• Rope included for a snug fit

Before I bought this item, I read reviews. I mostly read how the drawstring didn’t work, how the cover got sucked into the pool, how debris fell through the ventilation holes, etc. It’s not rocket science, folks. I love this cover and have had no issue with it. We’re in the middle of monsoon season here in Vegas. This afternoon, we had a downpour of rain and wind speeds up to 45 MPH. Funny, when I came home, my pool cover was still on. Hadn’t even budged. When I put it on last night, I kept my floats in the water underneath, tightened up the drawstring as much as I could, double checked it was secure all around and went inside. The ventilation holes are small and necessary. If you’re the least bit concerned about the slightest chance of a leaf falling through vs. looking at the larger picture of what this cover’s purpose is, maybe you shouldn’t have a pool. I recommend this to anyone who has common sense, anyone who can use said common sense, and anyone who had a 10’ aboveground pool.

With the help of some weather proof industrial strength velcro these intex pool covers get us through 1 season. For the price they are season to season disposable. Severe thunderstorms last night and wha-laa!! No issues. Been buying these for the past 7 years and will continue to do so! This is the 15 footer

So far I am totally empressed. It was easy to put on but I did have a little trouble with it sliding up on the pool posts. However I did put some non-skid shelf liner pieces under the strap up against the post...they should put some type of rubber backing on the straps so they don’t slip up, maybe the company will reward me for this idea. Not sure how it will work so we’ll see.

The problems people write about with this cover (sinking in water, tension strings ripping through) are easily solved with bungee chords (see photos), just be careful tightening the cover too tight over the bulging knuckles of the bungee hoops as it will rip through. I just got my new Intex pool cover today I put it on to see how it looked and to make sure it fit and will stay in place the tie string does very well of keeping it in place it's a bit windy here today and it's staying right where it needs to be . There are alot of little holes made in top of the cover I didn't know why but my friend told me it was to keep it from getting to much pressure under it and to keep your water from smelling bad from the heat so any ways we luv our cover it fits perfectly .

Fits grandkids 10 ft above ground pool that has a metal pipe frame and vinyl liner. Easy for 1 person to put it on pool and take it off. It does have venting holes, however it does keep most leaves and stuff out. I think these venting holes actually protect the cover from filling with rain water tearing and sinking. Able to use pool pump with cover on too.

I purchased this cover after much disappointment with the one that came with my 18 foot pool. The cover that was included in the pool package was solid with holes in the middle. When we would remove it, it was impossible to do so without all the debris on top eventually falling into the pool, defeating the whole purpose. This cover has a weave that allows the rain through, but not the debris. When removing, all the water stays in the pool and the debris comes off with the cover. What a novel idea!! I also purchased the air pillow for under the cover to help prevent the cover from laying on the water's surface. I do not have to vacuum the pool after removing the cover.

Im definitely buying this again! This is the best tarp I've owned. And I've owned a few lol. It does have drain holes which I was not expecting (my fault) so I used some of that flex tape and taped them up. This is thick, it completely holds water and does not seep since I covered the drain holes. Im in love with the brackets that hold it down. Easy to use even for us weaklings. No more dozens of water jugs in my future. This is for sure my new cover choice for life!

So far I really like this cover! I have a 17 foot pool and bought this cover in hopes of it covering my pump to protect it which it does very well! I also liked the straps that connect easily to the legs of the pool to secure the cover! I bought a 4 foot square pillow to place underneath to take up a little bit of the extra room and it seems to be working as well! Not only does it have straps to hold it down securely to the legs of the pool but it has a rope to pull and tighten as well. Very easy to install!

Read this review. I bought this Intex 10 foot Round Pool Cover for my Intex 10 foot Round Pool (even though the reviews were mixed) and it worked perfectly. The 10 foot Round Pool doesn't come with a cover (dumb) so that is why I purchased this. I don't know why people aren't reviewing this 5/5. IT IS PERFECT!!! Just look at the attached picture. The cover fits snug and keeps the leaves out. I would recommend keeping a floating noodle toy under the middle of it. I think it works better this way. I can take it off and put it on by myself. I probably wouldn't leave my two-year old outside unattended but I believe she would have a heck of a time trying to take this off. Again, I'm not going to let her try but I feel MUCH safer then having an open pool with a billion leaves in it. Check out the pic. It's worth a million words. I purchased this at full price and would do it again. I'd maybe even pay double. This is a nice product if you correct pool (see picture).
