I like this product because it dries to a flat finish, rather than a shine. It dries and doesn't remain wet like some products. Does not attract and hold dust. Follow directions. DO NOT APPLY THIS TO A HOT SURFACE, like your car dashboard in the sun! I spray it onto a lint free cloth and apply to vinyl and plastic surfaces in the car. Buff a little with a dry cloth.

No petroleum distillates

I'm glad to find a gallon jug of Mothers Protectant! Much more economical than buying it in the spray bottle. I like Mothers because it seems to last longer and doesn't contain petroleum distillates that cause drying out and cracking. Great product in my opinion!

This is an excellent product. I think I'm on my 3rd or 4th bottle. It gives beautiful finish and shine to the plastic surfaces of a car.

This protectant really makes black plastic and rubber inside and outside your car look brand new without leaving a dust-attracting oily film. I was skeptical about it, but then I saw that my Toyota dealer sold it in their parts department (for a higher price). I'm pleased with the results on my 9-year-old Tacoma and 7-year-old Xterra. It took a of couple applications on the most faded parts, but now they look new again!

best product ive found yet

only beef i have with this is the price seems to keep going up. by far the best product for my cars interior. i try others in hopes to find a better deal but always return to this.. i should just admit defeat and stock up on it so when they raise the price again i wont need it for a while..

Great look when dry

Leaves the look like showroom new. Didn't think I would notice such a difference from other brands, but definitely a better product.

Mothers Protectant

Bought this to detail my two vehicles (mazda 5 and honda odyssey) and it did a very nice job. It works well into the varying surfaces of my dash and everywhere else. Way better than those crappy Armor All wipes that don't spread evenly. Makes everything look new again and has a very pleasant smell. Wish the smell stayed around a little longer though. It seems to go away after a couple days. My wife saw how it looked after I used it and she said the cars looked brand new again. Very easy to use with the amazon basics microfiber cloths. I will always buy this from now on to detail my cars.

Extremely nice product! Has a slight pleasant fragrance when applied, but leaves NO residue. I put it on all plastic and vinyl surfaces and it removes smudges and deposits from use. It lifts light dirt with ease, and can be applied only to the areas soiled without needing to cover the entire area which was scuffed or soiled. I would recommend this for anyone who has a new vehicle and needs to stay on top of wear issues. I don't know how it works on really sticky residue like soda deposits or the like. It certainly works well with deposits of hand oil or other normally deposited residue.

Wonderful for detailing interior trim, door and window seals

I had always used a different brand for all my interior car detailing. I was out of product and came across this. After reading some of the reviews I thought I would give it a try. Was I ever happy I did. This is the best detailing product for all interior car surfaces that I have ever used. My car is 12 years old and I have always kept it clean and looking good. After using Mother's Protectant on the dash and interior surfaces everything looked new again! Even the faux wood trim. I then applied the product to every seal around the window and doors, they then looked deep black and new. In spots that were to small to get into I used an old toothbrush. I have now made Mother's Protectant my go to interior detailing product as well as the product I use on all weather stripping and rubber seals.

A notch above

Throw out all the other protectant products you have purchased. They just leave the surfaces shiny and greasy. This is the product you want. Outstanding!
