I love this hole puncher

I love this hole puncher. I bought it to use for work since I deal with alot of paperwork that I have to print out and insert into an Avery binder. Smooth punching and no guessing if the your lining the paper right due to the paper guide built in. I love the locking feature that helps to limit the amount of space that it would take up placed in a desk drawer. To empty it is pretty easy as well. just flip the opening up like you would on a tic-tac container and empty it out.

UPDATE: It's been over a year that I have had this baby. (Still using it daily and it is new like the day I bout it!) I am still in love with it. If I ever quit I don't even care I am taking this thing with me. LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT MY BEST FRIEND THE PAPERPRO HOLE PUNCH! After going through a dozen of the cheep hole punches I finely bought this guy. I go through a ream of paper a day at least and this guy is a LIFE SAVER! Don't let the price scare you away, I let it scare me for to long! you are saveing yourself in the long run! I will never buy a different hole punch and actually a few other people in my building have bought this after seeing mine. I let them try it out and they were sold! It locks down for easy storage. buy it now, and I promises you will thank yourself!

Best hole puncher I've ever used

Best hole puncher I've ever used! It has a lip at the top that helps you line up all your pages so your holes are always the same height. Anyone how's ever had to deal with the wave page line will love this feature. It will go through 40 pages of printer paper but it does need pressure and be careful of the pop up when punching so many pages. Love that you can lock it so it can be slide somewhere for storage. Best!

Great hole punch for the price!

Ordered this because my kids won't stop taking my hole puncher off my desk! This was a great replacement! Honestly, it's better than the one I replaced from walmart. I was curious why, and realized that at the base of the hole puncher it actually has a raised edge on the right of every pin, this makes the hole puncher work great!

Durable, reliable hole puncher.

Works well and is very easy to use. Doesn't require much pressure at all to punch 12 sheets at once (the rated max capacity), and I found that I can actually punch 20+ sheets at once if I lean into it a little bit. I've had it for about 4 months and it has held up well and still works flawlessly. If you need a hole puncher, this one is cheaper and better than the ones at the store. Would recommend.

PaperPro inPRESS 12 Three-Hole Punch, Purple/Black (2105)

This is a great hole puncher. I purchased this product because i needed to organize some documents for my pet into a binder. It was one of the few with a great price and came with a coupon, Also I love the purple black scheme. This hole puncher is both aesthetically pleasing and functional. I was able to punch up to 20 pages at a time with this puncher. The paper guide also helped me to make sure every hole was punched the same on all papers. I was able to easily do this without worrying i would get uneven or incomplete punches. Every time I used it the holes came out completely perfect. The ruler and guide lines are very handy as well. I find myself using them more than I thought i would. It also has a locking mechanism on the end of the arm near the paper guide. This feature is useful for making the hole puncher more compact when you want to store it inside a drawer. At the back of the hole puncher is a little tray that holds all the paper punched out. This tray is very convenient. It saves time from clean up by keeping everything nice and tidy. When you are ready to toss the paper out simply pop it open it over a trash can and out it falls. The hole puncher I ordered is in black and purple. It doesn't show so well in photos, but has less blue than the photos i will post. It's a more true purple and looks great. Overall I am satisfied with this product and would buy it again. =^_^=

Clean, precise, quick, easy AND travel friendly.

Okay okay, so I know I just received this TODAY. But this is seriously the best hole punch I've used. You don't have to press hard at all and it cuts clean through a stack of paper. I've tried a few at a time and up to 15 pages and it slices through with ease. Plus it's cute (I got the breast cancer awareness pink version). I'm very happy with the way that it catches all the paper circles and doesn't make a mess. It's also a huge plus that it locks and unlocks making it ease to take with me for school. I'm currently in a class that requires an insane amount of papers and worksheets and print-outs and this little guy is going to come in so handy allowing me to file things away easily and stay organized. 100% recommend! No more struggling at the professors desk in the front of the classroom with his crappy ALWAYS-jamming up hole punch.

Dandy Paper Punch

I work as a paralegal in a law office. Every day I print out documents, summarize them, hole punch them and put them into notebooks. It is my contribution to civilization. I had a hole punch that was adjustable to different punch distances but somehow kept getting out of alignment and would punch holes just the smallest bit off so they would not fit easily on the notebook rings. This hole punch is fabulous. It punches in a smooth fluid motion. The handle provides the leverage to punch through a stack of papers. The distance between the holes does not adjust so the holes are punched correctly every time. The jig cannot be moved so my paper is always in the correct position for punching. It has a locking mechanism for folding down the handle, but I don't use it. The punch sits on my desk. Very nice product.

Positively Perfect PaperPro ProPunch!

PaperPro products are a lifesaver! As a teacher, I am always looking for school supplies that make my life easier. Most hole punches I have to use a lot of arm muscle/force and can only punch holes in a few pieces at a time. This allows me to hole punch more paper at once and does not require as much effort. Occasionally, punch outs fall out of the bottom when it is overflowed. But, when emptied regularly, this is not an issue. The lock feature is extremely helpful for transporting back and forth in my teacher bag as needed. Next to an electric hole puncher, this is the best hole puncher I have ever used!

Excellent Paper Punch, Less Effort, Consistent & Clean Holes For 3 Ring Binders

I’m trying to get away from the “throw it in a box” style of organizing my paper financial statements and be more organized. That’s why I got this 12 sheet 3 ring binder paper punch. This model punches paper more easily and cleanly than the ones I used years ago when working in the corporate world. The desk drawer kind not the big ones I’d carry a big stack of papers to punch. That’s a whole other class of punch! This one is a solid and dependable all metal model that is very well made. The fixed location punches are set for standard 3 ring binders. The hole location out of the box is perfect as I would expect. There is a alignment ruler that can be adjusted to shift the holes up or down on the page. The punch handle has a small push button on the side to lock it in the closed position for storage which is convenient. Like the older ones I used in the past this has a pull-pull out to empty out the chad that accumulates with use. This is a well made and well designed desk drawer kind of 3 hole paper punch. I’m very pleased with how well it works and how it takes less effort than I expected. Given all that and I have no down side for this punch it should be no surprised I’m giving 5 stars for an excellent punch that’s helping me become better organized.
