I bought this for my female betta and I found the tank is perfect and yes if you can try to get a bigger tank for them like a 5 gallon and up but if you don't have enough money and try to get a filter,this can't have a filter but you can take 25% of dirty water and put more clean water .If your two betta fish are small then yes use the divider but if the have a full grown tail it might be two small so just purchase two of these .I also like that it came with coupon for fish stuff ,food, water conditioner ,1 plant, and a pack of rocks.Overall,5 stars BUY IT,I LOVE IT

Great for a temporary tank.

This is just what we needed as a temporary tank while we were on vacation. Our Betta was definitely not used to a smaller home. But, he adjusted just fine. The kit comes with a sampler of Betta food and water cleanser. Perfect for a short stay away from home. It also has rocks and a plant. We used our own river rocks because the rocks that come with it were powdery. Overall, very pleased.

Awesome starter tank

I was pleasantly surprised to find this is an entire kit & not just a tank for $10! The rocks, food, dechlorinator, tree and tank are everything you need for beginner tank for you betta! I just transferred mine into this tank several hours ago from the tiny container he came in at PetSmart and he loves it!

plastic is thicker than the one I bought years ago from a pet store the top or lid fits nicely perfect fit / size for 2 bettas came with food and gravel however I did not use these rocks are very sharp so for safety of the fins I decided not to use but very pleased with purchase I will be buying more because I have 9 bettas

Great value

This is a great starter aquarium for our Betta fish. I love that it includes rocks and a plastic fern. It literally has everything you need except the fish.

Bought this to transport my baby Betta for a long road trip.

I didn't want to leave it with a time released feeder because it was a baby. This arrived in perfect condition and was just as described. I certainly wouldn't keep two adult Bettas in it with the divider. I threw the divider away. It's easy to clean and if you're going to go with something small for ONE BETTA only, this would suffice.
