Budget Price Cooling Racks Worked Great With Cookies

I was tired of how long it was taking things like cookies to cool down on clean dishtowels so looked into these. Worked out fine--they are just lightweight wire racks, I guess painted with enamel-type paint. The cookies cooled down quickly and evenly and I had less breaking and cracking. I hope they last a few years since they work well and are pretty inexpensive.

A must for fried chicken or any fried foods!

My mom always told me I needed a wire cooling rack for fried foods, I didn't think it would make such a difference. I was tired of having not so crispy fried foods after putting them on a plate with a paper towel or just a plate. This is such a cheap and easy addition to your home cooking stuff and if you fry anything or need things to crisp after you take them out of the oven, this is the way. Crispiest fried chicken wings I've ever made after using this wire rack.

Affordable AND quality

I got this specifically for "frying" chicken in the oven. No matter how well I sprayed my other rack, the meat kept sticking. This one is sturdy and the meat doesn't stick to it. It's so easy to clean that most of the flour and food rinses off with hot water. I wanted something affordable that can last and Wilton has never let me down before.

Great Tool

Super product. I bought the first one for preparing bacon in the oven. Pretty easy. Then I needed another gris for so many things that are crisper cooked on these grids. Clean up is easy, I wash with a stiff brush or slide into the dish washer. Heating cold french fries, pizza, etc. is a vast improvement over the microwave. I have given one as a gift.

Wilton strikes again

I don't have a single item made by Wilton that I dislike: racks, various baking pans, etc. This is a great rack and serves multiple uses—sometimes I use it set over a Wilton baking pan as a baking rack. Great results every time. Of course it does its job as a cooling rack well.

Not what I expected

This was a very good, sturdy rack. However, it was not what I needed so I had to return. I would definitely recommend for someone needing a good, sturdy cooling rack! It I a good value for the money.

What can I say!, just perfect!, the size is good for my cakes, cookies and rolls, also love that it's coated and nonstick.

Sturdy

It’s perfect for a batch of 12/18 cookies. (store bought size) and i feel it can hold up the weight perfectly. I do wish it was a bit bigger because i got 5 kids including my husband who loves treats and at times i can’t cool off my bakes evenly.
