One bottle in the store costs what this three pack costs. As a runner you need to keep your shoes clean and this does the job. I spray into my shoes after every use to make sure my feet are never going to be on fire in the future. Even if you've never had AF its always smart to have this in order to prevent the extremely common situation. If you put deodorant on your body every day, you should be doing the same for your shoes.

Works well. Takes about 2 weeks to completely cure your feet. The price is also great compared to what you pay in the store for just one. Dries as a powder so you can also use it in your shoes as well. I spray almost every surface my feet touch to make sure it doesn't come back!

This stuff works

I've tried many different kinds and brand of creams (including Lotrimin). None of those made any difference for my feet. But just using this stuff for a week, I noticed a difference. One of the key things to remember, though, with athletes foot, is that you must use it daily even after it seems it cleared up. Use it for at least 2 or 3 weeks after, or else it will come back.

It helped my Peripheral Neuropathy

It cleared up the infection on both of my feet and helped with Chronic Pruritis (itching), caused by Peripheral Neuropathy of my feet and legs. I had two rounds of Antibiotics that did nothing. It seems the infection I had resemble athletes feet and Lotrimin cleared up my feet for the first time in months. Those of you who get cracked feet and little blisters, you know what I am talking about. Cracked feet can lead to infections especially if you don't take care of them.
