Every household should have this "first aid" healing gel in their home and in their car. We first learned of this wonder product when one of our terriers was slashed and chewed by a bobcat attack and the wounds were large and had to remain open because the wounds were so deep. This gel is used on wounds that cannot be washed with water or with any cleaner like paroxide, alcohol, regular first aid creams or water. This gel destroys bacteria while healing the wound-----healing that is remarkable fast with its usage. Large wounds will heal within a few days. I used it on a very large wound on my arm where the epidermal layer was completely gone from a patch of skin about 6" long x 2" wide. The wound had to remain open and could not be washed with water, etc. The wound healed completely within a week and a half. This family swears by this product and it is always in our First Aid Kit at home and on trips.

Our Siamese cat decided to prove her 6 lb body could outmaneuver our 15 lb orange tabby. She lost. She was left with a pretty good sized abrasion, completely bald the size of a silver dollar on the side of her neck, so no cone of shame could be used. This product arrived Saturday, April 21,2018, and it is now Wednesday, April 25, 2018, and she is already having hair regrowth, wound looks a lot better already. I have been using 2-3 times per day as instructed. What I like most about this product? It smells like tea tree oil, natural products, not medicine or hospital like some wound creams can. She is not a fan of having it put on, but this product is top knotch. I will be buying this again when I run out!

I have a rescue dog with an ulceration caused by long neglect of a cyst. (She was very neglected and had not been bathed or shorn for a long time, She had huge infestation of fleas, matted hair, ingrown hair, cysts and was a nervous wreck from living outside in a backyard and not being given anything but food and water. Poor thing. The owner got sick and was unable to properly care for her, so she called out for help and I got a call to come and rescue this dog. I'm glad I did--she's a sweetie and my other dog LOVES her and needed a pal.) I have multiple veterinarians, attempting to fix it and it's very resistant to healing. This dog can't be anesthetized due to a moderately severe heart murmur and her age (she's a standard poodle and sadly, that is a common health issue in these dogs, along with cysts.) After courses of antibiotics and full time wearing of an E-collar, she still has the ulcer. I had the area professionally cleaned and we applied this gel. While the ulcer is still there, the margins look like they are coming together a bit, and the area has stayed clean. I plan to have another session to debride the area and see if they will try some more antibiotics and apply the gel again to the cleaned ulcer. This is a very stubborn problem in dogs, well, any species, humans too! So I still rely on professional dog care but this seems to help out. This is not a permanent cure--but it is a good assist to the healing process. This ulcer is in a place where bandaging is not possible (flank) so it works a bit like a bandage to keep the area moist and clean after debridement. Ask your vet if this can help.

Service dog, w me always. One week after stepping on glass and complete lateral sever of digital pad involving artery, signs of recovery under vet care were zero. Vet said product wouldn't hurt, yet didn't expect it'd help. Throughout I inspect at least hourly (service dog, not trivial), so consider my determination of effectiveness to be reliable albeit anecdotal. Once this was applied, morning/evening and anytime she broke restriction with sudden stride or springing, the growth was noticable (from inside, not margins sealing, pads heal from inside to surface). I found it easiest to apply pea size onto my clean finger and swab into the wound. She liked the taste enough "leave it command" was needed at first, then she bored with it. I'm convinced this reduce recover time. The package cam with a small sample tube that was enough for the four weeks it took to resume full activity including all out runs and wrestle play at dog park.

I don't have a lot of space, so I will try to be as precise as possible. Derma Gel saved my cat's (named boo boo) life. This is not an exaggeration. My 7 year old cat had to have her tail amputated due to a fibro sarcoma tumor, low grade. This area for a cat is very difficult to re-bandage repeatedly. It was so bad that the cat had to go under anesthesia every other day so that the vet could change the bandage. Upon completion of the surgery, he immediately cultured the area. Unfortunately 5 days later the culture came back positive for pseudonoma, which is one of the worst for cats. I had been researching, contacting vets and people all over the globe, trying to figure out an alternative. I was given a second chance through Derma Gel. The cat was being treated orally with baytril at 45mgs per day for a 13lb cat, which was risky as at that dose it could have caused blindness. Topically the culture said only the ingredients in bacitracin would combat the pseudonoma. I still did not have an answer for the necessary bandage changing and cleaning. in one fell swoop this is what Derma Gel was capable of accomplishing. No bandaging required, creates a soft and moist healing while after oxidizing creates a small but secure shell to protect the wound. attacks and kills pseudonoma, and no pain for the cat. The vet waited too long to remove the sutures, so last Wednesday he removed them along with 90% of the granulating/healing process. It was like starting over. He recultured and came back with a yeast infection. Not to fear Derma Gel was here. Since last Wednesday I took the cat off the baytril because eyes became very crusty and leaky. No matter, since then it took 5 days and the wound is healed. There is a small scab that is almost gone now and the cat (still e collared) is looking forward to tomorrow's cone removal, This all within one week, where using the topical and oral antibiotics would not heal for 3 weeks and it looked like additional amputation was the only way left to try again. I am not a vet, nor a salesperson for Derma Gel. I admit I was really scared going against the "regular way". I thank god for giving me the strength to do so, and most importantly to Derma Gel for saving my cat's life. This may seem odd, but now I owe a life, and so if anyone reads this and it helps them too, or you have any questions, please email me. I want to pay it forward. Sincerely, David Kochman, mybarbell11@gmail.com

