I try to do as much for my dog Mason as I possibly can. Here are the 2 (well, really 3) products that have been helping Mason THRIVE and be as happy as I have seen him in a long time. The first product is obviously these Dentastix treats. They do such a wonderful job of making his breath be fresh and they have really good, high quality ingredients. A lot of health concerns start with a dog's teeth so we wanted to put a plan in place and this product has been great. The 2nd and 3rd products are from a company named Infinite Pet Supplements All-Natural Hip & Joint Supplement for Dogs - With Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM, and Organic Turmeric - Supports Healthy Joints in Large & Small Canines - 90 Chewable Treats and they have been a god-send for us and for Mason. As soon as he started to hobble slightly on the back foot, our Vet recommended Infinite's All-Natural Join Supplement and Mason not only gobbles them up as a treat, but 2 weeks after he started taking them, he stopped hobbling and is running circles around us again. They also have a powder version of the supplement that we just recently started using that makes it a lot easier to give to Mason. Just a scoop in his food and that's it. We are so grateful for these products and Mason couldn't be happier!!

My dog hates regular dog food and tries to avoid it at all costs. He will wait all day to see if we'll feed him people food before he gives up and eats his food. So I never thought he would like store-bought treats. But he LOVES these. I mean he LOOOVES them. He recognizes the bag, jumps up and down and chows them down happily. Also, I'm not sure if this is just a placebo effect, but I feel like we noticed that he seems more energetic and happy since we started giving him the treats. He's 15 years old so for the most part he just lays around sleepily. But ever since we started giving him these treats, he'll jump, run and play with us like a puppy. He's happy so I'm happy.

Absolutely love this product and so do my dogs! Started purchasing these almost a year ago and put it on a subscription after the dogs started having breath that could burn your eyebrows off. I have 2 dogs, one 25 pound dog and one 9 pound dog. I first cut these in half and my 25 pound dog gets half of the dentastix. I then cut the half again and give a quarter of the original dentastix to my 9 pound dog. (25Ib = 1/2 dentastix ---- 9Ib = 1/4 dentastix). Since starting to use these, my 9Ib dog no longer has bad breath and my 25Ib dog still occasionally does but we found out that he likes eating poop...so yeah. Overall, this a great product that is useful in reducing bad breath and promoting chewing to fight for good teeth and gums.

My dog is somewhere between small and medium. I normally only give her half of one a day, except for on special occasions (which are whenever I randomly decide she should have a whole one). They are really easy to break in half, and it ends up costing less than buying the small size. My dog loves these. She's 11 years old now, and has been eating these daily for the past few years. The vet always says her teeth look good, although of course that could just be genetics.. who knows. She also likes to chew on bones, which also probably helps her teeth. I have no idea if the dentastix actually work as advertised, but since they aren't too expensive and my dog LOVES them, I will keep giving them to her. She prances away so happily with her "prize" whenever I give her one, it's so cute.

Our dog Maya enjoys a half piece daily after her first trip outside. She is a Cairn Terrier mix and is under 20 pounds, so the recommended amount is 1/2 a piece. We have had her for 3 years, since we rescued her as a 1 year old. She loves her morning treat and usually chews it all immediately. She has very little tartar on her teeth for a 4 year old dog. I believe this is due to her daily treat of Pedigree Dentastix. She enjoys all three flavors.

OK, so the scent doesn't appeal to me. But it gets 5 stars because the dogs love it. I have several dogs and one of them cannot handle it well. He gets diarrhea, so he can't have them anymore, but the others love them. They have enough texture so that even the strong chewers can't get through it real fast. And since it takes so long to chew, I am guessing that it is good for their teeth and gums. This is a fairly new product for me to try, so I will see over time how their teeth are looking. The sticks have a sort of bendy texture. Not soft, but not real hard like a bone. So far, so good.

My dog's breath is practically a deadly weapon, and since she has no concept of personal space, I had to find something that would take the stench down a notch. I originally went with Greenies, and they worked very well, but they're just so expensive that I started looking for a more affordable option. I picked up a small pack of these Pedigree Dentastix through Amazon's PrimeNow app one night, and we have a winner! They smell kind of meaty, so I'm assuming they taste good, and my dog absolutely loves them. She's old, fat, and arthritic, but she starts jumping and dancing the second she hears me open the bag with these Dentastix in it. They're pretty solid, too, but not rock hard or crunchy like a lot of treats, so I feel good about her old teeth being able to handle them. Normally, I'm not a big national brand shopper when it comes to things for my dog. I much prefer options that are less-processed and specifically state that they don't import ingredients from China. However, when it comes to something I can afford to give my dog on a regular basis, I just can't beat this deal. I've now purchased a much bigger package and will be putting Dentastix on subscription through Amazon for regular delivery. Note: I always supervise my dog when she eats anything larger than kibble, and I suggest all dog owners do the same. My dog is apparently 90% pig, so she likes to wolf things down, and that presents a choking hazard. Fortunately, she seems to like to chew these up a bit, so no problems so far, but it's still something to watch for. Since these are hard and need to be crunched a bit, it's best to keep watch over her while she attacks it.

Highly recommend these as a treat and keeping their oral health. We buy these regularly with Kong Large as a care package for displaced dogs. My neighbor fosters a lot of dogs, and every month we get her a nice cushion leash, Dentastix and Kong. Most of the dogs we send this care package to has had their teeth neglected. So it is quite important that they get this dentastix. We did a lot of research and decided on this set of products because they all work very well. Dentastix, Kong and a nice leash for the new owner. PetsLovers 2-Layer Dog Leash - Sturdy Nylon Strap, Padded Handle - 6 Feet Long, 1 Inch Wide KONG Classic Large

The "I" who loves Pedigree Dentastix is a 62 lb. Lab who smiles when she's in trouble. Undoubtedly she uses this to keep her teeth nice and white. Greater impact when she ducks her head, tips it sideways and gives you what looks like a Photoshopped smile... She's right, it works...she never has to sit in the corner! Her teeth really are white and clean all the way to the gum, with just 1 treat daily, at bedtime, then a drink she's ready for bed. (She also gets a large knuckle bone a couple times each month.)

My dogs absolutely love these things. We go through a lot of treats and I try to balance the others with these Dentastix so my dogs' teeth can stay clean, and what says a lot about Dentastix's products versus Greenies is the price for sure. I have a 12 year old Australian Shepherd who needs all the help she can get with reducing the plaque on her soft teeth, and I actually see a difference after giving her one of these, as these dental treats are soft enough to do the job and then even last a minute as a treat too--- A+ for us since she's not thrilled when I brush her teeth. The fact that the company literally always has a coupon on the bags if buying them in stores or printable online shows they care about their customers coming back and I'm into that.
