• Despite the introduction of more advanced audio and video signal cables such as HDMI and Toslink
  • This is a premium two-channel audio cable made of RG-59 75 ohm coaxial cable
  • The cable uses a 22AWG conductor and is shielded to prevent EMI or RFI interference from entering your audio system

These are king of cheap cables dont bother with anything else just get these ...get over the looks thing these are ugly but they work how they are supposed to. I hate the way they look they are rugged and raw and cheap but i love that the sound is perfect coming out for price paid. You will not have any interference with these cables unless you are buying some blue jeans cables or some other high end product just buy these and let them tide you over till you can. They are big bulky and ugly but i havent found anything that comes close for overall sound ive tried a lot of cables. I cant stand noisy cables if you have noise with these cables its some other audio component producing it or somethings broke or you did something wrong. Its the sound that matters not how the cable looks people are just gonna have to get over that..

As usual, just about *ANY* cable made by Monoprice is something worth purchasing. However, I'm not always convinced the amount of money you pay is worth what you get. However, this one has now been pulled up the inside of a wall, across the attic and down the inside of another wall and works like a champ.

Tight fit -- really snug, but they work well. Using these to replace the FosPower (spelling?) cables I had. I have had them several months now and I couldn't be happier with them. The Monoprice seem much better in quality than my previous set; the cables are thicker, sturdier, and best of all -- they are very short. The insulation seems pliable but the cables are very stiff, making them very hard to bend. I use them to connect an audio interface to a DJ mixer for Traktor. These cables are clean looking and tidy, being they are so short. Plus they are snug in fit to the connection -- they are not sliding loose by accident. Because they are so short and thick, they don't bend well and like to snap back into almost a straight position. I try to stack my audio interface beside the turntable, but the cables pull it back behind the mixer every time. I would definitely recommend these cables over any others that I have tried.

I have to say that this cable is amazing compared to stock cable and some so called hi end starter cables. If this cable had the name Monster in front of it, it would cost 40 dollars. This cable is thick, offers amazing shielding, and is a much improvement over stock. I bought this cable to connect my Bose Solo 15 to my TV, I was using the stock cable that came with the speaker. I live in NYC where there is much interference due to the trains and taxi cabs. Once I bought this cable and changed out the stock cord it was a major difference. The bass improved and there was silence when I raised the volume all the way. What do I mean by that? Connect your stock cable and raise the volume all the way and listen, if you can hear noise, light static and a light hiss sound, that's the problem with stock cables with lack of or no shielding at all. Which can damage you product, now change out the stock and place this cable and raise the volume all the way. And you will notice the difference right away. Great cable, if you are using this to connect to your TV, believe me you don't have to spend more than what this cable cost because you are getting a great cable for a great price.

I recently remodeled and re-organized my music/karaoke studio. I need a longer (12-15 ft) RCA cable and I thought all RCA cables behave the same way. Wrong! I firstly connected a 15 ft RCA cable from my music jukebox to the pre-mixer and I immediately heard the noise. It's like an electronic impulse, and later on, I realized that noise is from the hard drive of the jukebox when it's searching for a music file. The noise is very noticeable that I felt very annoyed. I looked around and found this RCA cable (thick and tight connection) due to the construction and I believe it fully shielded to prevent any signal interference. After I replaced with this cable, the noise is gone! Really Gone! Very happy to get this cable

Cable is very stiff but everything else is really good. Very tight RCA connections. It is good value for the money. I have seen some people having QC issues but this unit I have is perfect. The only downside to it is when connecting lightweight gear -- e.g.: Schiit Magni and Modi stack. It may be just too much for it. Simple analogy is driving a big american truck through the narrow streets of Italy.

I needed short RCA cables to connect my DAC and Amp. Monoprice has always made affordable and good quality products so it was an easy buy. The cables are a thick and a little stiffer than I wanted but they are workable. The connectors are a little tight and you should be careful using these on older equipment but they work well and hold the connection tight. You can pay a lot of money for fancy cables that won’t really give you much of a bump in audio quality or you can spend $6 on these and get good cables that work well.

These cables are awesome, I've been using them for years, and never had a problem with them. The wires are 22-gauge, come with a thick outer jacket, shielding against EMI, and have strong connectors that are gold plated. I have 3-foot, 6-foot, and 10-foot Monoprice cables and I love them all. This is not one of those cheap Chinese cables that make a poor connection, and where the cables kink. These cables make a very solid tight connection, and the cable forms the way you want it. The thick gauge of cable allows for a sample rate of 192KHZ max, so if you have a system that can push that much, rest assured these cables have got you covered. Highly recommended, 5 out of 5 STARS!

Bought this to replace the cheap cable that came with my vintage turntable. There was a noise base that didn't seem to go away whatever I did. This cable made it much better. It's not completely gone (I think I need to isolate the turntable better to avoid rumble) but the old cable proved to have played a part. I also bought a 3mm to rca and that 100% eliminated the noise I had through the AUX channel! This is why I think I really can't do better than this cable (they are the same built).

I ordered the 50ft length and was suprised at how heavy duty this cable was. The cable is about as thick as a coax cable, for each side of the signal, so the thickness of 2 coax cables side-by-side! That said, it's a very heavy duty cable and I'm sure it will last pretty much forever. I had no issues with the connectors; they slid onto my RCA inputs easily and I had no issues with the sound or signal transfer. FWIW, this is cheaper at monoprice.com, but you have to pay shipping unless you meet their minimum. I picked up a Used - Very Good from Amazon Warehouse and it was like-new.
