I purchased this protection package in 2015 and just now I have a need to use it for my LG Refrigerator. The claim registering process is online and soooo easy. The technical support team is the best there is. I got a call back from the rep (Adam) almost immediately, I had to call them back because my phone went dead in the middle of the call. Worth the money

Quick and easy process. Definitely worth the money! My fridge has gone out twice both over $1000 repairs and they have been excellent to work with! No cost to me besides the initial purchase.

Vastly preferred over retail options

I’ve used square trade for iPhones & washers, anything I need to warranty. My recent warranty service of a combo LG washer/dryer was quick & painless. No charge for service like with the smartphone "warranty"! Bought it ~3 years ago with the washer on Amazon. They shipped the part overnight (since I knew what the issue was, drain pump) and had a service tech there on the 3rd day. It was cheaper than what’s offered elsewhere.

I purchased this plan in Nov 2015 for my microwave/oven wall unit. I went online for file a claim. Spoke with a technician. Parts are being ordered. Technician and parts should be here in a few days to repair my microwave. It was easy. The warranty price is very reasonable. And the technician is competent. No hassles and easy to file a claim. I couldn't say enough about the customer service.
