Absolutely love this stuff. I use it in conjunction with ClearCare's Hydraglide peroxide cleaner, which can tend to be a little dry in the mornings. Biotrue can go on my lenses and is gentle enough that I can flush my eyes out when my contacts are being stupid. Chronic dry eye sucks, this is a necessity if you have it.

Be True to your eyes

I switched to this solution several years ago based on my eye doctor's recommendation and have been using it ever since. I feel like it looks and feels like a cleaner solution than ones I have used in the past. I also like that the bottle is transparent so you can see that the solution is crisp/clear in color. The only thing I would change would be the ability to twist off the top caps so that you can downsize bottle sizes if necessary. These do not offer that functionality.

Great contact lenses solution, very comforting to eyes

I wear PureVision Contact Lenses from Baush and Lomb, and I used to use cheap generic contact lenses solutions from either Costco or Sam's club for about $8 per 3-pack bottles. It used to be fine but recently I started to have dry eyes and by the end of the day, my eyes would be super bloodshot and uncomfortable that the second day I would dread putting the lenses in. At first I didn't think it was the problem of the cheap solutions, but something wrong with my eyes. I even stopped using contact lenses for a few months, until I started trying this Biotrue Muti-Purpose solution, also from Baush and Lomb. I immediately feel the difference once I started using it. My eyes feel much more comfortable with the same lenses, and by the end of each day, I still don't feel bothered by them. I even tried experimenting with one contact lense soaked in the generic brand solution, and the other soaked in the Biotrue solution. And I would be able to tell the difference immediately when I put them into each eye. I would never go back to the cheap brand again and I wish I had tried this one earlier.

relieved my eye sensitivities - a miracle!

i got to a point where i was unable to wear my soft contacts without my eyes constantly tearing up or itching like mad. my eye doctor said it must be seasonal allergies. it was excruciating. then my friend told me that she had been allergic to her store brand and her doctor recommended this because it does not have some chemical that the others do and it worked for her. so i tried it, and i am pretty much back to normal again. i could cry, i am so happy. i hope people read this and it helps them, too.

Great for sensitive eyes

I have very sensitive eyes and sometimes have to stop wearing contacts for a couple of days to let my eyes rest form the chemicals in the lens cleaners. But, with this product, I can wear the contacts any day I like with no chemical buildup or reaction. highly recommend.

Helps my dry eyes

Definitely helps my dry eyes! I was having to remove my soft lenses after only 6-7 hours of wear because my eyes were unbearably dry. After using Biotrue for an entire bottle I can definitely see a huge improvement in the wearability and comfort of my lenses. No more Opti Free and Saline Solution for me, this is my go to all in one contact solution. Also I do not rub the lenses at night, but I do rub them and rinse them with Biotrue before inserting them in the morning.

No More Allergic Reaction to Solution

I've been wearing contacts for over a decade and a couple years ago I became allergic to a certain brand of contact solution. My doctor recommended BioTrue and I haven't had any problems since. The white dots in my vision were caused by the reaction to the other brand I was using. My wife and I thought that might be useful information to the public.

Used to use PureMoist by OptiFresh; this BioTrue is WAY better. I use Acuve Oasys and I suffer from dry eyes. The ph balance formula BioTrue has is really something. I can wear my lenses longer with less issues- I don't have to rewet them most days, and I can tell the lenses don't irritate my eyes as much when I put them in; it takes a lot less time for my eyes to adjust. I highly recommend this. I still have a full bottle of OptiFresh I haven't touched since getting this. Really, this solution is a godsend.

Simply the best...

I cannot say enough about this contact solution. I’ve used scores of brands (just as most contact users do), from around the world, but nothing compares to Biotrue. I can literally go up to 18 hours before I even think about rubbing my eyes or the dried out feeling sets in. Due to my crazy work schedule, this is super important. Due to the fact I can’t readily find this product in other countries, their two pack with the Amazon subscription is a life saver.

Ultimate Comfort & Cleaning for Your Contacts♡

Biotrue Contact Lens Solution is excellent! It cleans disposable contacts (mine are 2 week lenses) thoroughly. Your lenses need to soak for just a minimum of 4 hours before they're ready to wear. I've used OptiFree solution for several years now (plus ReNu and other brands) and recently, my eyes have been getting more irritated and dried out sooner in the day. So I decided to try a new solution and so far, this one is absolutely perfect. Biotrue's lens case is an obvious improvement because you can use less solution to store the lenses. Each lens cell is more shallow and easier to see the bottom, unlike OptiFree's (and other companies') lens case. OptiFree's lens case is designed to be deeper, which makes you use more solution, which makes you run out faster. It's a dishonest practice I've always disliked. It forces you to run out of solution faster in order to purchase more and spend more in the long run. I really prefer Biotrue's lens case. Plus the screw on tops are also thin, which saves plastic just like certain water bottle tops do. I plan to subscribe & save to this contact solution. Being a contact wearer is expensive! Any little bit helps. My eyes feel comfortable and moisturized, more than I'm used to. I wore my contacts while awake for about 22 hours straight and to my pleasant surprise, my contacts weren't overly dry at the end of it. That's a major improvement! I love this solution and I'd recommend it to anyone who's looking for more comfort from their contact lenses. Admittedly, these bottles run out a lot faster than I'm used to due to their small size. I'm going to explore the larger sizes.
