptical but when I received it and replaced the existing part, it turned right on! The man at the company could not have been more patient and helpful, the service is amazing. This power washer is compact and easy for me to carry around as I clean (forget that with the gas one!). I have to add that my worst scenario happened last week--I accidentally dropped it in the pool! It sank like a stone. I fished it out and let is stand a few days and it actually still works. Amazing! For the price (around $116) I would have no qualms of purchasing another if I ever do destroy it. It has saved us hundreds, probably thousands of dollars in my being able to easily maintain the exterior of our home.

This electric power washer has plenty of power for residential use. I found that the 1900 psi was more than enough for my needs. In fact I found that you have to take care when using it because the pressure is sufficient to strip and gauge painted or stained surfaces (including concrete and of course wood). It comes with excellent attachments/accessories including an infinitely adjustable main power wand. With the twist of the tip it goes from a very wide angle spray (good for sweeping) to a pin-point ultra-high pressure stream that can drill. It did an excellent job on my 12-year-old fence (see photo). Very convenient to quickly setup, use, and put away with none of the maintenance of gas-powered blowers. The only down side I found was the cord length is a little limited if you have a typical-to-large size yard. You will definitely need to use an outdoor extension cord. Overall, this was an excellent investment for me for general outdoor cleaning and it does great at cleaning my car as well.
