Great taste

Really good form of subtitute for bread crumbs. We all love it specially if your glutten free diet. When used for deep frying it works good maybe not so much for oven baking.

It wasn’t that easy to find gluten free bread crumbs. I decided to give these a try and recently used them in meat loaf. So far I am very pleased.

Great product for gluten free people. It tastes great ,it's easy to work with just like regular breadcrumbs. My grandchildren just love my breaded fish using the Schar gluten free bread crumbs and I should add that they are finicky eaters

This is the absolute best gluten free bread crumbs I have ever tried (and I have tried a lot). The food I have used them in does not end up with that "gummy" consistency like most others. This is the only brand I will buy from now on!!

Pricey but worth it.

My girlfriend has celiac and these breadcrumbs come pretty bland, however, with some garlic salt & italian seasoning you can make these taste nearly exactly like regular breadcrumbs.

Loving these gluten-free crumbs!

Like this product very much. Gluten free can be difficult and browned bread crumbs are tough to make. These crumbs are very fine and work great. Will also use them in meatballs and meat loaves.
