Keeps lunches COLD!

This is my second order of this product, but only because we lost a couple and needed new ones for the school year. These are thin, however really keep lunches cold. I'll pack 2-4 depending on how cold i want lunch to stay and how big the lunch box is. I like that they are thin because I can pack on freezer pack on each side of the lunch box, or put 2 on the bottom flat and 2 laying flat on the top. These really keep our lunches cold, surprisingly. Im away for 12 hours at a time and need to pack 3 meals, while my son needs it just to stay cold for 4 hours until lunch. They really work great.

I love this cooler packs because it kept my breastmilk cold. I also like that its flat giving me enough space to put my freemie cups inside the cooler bag. I work a 12 hr shift and when i get home from work these cooler packs are still cold.

Great slim ice pack for lunch box

These lunchbox ice packs are perfect for using in kids' lunchboxes. My child carries a very slim lunchbox, so as to take up less room in his backpack. (This one: eBags Slim Lunch Box (Black)) This ice pack is perfect for this particular lunch box because it's thin enough not to take up a lot of room in a bag that doesn't have a lot of width to begin with. I can slip the ice pack in the mesh area in the top of his lunch box and have plenty of room left for a growing boy's lunch! The ice packs freeze quickly and, due to their shape, also don't take up a ton of room in the freezer, which is great. They stay frozen quite a while and keep my child's lunch cold until lunchtime everyday. And with a pack of four, I always have extras in the freezer as needed. These ice packs are a really great value for the price. At about $2 each, you get a great ice pack that fits in a lunch box and keeps the fold cold until it's ready to be eaten. You really can't beat that.

Great ice packs!

I ordered these after I got some fit and fresh containers and discovered how much I love the thin ice packs. I can slip this into my lunch box around the edges between box and food, slide them in between my sandwich and my drink, and put the smaller sizes into even smaller spaces! They are light weight and do a great job of keeping my food icy cold for hours. I highly recommend them. ***Update*** I have had these for over a year now and they are still going strong. One of them bulges a bit, but nothing scary. They also fit into Coleman FlipLid 6 Personal Cooler with no problems. The smaller fit and fresh slim ice packs also fit into the lids of the fit and fresh boxes, giving me even more cold in my lunch box without taking up any additional space! A great product for the average sized lunchbag

These slim ice packs converted me permanently from ever wanting to deal with the normal bulkier sized units that are typically used by most people, and that I used for years. I pack my lunch every day for my 9-5 job in a small zippered lunch bag that is roughly 8"x6"x6", about the standard size you'd expect to see for a lunch pouch. I bring leftovers, sandwiches, drinks, big tupperware containers, small tupperware containers, and a whole host of other sizes and shapes of food items in my lunches, it changes all the time. I found this product after years of slight annoyance with not being able to fit certain sized tupperware in my bag along with an ice pack at the same time. These slimmer ice packs allow me the flexibility to fit 2-4 of them into my bag along with almost any sized container. I can line them around the edges and put my lunch in the middle, or sit two on the bottom and two on the top with my food sandwiched in between. My lunch typically needs to stay cool in this bag for about 4.5 hours (usually packed around 730am and eaten around noon), and these packs are more than capable of doing just that. They seem safely sealed, I've never had one leak or show any signs of wear or tear even after over a year of being used 5x a week. They still freeze and remain cool just as well as the day I bought them. Great product all around, I highly recommend.

Tiny and powerful chillage.

These are great cooler packs. They are very small and thin so they can be packed into a lunch bag and take up very little real estate you need for your food and drinks. I put two of them at the bottom of my lunch cooler and fit four sodas, a full sized pack of lunch meat and a full sized package of cheese with no struggle. I put another in the top compartment with two more sodas and that fit easily too. These are super compact and hold the cold for hours. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Perfect for lunch boxes

I have purchased these twice and I would purchase again. They are perfect for my sons L.L. Bean lunch box. I put two ice packs in there each day. They last almost the whole school day. I only need them to last to lunch but they are still a bit cool when i pick them up from daycare each day. They freeze pretty quickly as well. I also use them when we go out of town to our cottage each weekend. They are great for tight spots as they are not huge. I would recommend and also purchase again.

I placed one of these with my sons lunch which she takes him a bentgo kids leakproof children's lunch box, that I put in a skip hop lunch bag. His bento box and these thin ice packs fit perfectly in the small skip hop lunch box and it keeps his lunch cold until 1230. I appreciate how sleek these are as his school cannot refrigerate or heat up the kids lunches so I know that this will keep his lunch good until we can eat it and allows for it to fit in a tight space.

Just the Right Size

This ice pack is perfect for small ice chests. I take a large lunchbox-sized cooler with me to work. Four of these little ice packs are perfect for keeping it cold for 12-16 hours. Just take them out of the freezer and pop them in the ice chest. The best part is the flat and stackable design. This means you can set them on top of the food, or under, or between. They are about 4-5 inches per side and they take up just under an inch of width/height when frozen and stacked. As the ice melts, the packs get slightly thinner because the liquid contracts they. They stay quite cool for a long time. Gee, what more is there to say?! It’s a good product. It does just that I wanted and well. The key aspect of this purchase is the fact that it’s thin and fits in the cooler flat. It allows for a cooler that doesn’t have a bunch of odd angles when you put the ice packs in.

Slim but effective! For all-day work use.

I was weary about how long these would stay cold since my lunch bag has thin insulation (my bag is lined with Ripstop nylon and the insulation is Insul Brite - a foil layer sandwiched by two layers of thin felt). However, I was very happy with my first-time use of these ice packs! I froze all 4 over-night and then used all 4 in my bag (1 on bottom, and the other 3 on 3 sides). I put 3 small Tupperware containers in the middle. At work, I leave my lunch bag at my desk and eat small meals throughout the day. Each time I grabbed a meal, my food was still cold! After about 8 hours, the ice packs had melted back into water but were still cold enough that I felt safe eating my last meal. I love how slim they are and I would definitely recommend!
