Another great solution for mass storage

I'm using about 30 of these containers in the storage shelving I built in my basement. These containers are a vast improvement over dusty cardboard boxes that I can't see thru. The size is perfect for heavier items like books, dinnerware, and cookware. Love the clear lids and the ease of cleaning. Best of all, they're exactly half the height of the 64-qt version of this product so two stacked are interchangeable on shelves with one 64-qt container. They're a great solution for mass storage.

Great bins, dimensions conveniently slightly smaller than indicated

These bins seems sturdy, and convenient in my use so far. I particularly wanted to point out that they are slightly smaller than indicated. The width is 15 7/8", not 16.4 as indicated in the product specification. This was very convenient for me as it means that two of these these fit neatly side by side in my plastic shelves from home depot (link below). [...]

Great for Organization

I utilized these containers to organize my breast milk storage in my deep freeze. The bags laid perfectly in there on their side and was easy to store and keep organized chronologically by date. Once milk is gone, I will be able to utilize these totes for other organizational areas around my house. The clear container allows easy visibility and recognition with items contained inside the box, even at the bottom. Therefore, each tote doesn't need to be emptied in order to view items inside the box. Image: Men's 11.5; fit perfect but larger sizes might be tight fit.

Great boxes- but not for freezing temps. Too brittle in the cold. May arrive broken.

The Sterilite clear boxes are great for storing items and seeing what is in the. Box. The only drawback is that this particular brand of storage boxes - “Sterilite” - is very (emphasize VERY) brittle in sub freezing temperatures. Best advice is to order these boxes in warm months or, if you live in a warm climate year round, no problem. My problem is that I live in Alaska where the temperatures, right now are too cold for the Sterilite containers to be shipped without any breakage. My package arrived with one container broken as I do live in Alaska so I have written to the seller to settle this problem. I feel certain that we will have an amenable solution as soon as I hear back from them regarding the one broken box. Otherwise, these boxes are great for storage in a warm room/basement, etc.

Well Thought Out Packaging = Great Condition Upon Delivery

I was worried that these might arrive broken after all the reviews, but they came in in perfect condition! And I loved that they stacked them all in one back and separated the lids out into their packaging within the large box to protect them as well (walmart does not use either method. you get 10 individual large boxes of compressed air and the lid attached. ugh). Anyways, these arrived in perfect condition and at a really great price. I ordered these for my office storage and I will be ordering another set after the holidays for my home.

This wasn't a Company problem it was a Delivery Problem...

The company responded almost immediately to my seller feedback comment and is going to fix the problem as far as I read in their email........This is the second time I've ordered and received these totes... The first box arrived with absolutely no broken totes..... I like the totes so much I ordered 12 more (2 boxes) and they arrived last night..... There are broken totes in both boxes, out of the 12 totes purchased and received, I can only use 6 of them as the other 6 are broken and unusable.... It looked like whoever delivered the boxes dropped or kicked the boxes ....... I've gone through both boxes and separated the broken ones from the usable ones so now I have 6 totes and 7 lids I can use between both boxes..

Great shoe box

I purchased the 12-pack of Sterilite 6qt Latch Boxes to hold my shoes. Each pair fits perfectly. I love the Sweet Plum latch color as well. The boxes are just the right size for a pair of shoes. The latch lid is super easy to put on or remove. The latches fold up over the top. My purchase arrived neatly packaged inside of corrugated boxes. There is one large Sterilite box that holds the boxes with the lids in a smaller box on top. I look forward to finding more uses for these boxes than just shoes. They are too pretty to just be shut up in a closet.

Good Quality, Great smaller size

The genuine Sterilite fit well with existing older ones of the same capacity. Pros: * Have just the right thickness * Clear lids - better than translucent blue for looking through the lid from above. * 12-pack Cons: * No dividers (none of this type of storage container have dividers, but they would often be very useful) * EVERY container in the 12-pack has a sticker you need to carefully peel off without tearing! (wasteful for both you AND the environment)

Good design for a small plastic container

I buy a lot of plastic containers. These are small boxes They are great for receipts, small papers, small manuals, pens, office supplies, etc. I have used it for all of them. I like the latches like this better than the latches that just press down. When I was moving, I had a lot of both types. The people helping move would grab by the sides (where you see the handles). These performed great, not having the lid separate from the container and dump the contents on the ground. Other similar products have latches that are easy to release when moving the containers, making this my favorite design.

Great size and durable plastic!

As you can see I ordered them to organize my store room. And all things fit unside perfectly. Great size and durable plastic. Clear plastic helps me to look easily inside each both. Very happy!
