Make some Chicago deep dish pizza!
These pans are of nice quality. They are pretty large and pizza crust simply does not stick to it. I have used this on a pizza stone and just on the rack, and it works quite well either way. Admittedly, these are my first deep-dish pizza pans, so I don't have a lot to compare them to, but they work exactly like you'd expect for the pan -- they hold your pizza while it's cooking and release the pizza when it's done so that you can get it out to serve without any problem.

Make pizza, make the world a better place.
This is a great deep dish pan, I used it to make stuffed pizza. You could use it for pies and other pastries too

I got the 16” Too big for me.
This looks like a really good pan. I have not used it yet but it is heavy, just like the commercial ones, not the light ones in the stores. 16" is wicked big. I will buy a smaller one soon.

Makes great pizza
This is my second pan. The first one has been used for a few years and is still in great shape. It is the perfect size for the dough we buy at Publix. Pizzas come out great at 475 with no sticking problems.

Great Pan!
Much larger than anticipated--make sure you consider that a 14" deep dish is a TON of food (and may require more dough than usual). At the end of the day, though--this Pan has made me a deep dish gourmet! Cooks cleanly and evenly every time.

Deep dish pizza baby !
This is a great deep dish pizza pan. All you need is 3 tablespoons of oil in the pan and a dough ball weight of 630 grams and you're set. I'm glad I purchased this and I would recommend it to all. I'm really a thin crust pizza kind of guy but this pan makes it delicious baked / fried pizza crust that is absolutely delicious. The oil in the pan makes all the difference in the world.

LOVE MY CHICAGO BAKEWARE!
This is my only pizza pan..actually I have 2 of these and I love everything about it, the durability of all the Chicago bakeware means everything! Love how it cooks evenly every single time, and let’s not forget the nonstick factor ....it’s so amazing!

Great product, great service
Works well, pizzas baked on this do not stick and are crisp. You must take care not to cut directly on the surface of the pizza pan just as manufacturer warns, it will marr the surface. I use kitchen shears to cut.

Great pan, and a safe nonstick coating to make your baking more healthy and less worrisome.
Works as intended. I have made deep dish pizza twice and it hasn't stuck at all and came out perfectly. The dark metal absorbs heat better and creates a crispier crust than a light metal would have. If you are concerned with the safety of the nonstick coating, rest assured, this is a silicone coating. It is PFOA and PTFE free. I tend to avoid Teflon because it usually contains either one. But because of the silicone coating, I would not heat it above 480F. Silicone coating loses its nonstick property at that temperature, but since it is inert, I still would not have to worry about toxic gases releasing from overheating. Since most deep dish pizzas are baked at below 420F anyway, I would not worry about this. I also recommend this for baking bunched bread such as cinnamon rolls or bread rolls, it is about 1 and half inches high and is also good for certain cakes that do not rise much. You could also make brownies and many more desserts, this is just a 14 inch circular pan that is advertised as a deep dish pan, but the uses do not stop there!

Excellent Pan for Thin Crust Pizza
This is a review for the Chicago Metallic Professional Non-Stick Deep Dish Pizza Pan. I am country folk, which means my family and I do not have the pleasure of being able to order a pizza for delivery. So, we make our own pizzas and have been doing so for quite a few years. The type of pizza we make are "St. Louis style," which has a thin crispy crust and requires high heat in the oven. We have tried many types of pans in the past to get the right crispness on the crust and all have failed. That is, until we purchased the Chicago Metallic Professional Non-Stick Deep Dish Pizza Pan. Yep, that statement is totally wrong. To make a good St. Louis style thin crust pizza, it took a Chicago style Deep Dish Pan. Between this pan for parabaking and a flat pan for finishing off the toppings, we have been able to make some really good thin crust pizzas at home. This pan really conducts the heat well and has an even cooking surface for high temperatures. Further, we have used our pan a lot, and it not only has not scratched at all, it also cleans very easily. I am very impressed with this pan and just recently ordered a second one. I highly recommend it if you make your own pizza.
