My roommate got these pans 3-4 years ago. He's a pretty avid cook so I assumed he did a lot of homework with pan buying and didn't skimp on cost. They cook well, have been in both the oven and dishwasher hundreds of times, and they feel sturdy. He informed me that he was moving out so I immediately started preparing to buy $1000+ worth of pans and was researching calphalon and all clad and a host of brands. Then I thought to search for the identical pans that he had. Farberware Millennium- under $100? I couldn't click the buy it now button fast enough. Pans are packed well and the construction/usability doesn't seem to have changed in the past few years. I can't recommend these enough.

After cleaning Farberware pots and pans at church and at friends' homes, it became obvious that my present set was not the quality needed. I was very nervous as I had never used anything that wasn't "Non-stick"; was I ever surprised. Very concerned about all the nonstick pots and pans I previously owned due to scratches and chips, I decided to take the plunge and pay a little more for safety. After the purchase, I followed the advice on the 4 and 5-star reviews of these pots and pans, I began my meal preparation. Nothing stuck on lower heat with just a touch of butter or olive oil and they cleaned up better than nonstick! With multiple fractures just healing in my upper arm, these pans were light enough to lift, yet strong enough to make me feel they were durable. The handles did not get hot enough to use a protector and I literally used every pan in this group. My meal turned out beautifully.

Good pots and pans without the fear of producing toxic fumes known to kill house birds. No special coatings, just good old fashion stainless steel.

When I decided to buy a new set of pots and pans, I feel like I spent weeks researching which ones would be right for me. I wanted something that looked nice but was going to hold up well. These have a unique flair to them and have held up impeccably over the years that I've had them. No non-stick coating or rubber handles to deal with, easy to clean up and heat evenly.

Sturdy and well made. Lids fit well and no dents in anything. They get "discolored" with regular use but if it's superficial and you can fix it with barkeepers friend if it bothers you. Soo nice to work with vs non stick that gets scrached no matter how careful you are.

The pots and pans we had were getting old, scratched, worn out, pitted, and some had small chunks chipped out of the bottoms. They needed replacing. Cookware sets are either incredibly cheap in price (and quality) or incredibly expensive. I found this set on sale for a good price and rolled the dice. They are great for me and my family. At first they looked a lot smaller than my older sets but these have thinner walls and the pots are a little taller instead of short and fat. Very durable and strong, I've had them for several months and they have held up fantastically. No dents or dings, no scratches, no discoloration, looking brand new. They get hot very quickly and have even heat distribution across the entire surface. The pots and pans have a textured cooking area across the bottoms that help with heat distribution and keeping foods from sticking. No oil, no sprays, nothing sticks but I usually use a little bit of butter or a quick splash of oil anyway since it adds flavor. Water boils a lot quicker in these pots than in my older ones. It took a couple mistakes to learn that I need to use lower heat with these than I was used to using. Easy to clean, durable, even after getting dropped I haven't seen anything - not even a sight scratch in the color. Which, the bronze / copper / brown-ish color isn't all that bad. At first I thought it was going to be kind of ugly but it's really not. The lids fit great, there is a rubber(?) sleeve on all of the handles but is fairly short so use pot holders. The plastic spatula and spoon are nice little extras, pretty durable and hold a bit of weight before flexing. If you need a complete set of pots and pans this is a great all-in-one set to buy. Takes a little getting used to, depending on what you're replacing, but a tremendous value and incredibly high quality. They are thinner, they do get and stay hotter and faster than other brands. The nonstick and scratch resistance is very high and they're incredibly easy to clean. A quick rinse with the kitchen sink hose and hot water gets most everything off of them so you don't spend much time scrubbing. Highly recommended, probably would make a great gift too

They looked so nice online I had to have them. When I got them I wasn't disappointed, I bought several of the circulon infinite which r awesome. I did not buy the complete set. So this set finished out my pots & pans. I was able to purchase all pans I needed except 8qt pot. I also wanted a stainless pan for browning meat for gravy. All pans were purchased cause I got an induction burner. These pans work really well on small induction burner. I've read many reviews on them, all I can say is my Nuwave pic holds temperature shown. And it is accurate. U need good quality induction ready pans to get good results. Just cause a magnet sticks doesn't mean u will get good results. These r very good stainless pots & pans. They will last your lifetime. If u want nonstick I recommend the circulon, but the farberware millennium would probably b good. FYI the lids from this set fit pans from circulon. Same mother company Meyer. I've read bad reviews about them but they have a quality product. If u melt a pan by boiling dry, then say u want a new pan. Or perhaps your pan discolors cause u put some acidic foods in it, it will scrub clean. I've had farberware pans for 30yrs and they r still like new. Just not induction ready. And these r nicer then my old ones. I highly recommend!!

I had used this model with non stick skillets before so I had a proven winner. When I tried to purchase this model again for more skillets, I found I could not purchase individual pieces, so I purchased the 10- piece cookwear set. Now I have more than enough pieces to use daily. I find this Farberware Millennium Set to be equal to many of the expensive brands. I would suggest this set to anyone. Very attractive and reliable.

I had a very specific requirement list: stainless steel, non stick, dishwasher and oven safe and these fit all. I got these one day before Thanksgiving so I can say they saw heavy use. I washed them before using them in the dishwasher. No spots, streaks, nothing but shine coming out of the dishwasher. They are heavy and feel very sturdy. They don’t tarnish nor go black with fire. Nothing gets stuck in the inside nor outside. Easy cleaning. Can’t get any easier than wiping them with a paper towel. Great buy!

I cannot say enough about these pans! I have always had Teflon and was leery about the clean up and durability with scratching. Like a review I read, soak and they clean up perfect. I have used Barkeepers friend and they cleaned up perfect, no stripping the film. They also go through my dishwasher and look great, not like Teflon! I have had them for 3 months and I am pleasantly pleased with this product!
