Worth the Work!

I'm not sure what the negative reviewers were expecting when they paid $50 for a huge playhouse- of course it comes in a ton of pieces. It took about an hour to assemble but overall it wasn't that hard. We've put together way more horrible toys than this- and the little one's reaction on Christmas was totally worth it. The sharp edges mentioned are there but its not something to worry about really. We just clipped them with a little razor. I could easily see 3 two year olds fitting in this house. It's cheap plastic but its for kids to play in- not for a family of 4 to live in.

Plenty sturdy

Foreboding flooded over me as I opened the box. Regardless of how much mental prep done prior to the moment. All for naught. Had it together in 2 half hour sessions. Top of my head never popped off even, once. So for the Dads, and Gramps out there it's doable, and sturdy. Be sure to measure your doorways before building inside. Just happen to bld. this one outside instead of on the pool deck, because I didn't want to carry it. Good thing. The supposed 36" inch patio door was only 35.5". 1 for me. Finally. After the box was totally wore out, the boy actually starting using the playhouse.

Working doorbell!

So my kids loved this, best part was the window in the back they always used for a drive thru window. Selling mud pies for 5 cents. My favorite was the working doorbell, perfect for getting busy little cooks to open the door for deliveries. I miss them this small, they grew out of this years ago.

Perfect size!

Absolutely perfect compact size!!! It even fits through doors. Perfect for my three year old.

Awesome for the price!

Can't beat for the price. Worked great! Be sure to grab some sand paper to sand off any sharp/rough edges as per instructions as to not have your child cut/injured. If you're too lazy to properly read instructions and can't afford to spend 15min sanding edges this may not be the product for you(see other poor reviews to talk yourself out of it). But for those who don't mind spending a little extra time(but less cash) sanding down rough edges and following instructions, this product was great, especially given the price. Start to finish took no more then 1-hour, and being plastic, should hold up well overtime.

6 years later...

My review is more of how well it has held up. I've had this house now for 6 years, and besides the fact that it's bright color is gone because it's an outdoor toy, I still love this little house. It's been through so many little ones in the past 6 years and I'm happy to say that non of them have gotten a single scratch from it, and it's still holding up great! Is it hard to put together? Somewhat. Is it a little flimsy? Sure. Is it inexpensive? Absolutely! Is it cute? Yes Would I buy it again? Absolutely! Oh! And the doorbell still works 😁

Was nervous to buy due to reviews. Overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Took about 3 hours to put together and that was me working slow. My kid loves it. It would have been nice if the pieces came already punched out of their plastic "shells." But oh well. Not that big of a deal to me.

Can not beat the price!

PERFECT for toddlers. My daughter is very tall for her age and may not get to play with this long before I have to buy a larger one but since she is so little I didn't want her in a place house I couldnt see through to ensure no issues. This was perfect for that reason alone. Cant wait for her to open it at christmas
