I've been using this off and on for about 2 years now. I started it when diagnosed with macular degeneration for its immune system boost. It definitely gives me pep and motivation. Clears up my head and chest. Seems to help skin. IDK if it will help the MD. What is the most striking to me is everyone I've offered some to (I keep one bottle at work) has come back and wanted to know the brand; and where I get it so they can order some. All of them have allergies and have been on allergy medicine for years and still suffered. This is like a miracle for each and every one of them. And IT is one of the few brands without a bunch of unnecessary stuff in it. Good job!

THIS HAS REALLY HELPED WITH MY COPD!!

I read somewhere online that it would help.with COPD which is my problem. I've been taking 600mg x 2 every morning for about a month amd have noticed that I am not having as much difficulty breathing, more energy and I think it has really helped with appetite! The difference in my breathing amazes me!! I'm so glad I tried this & will order again!

I took NAC and went through the entire winter and flu season and never got sick once. As someone who suffers from Asthma this is extremely important to me.

Helps with asthma

No joke! Taking this daily has significantly improved my breathing - decreased use of my daily prescribed Advair and decreased wheezing attacks. I don't remember why I got this or how I even came across it, but it is seriously legit. If you have asthma - take a chance. I only take one a day. Not sure if it's supposed to be two capsules daily but the one works. Yes it's a somewhat expensive supplement and a professional didn't suggest it but it is SO worth the money.

Don’t Give Up Taking These! This is Why....

My ND recommended this to thin out mucus in sinus and lungs. Let me just confirm not all people will react the same (us being prime example). My hubby LOVED it, he got really sick with horrid respitory crud over the Winter and was struggling with extra fluid in his lungs. He starts taking this and it kicked things out better than an expectorant. Me on the other hand it takes WAY WAY longer (but my body is more broken than his, so likely why my response time lags). Ever since moving to the Pacific NW (I’m in sinus purgatory) Currently on second bottle and it’s starting to show signs of improvement (at 🐌 speed)

It's not nice to talk about, but, I am always dealing with too much mucous, and NAC has helped me with this problem. It was so bad that I would gag just trying to brush my teeth... Now I can at least get through my routine gag free. Sorry for the visual..........

Can’t go wrong

Love the thought of it boosting my Immune system by increasing my telemores - I’m putting my husband on them, who is now 65 but looks 55 and who is not on any meds, to keep his immune system up and strong for the winter.

Naturally Effective!

Works pretty well. Had some terrible allergies, but this helped get rid of most of the symtpoms (nose gets a little stuffy, but it is manageable). **I am in Oregon, a place where allergies tend to hit people harder- if that carries any weight to this simple review ;)
