Very Impressed

Bought this charger to charge my 4s 1500mah lipo batteries for my drone. The balance charger function works amazing and will balance charge my battery in about 40 minutes at 1.5amps. Has many other built in options such as storage mode and is capable of charging other battery types besides lipos. While I guess it is my fault for not reading what connectors came with the charger, my only complaint is that it didn't come with an XT60 connector which was the connector I needed to charge my batteries. I was able to buy a female XT60 connector at my local hobby store and solder it to the two empty wires and it works great. Awesome charger and I highly recommend it!

So Worth It!

With all of the different possible connections, you can charge and maintain all of your batteries. I am using it mostly for Lipo and NiMH, so I programmed my usual batteries and saved it so I can quickly connect and charge. You really can control how fast you want to charge so that’s a bonus as you can safely charge batteries so they will keep a long life. Con: the directions are pretty tough to understand so I recommend looking up this charger online and following the YouTube tutorials. 5-10 minutes later and I was confident that I wouldn’t damage my batteries while charging. Other chargers similar to this one don’t include the power source- not sure why?

Great quality mid level charger

Works great, very reliable and have had no performance issues. This is my first lipo charger and it seems pretty quick for the appropriate battery. Great value! ...But wish I got a higher amperage charger. I am using it with a parallel charging board, but it won't charge past a certain capacity for me without restarting the cycle. It always stops at "5000" even though I have two 5500mAh batteries attached. Probably a safety mechanism. It was still at 8.1v so I just have to stop and restart the charging and it goes to full capacity. If I was a very heavy user I would probably need to upgrade. I think this is all the charger I really need so it is probably best that I didn't shell out for a higher end unit.

Best bang for the buck!!!

This charger exceeded my expectations. Compact, powerful, easy-to-use. Multiple connectors to charge all different types of battery packs, as well the ability to discharge them. I can maintain all of my different types of batteries. Whether they are LiPO batteries, nickel metal hydride, or nickel cadmium batteries. This is an extremely versatile charger as it comes with its own power supply that you can plug into any 120 volt outlet, or it can be connected to a 12 volt automotive battery. Great charger, great price, this charger does it all!

Poor manual, "Chinglish" LOUSY TECH support guy had minimal knowledge. However it is a GREAT unit after you figure out how to use it. I use it ALOT and found a little blower fan helps to keep things cool. One like a notebook cooler blower fan, it directs the air where it is needed, not a "fan." You can get a lot of hints by looking at other user responses for similar looking items. I think the same unit is rebranded under several names, they all look the same. Also check YouTube they talk a lot about this type of unit. :-) they use it for drone charging and RC stuff. Try it you will like it!!!

Now my favorite charger on my bench

Got one the other week. Currently using it to recondition some nicd packs for my work equipment. Bad enough my work device shuts off at 1.17v/cell, and there's no means to discharge further unless you take things apart, but why they're using really cheap nicds for a $10k hand carried device is beyond me. But after a few cycles with this charger I've gotten the full 4,000 mAh back. Using the customizable charge and discharge settings on the individual cells that have been problematic, then running a couple of cycles on the full pack. I'm gonna use this until the tires fall off.

Only charger you will ever need....

This came fast and undamaged. I have 3 chargers now, this one is by far the best one. Very professional packaging and well documented.I have one similar, but this one has all accessory's you would need, every adapter included, including power supply, and adapter if you want to run off of 12v external battery. You can tell the quality just by the weight. Its not going to break if dropped, will likely break what it's dropped on!. I have already used it to charge and balance 3 batteries and I love it! This has all functions you need in a charger, and is easy to configure for different batteries. If I had bought this one first I wouldn't have 3 now, this one does it all. With the price of lipo's I would recommend this product to keep them working for as long as possible, Great product, great price ,great store! See pictures and notice how well it's packaged, and all thats included.

Should have bought this years ago

Anybody who charges a variety of batteries needs this! I was able to bring older lipo batteries that would have cost hundreds to replace back to life that were undercharged with this device. Check out the trick on youtube (charge on the NIMH cycle first for a couple minutes). I am really happy that I bought something that works and has already saved me money. Really like all the different connectors, and that I can charge the battery to exact specs (remember that 1000 mah is equal to 1.0 amps).

Great Charger with some modest research on how to use!

Im not a battery expert, but I have been able to learn a bit on the internet about how to get some of my older batteries back into usable condition. With the help of this charger I was able to do so pretty easily. Its a time consuming process for sure. Discharge/Charge cycling can be a slow process. Particularly the discharge process with this unit. Im not sure if its intentional or not. In any case, I have use this for airsoft batteries and RC batteries, both LIPO and NiMH. The connector options are great. It does not have a Traxxas connector, but luckily I already had one.

Great battery charger for the price!

Awesome Charger! This is my second one just so I can have a few batteries charging at the same time. I personally really like it and how easy it is to setup. I know there are other great chargers out there, but for the price and what it can do, it's well worth the money. I can charge any battery from a LiPo to NiMH, and from time to time a NiCad. It's great that they include everything in this now, including the power cord. A big thumbs up!
