This pizza crust when cooked on the grill is the best pizza I ever had. You have no clue that it is gluten free. the taste is wonderful, it has just the right combo of crispy and chewy. My children would eat it every night. I make pizza with sauce and white pies, just minutes on the grill. I made homemade dough for 15 years, no more. Thank you Udi's.

add cornmeal and delicious

Much better than I thought for gluten free anything, especially pizza. Use a little corn meal under it on a pizza stone.

great tasting

udi's are my favorite gluten free pizza crust. They may not be as healthy as the pure cauliflower crusts you can get at Trader Joe's but they are the most "pizza-like" gluten free crusts you can get.

I can't imagine how they could be any better.

Outstanding. These are very thin and yet strong. You can get them crisp, and yet if you overload them, they will not collapse. I put the loaded pizza directly on the toaster oven rack to get them crisp. (I have this toaster oven: Breville BOV845BSS Smart Oven Pro Convection Toaster Oven with Element IQ, 1800 W, Stainless Steel as a substitute for a real oven.) There are two pizza crusts in the package. I can't imagine how they could be any better.

I love this pizza crust

I love this pizza crust. My nephew and I can't have any wheat products at all, so finding this pizza crust was a big deal to us. As the other review said, it is truly yummy tasting and has a great texture. I like to warm it up and eat it like any flat bread as well as for pizza.

Best gluten free pizza crust.

Each round is about the size of a paper plate.

I cooked these on a cookie sheet which made the dough stay a little chewy but they were still really good! I will cook the next set directly on the oven rack and I know they will be perfect then. I wish they were larger, each round is about the size of a paper plate. Makes very nice individual size pizzas but if you are feeding a whole family you will need to buy accordingly and they will take up more space in the oven than one large one in the middle.

great for lazy days when we don't want to make ...

freaking delicious, you can put anything on it. my fiance just made meatball, pepper and onion pizza with these and they were insanely good, he just adds extra olive oil for that authentic taste. doesn't crumble apart or taste gluten free. great for lazy days when we don't want to cook for a long amount of time and just want to throw together a delicious dinner. i just REALLY wish they weren't $3 per pizza (at the time of this writing, $6 for a pack of 2). that really adds up, so i don't eat them as often as i'd like. each size is perfect for a personal pizza. i am left feeling full but not sickly full - probably bc we always add protein and fat (oil).
