I purchased this to cover my wood pile and it has worked out great so far. Contrary to other reviews, I found this to be of great quality, heavy duty, and a good value. The grommet spacing was a little closer together than some other tarps I have purchased and that makes it another plus for me. I would not hesitate to purchase another one of these in the future.

will be for a protective layer under a 10x14 cabin tent that has a bowl shape floor. i rated it at 5 starts only because it has no imperfections on first inspection and has UV protection. what is a 14x14 weave (a thread count?). 10 mil. i understand. for the price, this tarp will work for the intended purpose. a bit of useless information...cabin tent cost 220.00. have a great Labor Day Week-End!

So nice to have a tarp that fits my tent perfectly! Why didn't I buy this years ago? No more folding the trap to make it work. Used it beach camping. Tent floor was dry even though there was lots of moisture the air and the sand was damp.

Update after 10 months: We have just gotten another of these tarps to replace the first one. After 10 months on top of the swimspa cover, baking in the sun a lot, getting snow brushed off of it, it began to disintegrate, and rightfully so. I have NO problem replacing this periodically, becaues it saves us from paying $1200.00 for a new set of covers. Initial post: We purchased this tarp to cover our swimspa cover. It sure beats paying one - two grand for a new swimspa cover! It is now over the swimspa cover, attached with bungie cords, very easy to fold up for taking off the covers and using the swimspa. It will keep the coming fall rains (and our sporadic winter snows) from soaking into my very decrepit spa cover, and hopefully get another year or more out of my cover. If I have to replace this tarp a couple of times in the meantime, it will be worth it. But it is VERY nice, reinforced corners, grommets every 18", reversible so in the summer I can let the light side reflect the sun OFF, and in the winter let the dark side help keep the water warm by soaking in the sunshine. It is just perfect.

Fine under my tent. Hard to get excited over a tarp, but it's exactly what I needed! Sturdy for rocky, sandy Adirondack campground!

Much heavier than the more common blue tarps. Makes a great ground cloth for under a tent.

Holy Cow! This tarp is 100% worth the money. It truly is heavy duty and a great size. I bought this to cover my patio furniture for the winter. I think the silver is preferable to the typical blue tarps, so happy neighbors and me since my patio furniture isn't a winter eyesore. So far it has taken a beating from rain, sleet, hail, snow, and a sizable amount of wind. Not a scratch or hole to be seen. I can't say I would use this tarp to keep rain out of my house or other buildings, but I probably wouldn't recommend any tarp for that purpose. I would recommend it for covering equipment, hay, summer items (patio furniture, fire/bbq pits, and fountains), and vehicles. NOTE: I wasn't going to rate it 4 stars for this, but I know there are some people who will want to know this information. When I opened the tarp everything looked great. We started unfolding it and 1 of the grommets fell off. Not a big deal to me because I have seen this happen on $100 tarps. It just happens. We replaced it with no trouble. If you don't have a grommet tool just use a rubber mallet and place 2 boards/scrap wood on either side of grommet and tarp.

Fit the floor of my Browning tent perfectly although there was some condensation around the base of my tent the next morning. I think this is due to the manufacturing of the tent and not the tarp.

Gets the job done. Keeps the tent floor dry and the overhang around the tent we use as a welcome mat of sorts to keep sand and debris out of our tent. I have also cleaned off this tarp and used it in indoors while doing the three day potty training method with our daughter. I can imagine you could also use this to protect your floors and furniture when painting.

We bought this tarp in the 10x15 size to fit under our new Browning Bighorn tent and it fits perfectly underneath it. It's stronger and heavier than other tarps that are cheaper. Well worth the price and recommend to anyone wants a well made tarp.
