Ok so I bought this for flea and tick preventive for my 10 dogs, (yes 10 dogs, it's not a typo). I breed pomeranians and pomchis so at any time I may have up to 12 puppies running around as well. Before I would use Bayer yard treatment which works awesome but it's not the cheapest method. So I decided to try this one. The smell almost reminds me of toothpaste so it's not harsh and doesn't smell like other pesticides. Also I was amazed by how much this product knocked down our mosquito plague. I didn't even pay attention to that part on the bottle so was a nice surprise. Before spraying we had so many mosquitoes that literally you thought they were either going to carry you away or suck you dry. Day after spraying the yard there is barely any mosquitoes left. So definitely worth buying and a great price!!!!!

My yard got infested with ticks & I was searching for a child safe organic pestaside that was effective. I used this product in conjunction with DE. Within a few weeks of beginning my process of spraying & dusting the yard with the two products, my yard was tick-free. And I didn't have to use any harsh chemicals! I will definitely buy again if needed down the road.

Who knew that a flea and tick treatment for your yard could smell good!? First, let me just say that I live in Georgia. As my fellow southerners can attest, the summers are hot and humid and the bugs are plentiful. Now my dogs are on Bravecto for their Flea & Tick regimen which has been a total game changer. However, I noticed that I would see ticks attempting to get on ME! Seeing as I can't take Bravecto myself, I decided to try something that would naturally get rid of those blood sucking devils. I needed something that was safe around my furry "children" and my edible and non-edible plants. Enter this spray. The bottle was more than enough to do my medium sized backyard and the smell was (dare I say) pleasant! I'm a big fan of the smell of cloves and this is exactly that. I also noticed that I didn't see any more ticks NOR mosquitoes! WIN WIN!

This worked like a dream. We had our first issue with fleas this year and the spray helped combat them immensely. It had a pleasant smell, when compared to other flea products, and worked. Would highly recommend this product.

My neighbors 5 dogs were infested with fleas and unfortunately infected my boys. Thank goodness for this product. I sprayed it all over the side yard and no more fleas. Of course u cant use this alone. U have to use flea/egg shampoo also but it was safe for my puppies and it had a pleasant minty smell. Thank you Vets Best. Happy itch free puppies here

Ok so 2017 was a terrible year for ticks in the Northeast, usually this goes hand in hand with terrible mosquitoes and fleas as well. We had tons of rain and a very mild winter. So early spring I managed to pick up multiple ticks just walking across my lawn to garbage can about 50 ft every trip. I got a total of six stuck in me this way not to mention how many I caught. I got mad and bought this stuff sprayed the lawn. The 1st thing is the smell is fantastic neighbors walking their pets ask what was that wonderful smell. My cat and dog both seemed to like it and roll about in the lawn as well, maybe I did as well. (not sure if this was good or bad from pet safety prospective) I did this a total of 2 times and not 1 tick for the rest of spring, summer, and fall. Also in last 6 years the mosquitoes where always terrible we didn't notice them this year, live near a lake as well. As far as fleas go pets are treated with Advantix II for dogs and advantage for cats so can't really comment on flea control. However, anyone who thinks once you have a flea infestation this is going to help your barking up the wrong tree. Flee life cycle runs about 3/4 weeks and 95% of the flees in your home are eggs. Once you have them raid flea killer plus carpet and room works wonderfully to kill everything not on your pets. I used it on hardwood floors, carpeting and my sofas if needed. Better than a fogger in my opinion which gets on everything. Also make sure to vacuum works wonders as well. How you want to get rid of them off your pet if up to you. I like the advantix II and the advantage works better than frontline and once infestation is clear it stays clear if you apply it monthly. If you try to push it much more than a month you will get another flee infestation. Also if you have cats and dogs advantix II can be fatal to cats. So if your cats and dogs like to spoon avoid advantix II for dogs and try something else. Also don't mix the 2 up make sure you are putting advantage on your cat.

We have a house in one of the deer tick capitals in southeaster Massachusetts and a dog. The county government supports an ongoing survey of tick population in the area. A survey of our property was done the beginning of June and found about 30 nymph deer ticks plus a variety of dog ticks in the area just bordering the lawn. I sprayed about a third of the area with Vet's Best several days after the survey was done. Today the researcher made a special trip back to our yard because he was also curious about how well this worked. In the 2 weeks since I sprayed there has been several days of heavy rain. The results of today's survey showed that in the area that I sprayed there were no ticks found. In the area that I didn't spray he found the same number as the the first survey. He was impressed and I was very happy. Pretty clear scientific evidence of this product's effectiveness. My only complaint is that it doesn't come in a larger size. It is very easy to use - just attach a hose a start spraying. The recommendation from the researcher is to not bother treating lawn areas where you regularly mow. Ticks prefer moist areas - under trees and bushes where there area fallen leaves and tall grass or weeds.

We have loads of deer and our 4 dogs were averaging a tick a day. We sprayed 2 bottles around our perimeter over 2 weekends in June and didn’t see a tick again until October. The deer lounge on our yard border every day but we had no issues. We saw zero relief from mosquitoes like some others had claimed.

This product really works! the only problem I have is the lid is not always on tight and I have a wet box when delivered where it has leaked. I live on a wooded lot and only spray my fenced in area where my 3 doggies play and have not had any flea or tick problems with my doggies. However...the rest of my acreage has bad deer ticks. only wish it came with the lid tightened every time. I have ordered probably 15 bottles and only had this problem twice. I am ordering again and hope it keeps working! Smells great! I use at least once a month and cover the area well. If lots of rain I use more often. My doggies have been off flea and tick meds for almost a year and have had no problem.

HERES HOW TO USE THIS STUFF: typically ticks and biting bugs hang out in tall grasses where there is shade and a higher moisture content. manicured lawns rarely suffer from these bugs. therefore, I don't believe this was designed for a typical yard area and def don't use it on your yard in the heat of the day. this is best used in tall grassy or wooded scrub areas around your property or kennel. I have put a tick in a jar with a bit of this stuff and it did kill it...... slowly. if you wanna use it in your yard, youre better off using a little bit often rather than a whole bunch at once. Hope This Review Helps. This Is The Midwest Man, See Ya!