This stuff has a very strong odor, reminds me of turpentine but that aside, this stuff works wonders! My cat had 3 very infected toes but we were not financially able to take her to the vet at that time. We ordered this, started setting her paws in warm soapy every other day, then we'd put this on it & wrap with vet wrap. Her toes were healed within a couple weeks of doing this. We were able to take her to the vet shortly after & the vet told us we'd done a great job & that actually reccomends this product. My baby's toes were 100% clear of infection!

A permanent staple in my closet for personal and pet use. I've used it on myself, my cats, and various reptiles - especially my ball pythons. I've also distributed samples to my friends that keep other exotics/farm animals with entirely positive results and feedback (different types of reptiles, exotic mammals, standard farm poultry/work animals). It noticeably decreases the heal time (the 60% claim is true, if not better), improves the appearance of the healed result, and I have seen it reduce old scarring on my snakes/myself. The apply and leave method is amazing for animals that can't be bandaged, and the reptile-friendly antibacterial properties is a huge bonus. As an aside, I'm a much bigger fan of the gel application than the spray, and appreciate the control of the application and ensured barrier. Buy now so it's on hand when you need it.

This was first given to us by our veterinarian following our dog's surgery. Her healing period was long due to the nature of the surgery, but once the open incision had granulated and had healed as much as possible while wrapped, we put on the cone and switched to DermaGel. Healing was amazing! The tissue healed quickly and the wound closed completely. Most of her hair has regrown. After researching a bit, I started using it on my own skin issues. My parents, both of whom have thin skin, always have a tube on hand. Used after a nasty fall that resulted in a huge abrasion, one parent's skin healed so fast none of us could believe it. I even carry a mini tube in my purse.

Our aged collie, Einstein had an infected paw pad that caused an open tunnel in the pad to the bone. The infection was managed with antibiotics and our veterinarian prescribed "wound paste" to apply to the wound just a few days after the initial infection. For five weeks there was no evidence of wound healing despite rigorous efforts of applying the wound paste and bandaging several times a day and putting on a rubber boot with each trip outside. We encountered several vets over the 5 weeks and were only repeatedly told that paw pads are difficult to heal due to the frequent pressure that they endure and their unique tissue composition. As an experienced nurse, I knew there had to be a product to apply inside the tunneled wound that would promote healing since the wound paste was not working. There had been literally no wound healing progress in 5 weeks. 48hrs after we started using Derma Gel, the wound tunnel had filled with healthy tissue by 50%!! Today it's been 9 days since we first used Derma Gel and the tunnel is completely closed, only a little more healing on the surface of the paw to go! We are no longer worried about Einstein's paw pad healing as we know in just a few short days it will be fully healed. Derma Gel has proven to be a superior product for healing a very difficult wound and I will promote this product with every opportunity! Bonus...its very reasonable priced!

I have been battling a head wound/abscess on my cat since before Thanksgiving. He was bitten or scratched in a fight and had pieces of tooth or claws work their way out of the injury. After that it abscessed and I've been trying to heal him up for months. I saw this gel recommended in a ask/answer forum and figured I might as well give it a try. The photos are from Monday, March 27, 2017 to today March 31, 2017. I am amazed at how quickly it has closed up and I am hoping this is the end of a long ordeal for my old buddy. **Update 4/19/17: Wound is completely healed and hair is almost filled back in. And I have a lot left over if he gets in another fight. Derma gel did in less than a month what 4 months of everything else couldnt...Infection is gone, wound is closed! The last picture is almost a week old.
