Completely worth it!

I haven't had to use this warranty yet for my phone, thank God- but I have had to use Square Trade several times in the past and every single time they've come through with absolutely no issues. I love their customer service and how quickly they help. I've had the unfortunate circumstances of breaking not one, but two laptops. Square trade paid to have a box overnighted to me to ship my laptop to them, when they checked it out and deemed it unfixable they immediately sent me a check for the purchase price. Twice people. I was certain they were going to red flag me or something but so far- so good!

Excellent Plan!

Excellent program. I have had to file two claims and these folks are very easy to work with! Will buy again for any electronic devise costing over $300.00.

Fortunately, have never had to use my Square Trade warranties, but nice to know my phone and iPad are covered and for a very good price.

Had to call as the phone was a re-certified with a 90 day and not a manufacturers full warranty. Both calls were handled very professionally.

Excellent Customer Service

This is the 5th square trade warranty we have purchased (first cell phone). The glass broke on my phone within the first week of owning. The customer service agent went out of his way to have my time without my cell phone as minimal as possible. Getting it taken care of was easy! The cost is much less overall than going through the cell phone carriers. We've only had to use one other warranty so far, and the customer service and turn around time was excellent there as well.

Great Peace of Mind!

Hopefully, I'll never need this, but it's nice to know that I have it! A lot cheaper than going through the phone company. My last phone got destroyed in the first week! I dropped it taking pictures. I was sick over it, but this warranty ensures I won't go through that experience again!

Excellent cacellation policy

Bought my old cell phone through Amazon with sguaretrade 2yr warranty (99.99) Aug 27,2013 Bought new cell phone through T-Mobile. Mailed my old cell phone to T-Mobile for credit. Called squaretrade warranty April 9,2014 to cancell. Had a choice of check mailed or credit to my checking account for unused portion (70.00). Done No hassles
