... hesitant on buying this because of some of the bad reviews. I'm not sure if it's been redesigned ...
I was hesitant on buying this because of some of the bad reviews. I'm not sure if it's been redesigned since those reviews, but this glider is a life saver!! - I'm 5'5 and my feet/shins do NOT hit it like so many othe reviews. I could run with it and still not hit it...not that I would. -Yes, my child (3 year old boy) has to lean his head a bit, but it's not a big deal at all. - It has two clips to attach to the stroller bar when you want to fold it up and not use it. - I can very easily fold the stroller up while it's attached and put in my vehicle without it getting in the way or taking up any more room. If you have a toddler and infant I definitley recommend this glider!! One more thing; ALL the gliders I've researched had the same complaints.

Great alternative to a double stroller
Simple to install, and a smart design that allows you to easily fold it up when not in use. We tried a toddler board when my older child was 2, but I think he was too young for it, but at 3, he is LOVING it. I think it's a good way to get kids off their butts and burn some energy, as well as transition them away from being strolled all the time. Edit: I noticed in a lot of the unfavorable reviews that they are using the City Mini stroller. I am using the City Select stroller, which is the more robust model, and can be used as a single or double stroller, which probably makes a huge difference with weight distribution. When configured for the single stroller, there is plenty of room for the toddler board so that you don't step on it. I fully extend the stroller handle and have my child inside it, holding onto the back of the seat. It works great.

My toddler loves it
Recently, my 3 yr old has taken up biking and loves riding his bike while I walk behind a stroller carrying his little sister. Unfortunately, the nearest park takes us about half an hour to get there and requires climbing up and down a lot of hills. Needless to say, after that mile and a half walk and playing on slides and other fun things for an hour, my son finds it impossible to walk all the way home. The day before I bought this, I had the worst time ever getting us home while my son ride on the foot rest on the stroller. I wish I had bought the glider board sooner. Looking at the design, I found it hard to believe this thing would prove comfortable enough for my little one. Obviously, he's going to stand straight up into the handle bar we use to push and steer the stroller. And, that's what happened. He didn't seem to mind and we made it even more comfortable by adjusting the bar to the down position. Sure, that means we have to push on the stroller and not the bar, but we don't use this much and it hasn't bothered us yet. We love that when not in use, we can attach it to the stroller. This great feature keeps the glider completely out of the way as if it wasn't there at all. Sadly, when attached, the stroller doesn't fold flat, but we have a large area in which to place this in our car so this doesn't bother us. That said, removing the glider or the wheels is quite easy so this shouldn't stop anyone from buying this. All in all, we love this purchase since we only needed a solution for times our toddler needs a break from walking. If you have a toddler who is active and can do a lot of walking, this makes a great solution since your kid won't need it all the time. However, if your kid is not accustomed to walking a lot, a double stroller might be worth the extra money.

Great with multiple uses
Great with multiple uses! We used this on both our city mini gt and city select, both worked but the select had more room due to the extendable handle bar. Does NOT work with the summit x3 double though, you really can't get to the brake. We originally bought this to use with our Cmgt in lieu of a double but our two year old did not like that the baby was in the stroller and she wasn't so we purchased the city select with second seat. Even though we don't use it for our daughter often it is super useful to haul large bags or coolers to the zoo/beach/long outings. Often we have the diaper bag in the basket and have an additional small cooler on this board plus both kids in the stroller, makes getting around, ugh easier!

It is annoying because the handlebar isn't long enough for this extra ...
We use this on the city mini stroller. It is annoying because the handlebar isn't long enough for this extra feature, so you have to walk a bit awkwardly when using the board, but it's worth it to me. Much better than carrying the baby everywhere with toddler riding in stroller, or baby riding in stroller and needing to cajole toddler the entire walk. I also like that you can easily hook it up when not using it (and just using the stroller), and that it collapses easily with the stroller (so you don't have to detach it). Once we received this item we attached it to our stroller and have not taken it off! Expensive, but worth it for us (1 year old & 3.5 year old). UPDATE: We've used this board daily for 4 months, and the clips that allow you to hook the board up to the stroller when not in use, have broken.

Love it!
We have the city select stroller and my son loves standing on this board. It doesn't get in my way if I pull the handlebar all the up, however, my husband knocks into if he is the one pushing the stroller. It's easier to push the stroller around when one is standing and the other is in the stroller.

Works for britax b-ready, too
Bought this for my Britax B-Ready stroller after reading a review from another customer and I couldn't be happier. My daughter is 3 and the arrival of her little brother has meant that she has lost stroller priority. I originally bought a bracket to make the b-ready a double and returned it. This is so much better. The wheels are sturdy and it us a smooth ride. My daughter is super happy and so am I!

If you are considering it, just buy it!
I love my city select stroller, and I love it even more with this! I put off buying this, and I regret that now. It is great for my 3 year old! He loves to be close to his brother, and can even entertain him. The maneuverability on it is amazing too! Bumps, curbs, ditches, mud with no problems at all! I get comments all of the time, and I have even shown many people how it works while we are out in public. If you have this stroller, and multiple kids, this is a must!!

So glad I got it!
This is great! We have 3 under 4 now and this board is awesome to have all 3 in the stroller. Even with two kids using this has been great, my husband prefers to use the glider board along with one seat when he's out alone with the 2 kids. It makes the stroller slightly smaller easier to maneuver in the city. If you need to reverse and back up the stroller sometimes the board's wheels will turn sideways and get stuck making backing up difficult. but going forward it works great! Sometimes its a little awkward to walk with but you can adjust the handle bar and how far out the board is so its not too bad. The wheels go pretty smoothly, they remind me of razor scooters wheels.

Seriously, just buy it! You won't regret it!
I had been procrastinating about purchasing the Glider board for at least 6 months. I wasn't sure if we'd get much use out of it or if my almost 3 year old would even like it. One of her little friends has one for his stroller and she always wants to take his spot. She started trying to ride on the frame of our stroller in both the back and the front when we don't have the second seat attached. My husband got on my case and I ordered one (still a little skeptical if it is worth it). It is sturdy, easy to attach and my almost 3 year old loves it! Baby Jogger thought of everything! Attachment and any adjustments can be made in seconds. -The board attaches to a space in the frame that was left just for its attachment. Look at your stroller, you probably have one too! -You can adjust the angle up and down to make it level for different stroller frames -The distance from the frame is an easy, single hand adjustment. With both seats attached you extend the board away from the frame and the toddler's head goes to the outside of the handlebar. With a single seat (on the lower bracket) you can tuck the board in close to the frame and your toddler can stick their head inside the handlebar even with the parent console in place. This gives you a little more space to walk without accidentally bumping the glider board. -You can also set the distance anywhere in between fully extended and fully retracted depending on the height of your toddler and how you like your handlebars. -When not in use, the board folds up and clips to the frame. -We have no problem going up and down small curbs. For a standard height step I need to boost it over with my foot, but it has not been an issue. I truly wish I hadn't waited so long. If you're debating whether or not to get it, just do it! As much as I wish that Baby Jogger sent this to me for free to write an unbiased review, they didn't. I paid full retail and I still love it!
