Love these- have very dry eyes, especially in the morning. Very refreshing to get up in the morning and use these drops. Wakes me right up and I'm ready to start my day. I used to have about a half an hour of streaming tear filled eyes waiting for my eyes to lubricate after sleep - now a drop in each eye is all I need to wake up get going. Will use these for the rest of my life.

I have been using those expensive eye drops from the ophthalmologist. But I prefer Systane to those. The price is right, and I think I'm getting the same results from Systane as from the prescription drops.

I had to make myself buy this product. It's kind of pricey. But, my Ophthalmologist kept insisting. I'm so glad he did. My son had something fly into his eye and it caused an infection. My son was in terrible pain. He said these eyedrops gave him temporary relief that other eyedrops did not. I will be stocking this brand from now on.

I always get these particular eye drops. The mineral oil in the ingredient list really helps to moisturize eyes and keep the moisture in. With other eye drops, the water content (non-mineral oil) only manages to lubricate the eyes for an hour or two; however, the water will eventually evaporate and make your eyes drier.

I was on Restasis for over 9 years. They stopped making the individual vials that I was able to make one last for 3-4 days, at the recommendation of my optometrist. My insurance doesn't cover Restasis, so there's no way I was going to start paying $500/mo out of pocket for the new MultiDose they are forcing on every one now. After a bunch of research I decided to give Systane a shot. The first week was uncomfortable, but after that my eyes adjusted. After 3 months of usage now, this product has the same affect as Restasis at a fraction of the cost. I'm so thankful. I also use Refresh Celluvisc, twice per day as well. This combo keeps my eyes moist all day long while I work on the computer.

I love this stuff. I have tried a lot of different kind of drops and most are greasy which gives you foggy eyes for 5 minutes are so afterwards. This stuff gives you a minor gray fog for about 10 seconds while the stuff starts to work. You can actually see it working. Your eyes sort of foam up (like a hydrogen peroxide effect). The foam will drip out of your eyes and I can actually see the eye debris in the corner of my eyes so I know it is working. I have Meibomian gland dysfunction when your tear ducts gets blocked and doesn't produce tears. My eyes staying moister longer without the greasy feeling the other drops give you. I keep a bottle everywhere in my house.

I was given a sample of these drops from my retina specialist. He said to use them twice daily for my dry eyes. I was happy to find them on Amazon. I signed up for them to be sent on a regular basis so I don't run out. Theses really help and I recommend them.

Six weeks after my cataract surgery and my eye was not improving. Blurry vision and ghost images. My doctor suggested that I try a variety of eye drops because my eye was too dry. Systane Balance brought relief. In 24 hours I jumped from about 20/60 to 20/25. Two weeks later and it is still improving. It's a small price to pay for such results.

This was recommended by my previous roommate's dad who is an eye surgeon. The mineral oil that's in the ingredient really helps moisturize your eyes for a longer period of time as opposed to other eye drops that only contains water in lieu of the mineral oil.

I saw a magazine ad for a new Systane product "balance" (purple box) and since I've been using Ultra for about 2 years, I thought I'd give the new product a try. By chance, my eye doctor actually gave me a tiny trial sample... I tried it and I really love this drop!! I like how it stays in me eye unlike Ultra (which tends to leak out & sometimes Ultra makes the corner of my eye itchy). These drops feel thicker, like oil and they are very soothing.
