This is the shop vac you are looking for, if you are looking to keep your car clean. Easy open clips make emptying a breeze. It is light weight for ultra portability. The best, most unexpected surprise are the attachments. They actually fit into BOTH the nooks AND the crannies of your car. We have two dogs. This shop vacuum picks up about 95% of the dog hair (I would estimate that the average shop vac picks up 85% of dog hair). There will always be a stray hair that has somehow bonded at the molecular level with the car mat. Finally, it's not painfully loud to operate. Assuming it holds together for a few years, I'll be extremely please with this purchase

AWESOME! I bought this little guy to vacuum my car which is FULL of PET HAIR. My dog travels in the car every day to/from work with me, so there is so much dirt and fur everywhere (even though I use a hammock seat cover). Using all the tools/attachments and a decent amount of elbow grease, I was able to remove about 85-90% of the pet hair from the cloth seats. I could still vacuum some more to keep removing, but my arm got sore from scrubbing :). The small attachment brush for the radio and console area works great without scratching anything. I'm very pleased with this purchase and would recommend! I have not used it for wet suction yet, but I wold trust it won't let me down :) Pics attached of Fur-covered seat VS. pretty decently cleared seat.

Are you a clean freak? I just finished using this today, as I’ve just detailed the inside of my car. This product is great as a vacuum for my car- exactly what I bought it for. Suction power is sufficiently strong enough for this little vac, and it does require some elbow grease (scraping motion on carpets to loosen ground in bits of dust or dirt). It was easy to match all the parts up to the instructions (photo attached), and I was able to snap on and off the unit with ease. Connect the hose, choose your attachment, switch on, and that’s it!!!! The attachments weren’t loose at all. I know other reviewers mentioned them being loose, but maybe that happens over time with more wear. I used this once today with no issue. Everything stayed put and snug where I intended it. This is a plug in, and the cord isn’t long enough when you’re running it and trying to get around your car. You will definitely need a long extension cord. It’s lightweight, easy to assemble, easy to operate, and fulfills my needs for auto detailing. Now the blower- I am tempted to try this to dry my car exterior after a wash but nervous about blowing dust (that might be lodged In the hose or other) onto a newly washed car.

There are plenty enough reviews of this vacuum, but I think it deserves another just for its ability to clean out wood stoves. I finally tired of cleaning the ashes out of my pellet stove with a 30 year old Craftsman shopvac. It's a heavy duty machine, but it's huge, awkward in the house on its casters, and howls like a Lear Jet taking off. Emptying it is not pretty, either, requiring a shower afterwards, at least. The Armor All shopvac is exactly right for the job: easy to tote, plenty of suction, a motor sound that doesn't scare cats on the next ranch over, and maybe most important, easy to clean. The included attachments are also appropriate and handy. NOTE: for fireplace ashes and drywall dust, which are extremely fine, the manufacturer recommends an optional fine filter, and this is important, as the powdery dust from ashes will work through a regular filter and burn out the motor. ALSO NOTE: I called the number for parts in the manual to order that fine filter, and a helpful representative gave me an absolutely super extra tip: mount a regular paper vacuum bag over the inflow tube in the canister and collect the ashes in that. If you do (and I did) hardly any ash gets through to the filter over the motor, and you can simply remove the bag and drop it in the garbage instead of turning the canister over and dumping the ashes in a choking cloud of dust. They carry the bags, too, though I had some leftover bags with a collar gasket that just fit over the inflow tube and those worked well too.)

Holy Cow! What a little suction machine! This little sucker is powerful! I purchased it to keep all the sawdust from getting all over the house (I don't have a workshop or room- just a work corner). My little house vacuum hose barely sucks anything up. However, I seriously don't have the space for a large shop vac so the compact size of this is so great yet it performs as strongly as the large sizes. I was expecting less but got more! My two little dogs who are terrified of my house vacuum actually don't even pay this one any mind at all. One typically runs and hides while the other follows me around barking madly at it--but with this little shop vac they even kept coming up to it while I'm using it with no barking. The machine is also quite stable sitting low on the floor so it doesn't tip over. The hose has a good length to it and it comes with several different head attachments that work great! I can also attach my straight hose extensions from my upright vac to this. UPDATE: OMG not long after I posted this I was spring cleaning - using a hose from my apartment to wash down the patio when I heard something running behind me. Turn around and the whole dining room area is flooded from a leak in the hose!!! So I promptly turned off the water, changed the filter from the cloth to the water filter in this little vac and proceeded to test its wet suction! SUPER HAPPY! It worked like a dream. From a huge spreading puddle to dry floors in minutes! Highly recommend. I haven't tried the wet part yet or the "blow" part either but if the suction works this well, then I'm sure I'll have no worries.

I bought this for my husband 's upcoming b/day for use with his Traeger grill. Now he keeps it spotless can use the blower to clear off our patio as we are surrounded by many trees who constantly shed their leaves.I love all the attatchments, our carport is approx 100 steps away from our condo, but we have extra long industrial extension cords we can run out to the car so I CAN USE IT ,for my car! love the vent attatchment,we have a little service dog who sheds.Evidently when we had our CRV servicced last month, they charged us $150 to vacuum out the Hepa filter in the middle & rear or our vehicle BECAUSE,it was clogged with little blonde hairs! (my dog!) who knew.so this will b ideal keeping the vehicle spotless as all the local car washes *(ducky's,) those who vacuum, really dont do quite the job I would do & they are so expensive,so this will b/ideal for both our grill & our vehicle & many other jobs I'm sure I can fine. Its quite powerful for it's lightweight & compact size.I'm really glad I chose the Armor All brand,as I also purchased the new wipes for not only polish, but keeping the car washed with their new wipes as well.I love the Armor All products.

