Works well, no stick, looks nice. My only concern is no dishwasher. As the dishwasher in our family I have one more thing to wash by hand. Had I known that we would not have bought it.

This is without a doubt the best cookie sheet I have ever had in my 58 years. It is heavy, with no warping, and has a very nice non-stick surface. VERY pleasantly surprised by the superior quality. In fact, I am ordering another one. I bought this for my Oster 6 slice toaster oven, Model TSSTTVMNDG which will also fit a 9 x 13 pan that has no handles. This fit nicely in the oven as it is just slightly smaller than the 9 x 13 pan I use for in the toaster oven.

I make Italian Rainbow cookies - and Lydia Bastianich recommend this size pan, so I had to purchase three of them - one for white, one for green, and one for pink sponge cake to make the cookies. This size is very hard to find. Bakes nicely, doesn't stick (although I always spray a little). Chicago Metallic Commercial is an excellent brand. I am an avid baker, and have many pans of that brand, and keep replacing my OLD bakeware with Chicago Metallic.

I love the Chicago Metallic Commercial II line of products and, most especially, the jelly roll pans (this one included). I'm surprised to see only one other review here as I would assume this to be a very popular product. I use these pans for everything from baking cookies to roasting bacon. I do any number of things on very high heat (500+ degrees) and have never had an issue with warping since they are reinforced with an invisible, heavy gauge wire. I'm very hard on my baking sheets. I toss them around, wash them in the dishwasher, even use a knife to cut things on them and I've never had a problem with the finish. It's exceptionally durable and stands up to my "abuse" beautifully. By way of comparison, I also own baking sheets made by Volrath and Wearever but have had issues with some of them; most notably warping. I also love that Chicago Metallic makes a "small" version of this pan. I don't think you will be disappointed with this purchase.

These are very durable pans. I bought them to make Sicilian style pizza after my other baking sheets warped under the heat and burned the bottom of my pizza due to having to cook the pizza at 550 degrees. I ordered 2 of these on Prime, made my pizza dough (a recipe for Sicilian Pizza is on Serious Eats and it is AWESOME), and while my pizza dough was rising in the fridge, my pans were on the way. When the pans arrived, I could instantly feel the quality by their sheer weight and thickness. My pizza came out so perfectly, I bought nore of these pans in other styles. They do not warp under the heat because the thickness of the pan holds its shape.

This is a great small sheet pan. It's perfect when baking something small, or food for one or two persons. Easy to clean and very sturdy. When I first ordered this pan, the one I received was creased across the center like it was banged hard against something. I returned it for free and asked for a replacement. The replacement arrived before they got the return...which is wonderful in my book. Several days later they posted that they received the return. I recommend this pan highly and also the seller.

I've bought many different brands of bakeware over the years. Now that I know about Chicago Metallic, I can't imagine buying anything else. This pan is heavy enough to hold head and keep temperature uniform. The edges are hefty enough to prevent warping. The non-stick coating really works. Just wipe with a soapy sponge and rinse.

Love these pans...as long as you clean them up after use and don't let anything bake on them for too long, they will stay non-stick and durable for quite some time. Worth the extra investment over standard cookie sheets.

Great product and size! I bought two because I already have the larger sheets. These are just right for lasagna boxes, etc. When you do not need something larger.

I absolutely love this pan. I bought it to fit into my toaster oven. I think I am going to buy larger sizes to use with my full size oven as well. Things just slide off this pan like nothing else I have seen. No greasing necessary. It is a bit heavier than the normal pan, but I don't care!! All you have to do is wipe it with a sponge and perhaps just bit of soap and things clean right off. If it is especially sticky, soak for about 5-10 minutes and use your plastic pan scraper and off it comes! I wouldn't trade this pan for 10 of a different brand!! Tips: Don't let this soak overnight. (You shouldn't need to) Don't use harsh scrubbers. Once again, you shouldn't need to! Only use plastic utensils. Only use plastic scrapers, if needed.
