Great Price and Great Look

This is a very high quality knob. My house is over 65 years old and I don't think the bedroom knob had ever been replaced and the locking mechanism stopped working. I didn't want To put too much money into changing them out because we are moving in about a year. This knob feels heavy duty, and I'm not sure if it's the knob or my door but when it connects to the hinge you can barely hear it, which is very nice. The knob has an almost matte feel to it which is unusual, but not a big deal. It gave us the desired look we were going for at a wonderful price.

Great Replacement Entry Lock For Personal Security.

This Door Knob lock does the job perfectly for the cheapest price I have seen so far in locks. At first I looked at the price of the knob and thought it was not going to do anything, but after i bought the knob and installed it i realized that i had no need to worry. If you are like me that has nosy family members, or just want to feel that the items in your room are secure then you should definitely buy this entry lock. I will be more specific about the Pros and Cons: Pros: The Door Knob comes with two keys and can also be re-keyed. The Door Knob has two black sleeves so that when you install it on a door, you will know where to connect the two sides of the knob. The Door Knob comes in the mail well packaged with the brands logo on it. The Door Knob (in my view and understanding) is universal and can fit almost all door types. When the Door is closed, it fits into the latch without any jiggle. Cons: The instructions that come with the knob are detailed but can be confusing. To some people, the Door Knob might seem small after you install it. At first, when you use the key to unlock the door after installation it might give some resistance. But goes away after a while. This Entry Knob deserves the 5 stars, and I would definitely buy again.

Stylish Doorknob Kit. Includes everything you need to install.

We ordered two of these Door Knobs to replace knobs in our rooms for our two younger children that had locks on them. Once the they were old enough to figure out how to lock them from the inside it quickly became obvious we had a safety issue to resolve. We decided on these because of the nice look and the fact that these do not have locks. The door knob kit comes with everything you need including two screws for the knob assembly, two screws for the latch, a strike plate and two screws for the strike plate. It also comes with instructions. It is very stylish and appears to be quite durable. It has a smooth finish, but not so smooth that our 3 year old could not turn it unassisted. Assembly was super easy. Once I had everything unpacked it took me about 4-5 minutes per door including disassembling the previous door knob and strike plate. This is a great addition to our home style and blended well with various other door hardware around our house.

Looks great, good quality for price for my crappy builders quality hollow-core closet doors.

I got 6 of the satin stainless dummy knobs to replace the crappy wooden ones on my crappy builders quality, hollow-core bifold doors that were too small to operate the doors easily, wete all coming loose, and keft finger smudges all arond them on the doors. Did I mention that they were crappy doors? Well, these knobs did the trick perfectly. They look great, and make it a lot easier to operate the doors, without fingers having to come in contact with the surface of the door and smudging it up. I did have to get different #8 screws, nuts and fender flat washers to install them through my crappy builders quality hollow-core doors, but the installation was a breeze.

Very nice

Went to Home Depot to find this door knob and they had every shape but round. Not even in their inventory base. Had someone check to see if they were just out of stock but they didn't have it at all. Had flat ones, or round in silver, but not brass. Anyway, I knew Amazon would have it, and it was easy to install. Did it in a couple of minutes. This has no lock. I used it for the inside knob of my front door. The outside is a fancy opener, but inside I just needed a new brass knob.

Simple door knob

There isn't much to say other than the door knob indeed works. Installation was straight forward. Anyone with a basic toolbox at home should be able to perform the installation (I have attached pictures of my own installations The only thing I can say off the top of my mind is to measure the latch assembly that will go in the door knob whole. Another thing to make note is the latch assemble of this unit also extends. I, unfortunately, didn't measure the length when the latch is fully extended, but when it is not extended, it measures right at 3 inches, just like the old latch For the price and locking feature this gives, it's a good value

Great. A door knob with no keyhole.

Good door knob. Installation was quick and simple. Just place the big rectangular metal piece in and make sure the hole shows in the center of the door hole/circle. If it is not then adjust it. Then bring in both the brass end pieces in. If they don't go in that's because your brass turning piece has to be in 'locked' position (the switch facing vertically) before you can slide them in. After that screw them in place and your good to go. Door knob looks great and works fine. My only problem is the outer end or other side of the knob has no keyhole. The other end is like a small slit that you could turn to open the locked door with a coin. I wish they would have shown a picture of the other side... Anyway, it works great. Oh, one more thing. If you happen to have a keyblade with you... it won't open this door. Sorry. No keyhole.

Awesome Door Knobs!

Purchasing Cause: Wanted to replace all the door knobs in my house to match and upgrade from the standard brass colored knobs. Shipping (Prime Member): No issues with the shipping. Product was received in the standard 2 day free delivery service offered to Prime members. Shipping Packaging: Packaging for the product was great, no issues detected. 1st Inspection of the Product After Receiving: I ordered a lot of knobs, all were accounted for and the correct knobs were all sent in the quantity I asked for. There were no defects or noticeable problems with all of the knobs ordered. 1st Use of the Product: Product is great, easy to install, same as most standard door knobs. No issues with any of the locking knobs as well as no issues with the functionality of the knobs. I was very surprised and the sturdiness and quality of the knobs as well. Was the Product Returned?: The product wasn't returned and I'm still using all the knobs purchased today. Overall Pros: * Amazing price * Great quality * Very easy to install * Awesome packing and labeling of the different style knobs, very easy to keep in order * Very sturdy product and feels very well made Overall Cons: * N/A In Closing: These are amazing door knobs and I don't think there is a better quality knob for the price out there. Five Stars

Several people are wanting to know what the knob/lock looks like on the other side of the door, so here's a picture. This knob does not come with a key, but as you can see by the picture it isn't needed (a screwdriver or anything flat will open it). This knob is only to be used on an interior door. It looks great & I'm very happy with the color. Hope this answers any questions.

Great door knob

I just recently remodeled my basement and wanted all the fixtures to have the aged bronze look. After looking at Lowe's, home depot, etc. I realized door knobs weren't cheap. I only needed it for a laundry room so I didn't want to spend a lot of money. I found this knob and was glad I went with it. The color is exactly what I was looking for and it looks great overall. It a little hard to tell from my pictures but there is some of the bronze color in there, more than shows up in the picture. It was easy to install and seems like it is sturdy and will hold up for a long time. I would buy this product again when I need another door knob for another room.