Ok, I doubt anybody likes to vacuum out their car. Before getting this product I would go downtown to one of those car wash places and poke an endless supply of quarters into a bulky commercial vacuum cleaner. This has never been a pleasant experience since the car wash vacuum cleaners always seem to come with large barely-flexible, cumbersome hoses equipped with an over-wide nozzle ill-suited to clean the hard-to-reach places in your car. And they (don't) suck! Taking the house vacuum into the yard isn't an option - it just isn't designed for this. The Armor All vacuum is incredibly light weight and generates an impressive amount of suction. It comes with a wide assortment of attachments and it does a great job. It works as a wet/dry cleaner. There's no collection bag - only a small cloth bag/filter that covers the motor intake to prevent sand from ruining the engine. After you're done you just pop open the top and dump the canister out. (The filter bag is reusable and you can also order extras) Important: Make sure you don't forget to put the bag on or you'll ruin the motor! When vacuuming liquids you must remember to swap out the bag for a sponge-ish filter that wraps around the motor intake for wet mode. The power cord is of a decent length, but of course you are still going to need a sturdy outdoor extension cord.

This thing SUCKS! I wouldn't doubt that it could suck a golf ball through a garden hose. OK enough jokes. This vacuum is pretty frigging good. It has quite a bit of suction power, even with the attachments. I use it to vacuum my cars and it does a GREAT job! For starters, the electrical cord is about 10 feet, which is nice. Though for most applications, you'll likely still need an extension cord. The suction power is pretty impressive. And it's not much louder than your normal vacuum. It's not blaringly loud, but at the same time it's not whisper quiet. The vacuum hose is adequately long at about 6 feet. Even better, the end of the hose rotates. This makes using it with attachments so much easier as you don't kink the hose as easily. Speaking of attachments, it comes with everything most will need for simple cleaning. It should be said that there is no extension tube as many other vacuums have. That seems to be the only attachment missing. The vacuum does well with a mix of wet and dry vacuuming. I was able to vacuum up sand on a carpet, followed by standing water, then back to a sandy carpet. It also did a thick wet mixture quite well. The collection bucket holds quite a large amount while still being easy to handle. You can carry the unit around while vacuuming, but I'm sure most will set it down before vacuuming. If you're the type to place the unit on the ground before vacuuming, know that it does NOT slide well on the ground. You can give it tugs to drag it along, but know that it's going to give a bit of resistance throughout the process. In short, this was a great buy! I heard a few guys praising it prior to my purchase, so when I initially purchased this, I had high hopes and was ready to discredit most of its workings. I can honestly say that after using this to clean 5 vehicles, and a few household messes, this vacuum holds its own exceptionally well. This is definitely a winner and a great buy, especially for the budget minded who wants to get the best bang for their buck. If I have to mention something negative about the unit, it would be 2 things. 1. I don't like that there isn't enough room to dump all the attachments inside the trash collector of the unit when not in use. Instead, I have to affix them to the top of the unit where they stand tall and proud. 2. The "clamps" connecting the top of the unit and bottom trash collector can sometimes be a bit annoying to align and affix together. Not a big deal, and it's pretty obvious when it's not connected correctly, but every time I opened the unit, I felt myself really taking my time to ensure the two parts were correctly connected. Again small gripes with the unit. This just shows how well it was designed. As usual, if I run into any problems, I will update this review accordingly. But as of right now, things are going extremely well.

Love this vacuum! Great for picking up my German Shepherds hair off of my trucks black seats. If you think that isn’t saying much just remember they don’t call them German shedders for no reason

I received this vacuum packaged nicely and in top quality. Everything was packed in nicely and the package was a good fit for the additional attachments. This vacuum comes equipped with a wet and dry element filter blue and black. The black I think is for wet purposes. And the blue for dry purposes. Once I inserted the attachment hose I turned the unit on. At first I felt a weak suction and I was thinking that this would not be good enough for my purpose cleaning up wet jobs. Upon closer inspection it turned out I didn't snap tight close the housing when I took out the hose from within the unit. Once I pushed down on the top half of the vacuum to the bottom half to close, the side clips clipped and locked. I turned on the vacuum again and this time the suction was very powerful. My refrigerator tends to drop lots of moisture and accumulates under the crisper doors. By the 2nd and 3rd week there is enough water to seep unto my kitchen floor. I finally got tired of mopping up these spills and water leaks. Using this vacuum instead will be much easier and faster! One thing I liked about this mini unit compared to another Shop Vac #2030100 1.5 gal. I had bought at another discount store ( I returned before buying this one ). The Shop Vac unit was small like this ArmorAll unit. But the Shop Vac model upon start up had lots of torque. The Shop Vac had strong suction, but I was worried the torque would tilt the unit standing upright. And if my two hands were busy vacuuming. I was concerned any vacuumed water would spill out if the unit tilted. I don't have to worry about that with this ArmorAll unit. I don't feel any strong jerky torque turning on this model vacuum. The vacuum is strong and I am glad I bought this one instead. Also the base of this model seemed very level and stable compared to the Shop Vac unit I had bought before. UPDATE: I bought a second one of these because this works so well. I needed one for another home I have that needs wet pick ups sometimes.
