Amazing for grout
Best 100 spent don't waste your time on baking soda and vinegar. This little guy is powerful, easy to use, heats up fast and lasts surprisingly long on a tank. Didn't think it could get 10 years of filth clean but it did.

Best cleaning tool out there!
Best investment to my cleaning supply arsenal. I have purchased multiple cleaning gadgets/supplies over the years for my floors. They never really seem to pick up all the dirt and grim. I put off correctly cleaning my grout for years anticipating the grueling task of scrubbing for days. This steamer with the jet nozzle attachment blasted the grime right out. I love that I did not have to use any chemicals, bleach, etc. to sanitize my floors. The water tank holds plenty of water and gave me continuous steam for about 45 minutes per use. I also used the floor/mop attachment to do a once over when completed on my tile as well as my hardwood floors. The pad was completely black when finished. No, you cannot see the water level in the tank, but that doesn't sway my opinion of the product in general. You can tell when you're running low so it's no big deal. A very well made machine with brass fittings and solid construction. The dirty pic shows after one blast/pass with the steamer in a grout line. One! Each grout line took about 3-4 back and forth steam/srubs before the water was clear so I'm confident they are completely clean. Couldn't be happier!

Performs just as a $2000 commercial one. NO BS
OMG, this thing works. I cleaned grout lines that never been cleaned for the past 5 years and it did the job. Note that the steam is very hot and keeping the trigger on will prevent water buildup in the hose so keep using it to prevent that. I normally don't advice people to buy things but this steamer is equal to a commercial grade one used at hotels, I know that because I work at a Casino and this outperformed the $2000 one they bought for clean use. Wagner is known to know there s*** when it comes to pressure so they def did great with this one. Thank you WAGNER

Omg she's SMOKIN'. Oh, wait.. that's just lots of steam!
Once you get the hang of it this little guy puts out PLUMES of steam and definitely would be great for any heavy-duty application. Though despite being so robust it isn't bulky or hard to manuever. I bought a every steam cleaner available at the local stores just to get an idea of what to expect & to use as a baseline comparison for this guy. I tell you that this thing blew them all away and was head & shoulders above anything else I was able to get my hands on..

Love it
Great Pressure, easy setup, fun to use. Want your kids to clean? Teach them to use this, they will love it so will you.1.5 ltr capacity gives you 45 mins of use.Used to clean walls to clean off black mold spots off painted wall by shower, quick blast and a quick wipe stains gone, also paint didnt come off on rag, usually when i used a rag and soap paint would bleed.Used to get lime scale off porcelin tiles with quick bursts and tooth brush, and rag...stains gone.used on vinyl sticky tile worked great, mirrors, glass, granite, toilet....etc some many areas that can get cleaned with no effort, what a Great Product. So far the only problem I have,is that I only bought one, everybody wants to use it.

A great investment to get rid of bedbugs and more
My husband and I got it to get rid of bedbugs and it worked great. The problem it's over and we still use it sometimes to clean and sanitize few areas in the house. Really recomended!!!

Great time saver on big jobs with excellent results.
My husband asked me to order this out of the blue. He'd seen before and after videos someone posted on Facebook and wanted to try one. I am so glad he did. We bought it initially to deep clean our master bathroom shower because of the hardware build up that spray cleaners and elbow grease just weren't getting rid of. Within 10 minutes this machine had the shower looks fantastic. BUT even better I used it today to clean an oven in our rental house that hadn't been cleaned in 4 years- less than 20 minutes with the machine and zero hand scrubbing got it looking pretty darn good. Still need to get in there by hand to get the little nooks and crannies, but no chemicals, waiting, or scrubbing got the job 90% done. Its also done a great job on our tile floor, garden tub and sinks. A bit of a hassel setting it up but the results are well worth the extra 5 or so minutes getting it ready to go.

Shower Cleaner
I purchased this based on my experience of using my shark steamer on the shower surface. I realized how much easier it was to clean the soap scum of my 30+ year old tile shower. My shower is very closed in, so it has poor ventilation so using any type of cleaner is near suicide. I took a chance and purchased this model thinking I would need more then 6 ounces of water in the smaller hand held models on Amazon and I really appreciate the longer wand so I don't have to bend over with my bad back. So I have used it once so far and it performed well, steam was very hot and the volume of steam was more then adequate. I also appreciate the fact it did not have allot of residual water spraying out it, just clouds of steam. This model did not come with a cleaning pad that I could figure out how to attache. For the shower the squeegee did an ok job but the jet nozzle did the majority of the work in the grout lines very much like a pressure washer. So one use in its a thumbs up, the construction of the unit and accessories are the quality you would expect from a tool more then a household cleaning machine. Time will tell.

Impressive!
As soon as I got it, I couldn't wait to use it! It was really easy to assemble and only took about 10 minutes to heat up. I LOVE the trigger handle grip which allows you to stop releasing steam if/when you need to. I purchased this mainly for household deep cleaning, and it does a FABULOUS job! With just 4 cups of distilled water I was able to steam mop ALL the tile flooring in my entryway, entryway closet, kitchen, laundry room and three bathrooms. It rolls easily, and is easy to carry. But most importantly is how good it steam cleans. We have two dogs, neither of which can manage to drink water from their raised feeders without splashing it on the floor. Not to mention sticky drool splatters here and there, and because our tile is textured, there were also high traffic areas by the dishwasher, sink, and oven where the built up grime seemed to be permanent in the crevices (no matter how many times we wet-mopped it with various cleaning agents.) But...with the very 1st steam mopping it all disappeared! Same with the flooring in our master bathroom. A build-up of dried hairpray in the texturing of the tile disappeared after steam mopping! Cleaning actually seems fun now. 😊

If your are debating between this and mcculloch
I recently purchased a mcculloch to replace this and I regret it with every fiber of my being! Every time I use the mcculloch, I'm reminded of how great this machine was in comparison. It has excellent pressure! The only down side was that the pressure was intermittent, but you got some pretty good pressure out of it. The heat on this thing is hot enough that I wouldn't stick my hand in front of it to test the temp, where my mccolloch, I can hold my hand about six inches from the nozzle barely be effected. If you are debating between this and mcculloch, order this. I can't wait to save enough money to purchase this again. I NEED it back in my home and am so upset that I didn't repurchase it.
