Made a claim against an LG range that failed over a week ago. The warranty was purchased in conjunction with the range through Amazon back in 2015 (4 year). There was a failure on my part at the time to "register" the item on their website. For some reason I was sure I received a communication stating that I did not have to do anything with the warranty purchase. The result was when I navigated to the Square Trade website, that item did not show up. I called Amazon about it and they conferenced in a Square Trade rep and that problem was solved in minutes. This is a step not to be missed to reduce these types of errors and save some time. After that, their team was outstanding. I should say that I was somewhat skeptical that this was going to be the great experience that it actually was. Good service seems to be a rarity these days. Your folks put that to rest. I am very impressed with your service and would absolutely recommend this to my friends and family. I would like to make a special shout out to an electronics specialist named Amanda.
