So easy to install

I've purchased other window visors and this was by far the easiest to install. I have a 2011 Equinix and these visors installed in seconds and you can barely tell they are there against my tinted windows. Love them!!

looks and fits great

These were a perfect fit and installed easily. I purchased 3M 1/4" exterior attachment tape to use as the provided tape is a bit thin. the 3M is twice as thick and, if the rubber molding is properly cleaned before application, sticks very well. They look great and function as they are supposed to, keeping rain out when the window is cracked open, and allowing some ventilation on hot days. Nice product.

They work great!

Very happy with this purchase, I have a 2015 Chevy Equinox and before I installed these I couldn't have the rear windows opened because of the noise. With them installed I've eliminated maybe 75% +/- of that noise and can have the windows opened. It's still loud but not painfully loud anymore.

tooth picks is the secret!

the visors fit very well and looks great. after reading other reviews of window clearance problems, i came up with a way to help alleviate this . after following instructions and you have the visor installed, i took round tooth picks and wedged to them between the window glass and the visor to force the glue strip out against the window channel. i used 8 to 10 on each visor paying attention to the ends where the glass meets the visor first. then i left it set for 24 hours and had no clearance problems!

I really like this product

I really like this product. I bought this product for aesthetic purpose. It does keep rain as advertised but it gives my suv that little extra pizazz. Very simple and easy to install. Took all of ten minutes or less. I was most pleased because it came in way before the day stated.

Fit perfectly on my 2013 Chevy Equinox. Look good and work great.

So, when I first got these, I amost considered sending them back the same day. I cleaned the area and I was stunned when the adhesive did NOT stick well at all. Since they have no instructions, and didn't stick, one can wonder that while guesswork isn't too hard, it could leave room for error and maybe you're doing something wrong. But they just fell out with little to no pressure and wouldn't last a day driving down the road. I had some on my last (different) car and one actually flew off when driving at only a moderate 35-45 MPH speed (albeit after 5-6 years of use and they were the kind that sticks to the car's paint itself, not within the window channel like these ones do). But... since I'm patient, I decided to give it at least a day to try to be sure. I cleaned the area as well as I could, tried installing them one last time and I let them sit overnight with the windows all the way up (which clamps them in the window channel fairly tight). That was the trick, as the adhesive seemed to cure overnight. Now I can yank on them pretty hard and they don't budge, so I don't have any fear of them ripping off driving down the road even at highway speeds. A little patience went a long way... and they COULD have said that in the inctructions (but mine had none, so I didn't know). So... recommended... just be patient.

Perfect fit and only took a few minutes to install. They make my car look even better. Would highly recommend. 👍👍

I only get Auto Ventshade

Love them. I've put these on every vehicle I own, I always get Auto Ventshade brand. I had one crack on a different car I had them on after 10 years, I could no longer find the receipt, the company had me send a few pictures of the crac and the part numbers and they sent an entire set to replace the one that broke. Wouldn't get any other. They go on in minutes and if you clean the area before you install they will not come off unless you take them off. Great Product if you like to have the windows cracked a bit when it's rainy out.

Good looks and serve a purpose all at the same time.

This is just as described and fits my 2015 Equinox perfectly as I expected it too. Good quality and a good price. One little note when installing them to remember. Make sure you get the channel good and clean so the corners all stay where they belong. The front passenger one catches a bit in the rear corner because it wont stay perfectly tight after being open for a while. Not a big deal just have to take the window up a little slower till it clears and all is good. The rest of them work perfectly. They look sharp and serve a purpose.

BEST ventshade made!!!

I checked with AVS before ordering these for my 2013 Equinox LT and the #194166 fit it perfectly! The ease of installation, fit and finish is also perfect! What I like best about these is the in-channel design! First, they look and fit more factory than Chevrolet's do. Second, they don't cover up the chrome window molding, which really dresses up the car, and they look more integral to the molding and window. Third, they are much less likely to come loose, as the adhesive is not exposed to the elements. Lastly, there is absolutely no wind noise, I believe due to no exposed fastening edges and an inherently better seal. I have them on 2 other vehicles, a 2004 Alero which are external mount (wish they were in-channel-they weren't available back then), but I'm still happy with them, and a 1990 GMC Suburban 2500 which are stainless steel in-channel mount and have been on it since I bought it new! Auto Vent Shades, (AVS), has always made top quality items since I can remember and I believe that they set the standard for this type of accessories!!!
