Arrived yesterday. So easy to put together. Took every bit of 15 minutes (took me that long because I kept stopping for a swig of my beer). Yeah, it's made of plastic, but it goes together very solid. The top closed, it makes a very sturdy seat for guests. I store the back and seat cushions for 2 chairs in it, and it is about 1/3rd full. Wife loves it, said "Why did we not get one of these years ago?" I'm a hero.... Well worth the $$ I paid for it, perhaps it will save me the cost of replacing cushions every couple of years like I have been doing.

I love these deck boxes. I don't have a garage and was leaving outdoor furniture in the backyard during the winter. i finally decided to invest in two of these boxes, one for my lower deck and one for my upstairs deck. One arrived damaged and Amazon immediately sent out a replacement even before the damaged one was returned. It was fairly simple to put together and only took about 10 minutes. i store cushions, outdoor tools, grill equipment, etc. they seem to be waterproof but i decided to buy the covers anyway and actually just bought a 3rd box. Loved buying online since my car is really small and there is no way one of these boxes would ever fit. Couldn't be happier! One thing to note, the price seems to fluctuate a bit so if you see it priced around $88.00, buy it .... i believe i purchased closer to $99.00

We ordered this box to put our outdoor patio furniture cushions in. We received it today, and I put it together myself! I took my time, worked slowly, carefully following the directions. I kept going back to the directions, making sure I had identified the correct pieces: top, bottom, and back. I wish the manufacturer had labeled the pieces with the letters that corresponded to the instructions: A, B, C, and D. If they did, I didn't see the letters, and I did look for them. Oh well. Anyway, it took me around 30- 45 minutes to put the box together. I am very pleased with how it looks, and it holds all 12 of our 24x24 chair cushions. In the picture that shows the inside of the box, there are 8 cushions sitting side by side, and then 4 more stacked on top of each other. I didn't have to "cram" the pillows into the box either. The lid closes just fine too. I'm not sure how this box will hold up to our Colorado weather. I have sat on top of the closed box, and it's very sturdy too. I can easily see family and friends sitting on top of the box, for extra seating, throughout the year as well. The box looks lovely on our patio, and it goes very well with our brown wicker/resin patio furniture.

Solid and easy to put together. Took about 15 minutes and that included the 5 minutes reading the directions. Everything snapped together and then three simple screws - finished! Plenty of room for patio cushions and looks great on the deck. Hasn't rained yet, but since there are no open areas, I expect interior to stay dry. Should have bought this years ago. No longer have to take the cushions inside with this convenient storage. Good price, solid and pleased.

It's large and completely plastic. Fits almost all of our outdoor cushions.

Very easy to assemble...just read the enclosed directions - and follow them to the "T"! Meaning - don't assume you can "do it differently" or that you can 'skip a step'. Follow the directions and your deck box will be assembled and ready for use in less then 20 minutes. This deck box can be assembled by only one person - and the only tools I needed were: a razor knife to open the box and a Phillips screwdriver to install three screws. It actually takes longer to take the pieces out of the box and read the directions then it does to actually ASSEMBLE this deck box - it's really that simple. Well constructed, sturdy - and appears it will hold up to the "elements" well.

Needed a storage unit for my patio furniture pillows and this unit is excellent. This is the second one of these I've had - the first I left behind in our last move from PA to TX. It goes together easily, is very sturdy and nearly waterproof. The color and design - brown rattan - matches most rattan furniture on the market. Can be used as a bench too if need be. If placed in direct rain, you should put a plastic bag around your pillows. Can be locked for security also with a small lock (not included)

This deck box is huge! I use it to store my outdoor cushions and toys for the dog and kids. It was easy to put together but the instructions required a little guess work. Only issue I can see is that the lock part doesn't line up perfectly making it very hard to put a lock on it. Luckily I'm just using this to store things so my yard isn't littered with toys and to hold cushions when it rains but if you're purchasing this to lock up items you might have some difficulty. It is waterproof! I've had this a little over a month now and it's been raining constantly. All the contents stored inside the box are perfectly dry.

I live in a high rise in the Midwest with an 8'x20' patio . My patio has Minimal sun but snow and rain can draft in. So, I needed something to survive 100+ and -5 temperatures while giving extra storage space (high rises are not well known in my neck of the woods for their abundance in storage space) and this coffee table fit the bill perfectly! I would give it 5 stars but assemble was a pain in the butt. It looks easy when taken out of the box but the main plastic parts have no labeling of what is considered up or down. (For construction these points are a key component.) it took two people and an embarrassing long amount of time to put the frame together. That's even before we started in with the hardware... Which is also a frustrating point. They ask you to screw in the hardware in really awkward angles in tight spots. This part would be VERY difficult for anyone with arthritis in their hands or back. Also, the points where you need to screw in the screws are not pre-holed. I had to puncture the plastic prior to screwing in some spots. Also, I found it weird that Suncast doesn't have any instructional videos on YouTube. They have this great promo video but nothing beyond that. Total time spent on installation: 45-60 minutes, if you include our breaks for adult beverages and moments of foul mouthing. All in all, I would definitely, 100% buy again but would make sure to have adult beverages on hand.

UPDATE 11/6/17: Evidently hit and miss. This time we got a defective lid and it was a big hassle to return entire box because they refuse to send just a lid. Then, we get another entire box with same issue of curved, warped lid. So, we now know the entire stock is that way. But, we discover the reason: the long, thin bar that stabilizes the lid was cut too long by 1/8" inch on all of them...just enough to force the lid into a curve and not close right. So we had to fix this bar ourselves or remove it. We should have received some kind of compensation for all this hassle and defect. Buyer beware apparently. Previous review: THIS BOX IS THE BEST! We bought for by our pool over 5 years ago and it has never leaked one drop of water into inside despite many winters. The hinge and all still works great. Buying another one now for a different home. It is huge, looks great and lasts. One comment is that only after 5 yrs did it begin to fade from weather very slightly on top in spots where sun would beat down and rain hit. Our window washer gave me a tip to use Pledge (not cleaning kind-regular wax Pledge)-on the top and it restored it like brand new!! He said they use that on all the dk.brown outdoor wicker if it fades a bit and it really worked great.
