These have worked wonderfully for me for almost five years now (nursing three children). They stick well to a nursing bra or tank, and can be pulled right back into place when baby is finished eating. Now I am in the habit of using my forearm to apply pressure to the non-feeding side during letdown, and I think that helps a lot, but the only times I’ve ever experienced leaks while breastfeeding was when my sleep-deprived self slapped these into my bra without actually lining them up with my nipples. They’re great, and I have also never noticed their outline showing through any of my bras.

Bought these for postpartum thinking I wouldn’t need them until I got home from the hospital. Wrong! Used them from day one! Pack in your hospital bag! I switched to washable ones later when we got home but used these if my washable ones were all dirty and kept a pair on my purse in case of accidents. Didn’t irritate at all, and I’m a first time breastfeeding mom.

I started with this pad and shopped around for other styles (disposable & reusable) and better prices, but always came back to Lansinoh pads. Lansinoh just overall does better. The adhesives stick nicely and stays put. The pads are light but absorbent. It's sleek and not bulky. And most importantly, they keep me dry and accident-free. They've thought of everything in the design; the creased design conforms to the bra cup better. I didn't think I would care much, but I like that each is individually wrapped. This keeps it clean when being tossed into a pump or baby/diaper bag with a bunch of other things, and especially when something potentially leaks (bound to happen when on the go w/ a newborn!). I will use the regular or the more absorbent versions of Lansinoh, but will never stray from the brand again for nursing pads!

Saved me from having to spend my entire breastfeeding life doing laundry. I didn't expect to leak so much, but I do, and the nursing pad prevents me from having to sleep on plastic sheets and soaking through all my bras. It's like a diaper and collects a surprising amount of milk. It gets HEAVY, I bet it can take a couple of ounces.

If you’re breastfeeding then these are a must. I tend to have a very heavy/forceful letdown so these are a lifesaver. I can typically wear a pair for most of the day. On occasion they’ll fill up sooner than that but usually they last a while. I also fully open them by tearing the sides apart so that the pad would lay flat in my bra. I found that not doing that caused me to itch since the sides were rubbing against me. One word of advice: remember to take them out of your bra before washing it in the washer or you will have a big mess.

I’ve purchased this item before in the “ultra soft” these ones are the “stay dry” with honeycomb lining! This product does exactly what it says, stops leaks and stays in place inside your bra pretty well! Unfortunately I have super sensitive nipples and realized that the texture of the honeycomb patterned lining irritated my skin and nipple! Once realized I had the wrong ones, I went to return and got a full refund no problem! I’m very impressed and I really do like their products, just note to self, if you have sensitive skin, get these nursing pads in the ultra soft!!

I tried a number of different nursing pads and in the end I kept coming to these. I wanted to be sure that my area was always clean and I also wanted protection in case I did leak. I found that these were great with capturing any leaking and did not have any accidents. I will say that I did not produce a ton of milk compared to other people but I found it most helpful at night when I noticed that is when I would leak the most. I also like the nursing pads since they did not create a lot of lint. The washing pads that I purchased did leave lint behind especially if I had any leakage. I would end up wiping myself down before even nursing my son since I did not want him drinking down lint. I also liked that the lanisoh had strategically place adhesive, ensuring that during nursing or at night, the pad did not move from there it was supposed to be. Keeping the area clean and lint free ensure that when it was time for feeding, I did not have to worry about letting my son latch when he needed to.

These disposable pads are great. I wear them for a day and toss them out when I’m done! No need to wait for laundry day, and I know I have a fresh sanitary item each time. I worry about what sorts of bacteria is growing on something that’s waiting in the hamper to be washed on Landry day. This is important with a newborn you don’t want to expose to germs/bacteria at such a young age. These are discrete, a nice size, and I appreciate the adhesive backing to stick to my nursing bra. It doesn’t fall/fly off when I let my bra down for feedings! Will be buying more ASAP, as I am almost out.

Love these disposable pads! They come packaged individually and are so convenient for on the go. I suggest keeping a set in your purse, in the diaper bag, and in a your pumping back if you have one. They stay secure to the inside of your bra cup so stay in place and they are super absorbent. The best thing is that even when I know they’ve absorbed liquid, they never feel damp against my skin! I try to use reusable pads at home to cut down on single-use waste but these are still a must have to keep around when you’re out and about or back to work. I do also use them at home when I’m leaking more than normal because, again, these trap the moisture really well and much better than my disposable ones do... once those are wet, they’re wet. I’m three months into nursing and still haven’t gone through the full box yet since o use the reusable at home. They are also nice because they’re definitely more discreet than the reusable ones can sometimes be so when your out and more likely to have yourself dressed, you won’t notice these at all. I definitely recommend keeping a box on hand!

These are amazing! I’m a first-time mom and was given some of these from a friend. At first I didn’t think I would use them. Boy, was I wrong! Since my milk came in I have to wear them constantly. I wear a DDD, so even with large breasts these cover a lot of area, which is especially nice when sleeping as things move around a bit - even with a bra! (I quickly learned that I even needed to sleep in a bra with these, which is easier to keep in place). What I love is that they stay dry yet, as you can see from the pictures, still absorb a lot of liquid! I haven’t tried other brands, but am awfully glad I don’t need to shop around!!
