A Must Have For Any Outdoor/Nature Photographer!
Used this rain cover all over Iceland in the winter, and again in Ireland, Scotland, and England during the rainy season. It kept my Nikon safe and dry! I coupled it with a wireless shutter remote and it is even easier to take pictures in the rain and snow. The fabric and construction is extremely durable, as I took it all over in my suitcase, camera bag, or carry on. I haven't had any issues with leaks or tears. It is an awesome product for anyone who shoots in the rain. I will be taking it with me this year to Indonesia as well!

Great product, low price
I got this rain cover about 5 months ago and didn't particularly like it. It is huge and doesn't work well with short lenses or lenses that extend. That's a lot of lenses. But, I recently got the new Tamron 70-200 G2 lens. The lens is a fixed ~8IN long, which is perfect for this rain cover. I took it out in a downpour this evening and it worked like a champ. My Canon 80D and the G2 are both weather sealed, but I wouldn't take them out in the rain without the rain cover. Too much water, then you are dealing with fungus (I assume, since I don't ever plan to let that happen). In any event, the rain cover did well. The camera/lens stayed dry. Its probably obvious, but I used the lens hood. That combo not only kept the camera and lens dry, but not even a drop got on the glass. Eventually my hands got moist, but I still had my arms attached to my hands, so water is going to eventually get there. The second most important point is I could still use the camera easily-- though live view was better than the viewfinder. To stress it a bit, I tried video. I expected a huge muffling sound, but that was overwhelmed by the rain drop sounds. Overall, this is a great product at a low price. Even if you only use it once a year, if you have a 70-200 lens (Canon, Nikon, Tamron, Sigma) it would be a good idea to have on hand.

Surprised it is this inexpensive
It's easy to use and more durable than some other plastic bags they market as covers. This is similar to the more expensive ones. No, it doesn't have the fitted eyepiece but the simplicity of it is part of the magic and it folds up easily to go in the bag. You can see all your controls as the bad and top are clear plastic. Thanks for making this less expensive alternative. It's great. I used with a D5 and a way too long 200-500mm Nikon lens for horse racing and it was short but it wasn't advertised for lenses that long. It was pouring so I just wanted to make sure most of the lens and all the body were covered. Success. If you have 70-200 or 300mmm you will be fine.

A Great Quality Product
I live and photograph landscapes in the Colorado and Northern Rocky Mountains where the climate can get extremes in snow and cold, then in the summer it is rain . . . This camera cover is large enough to completely cover my D810 and up to my 70-200mm lens as well as the lower mm prime lenses I use such as the 20mm and 85mm, though there is much excess bulky material when shorter lenses are used.. The draw closures on the front tightens up around the lens hood protecting the lens barrel and the camera housing, and still leaves room to manipulate the lens focus and zoom by reaching through the enclosure of the cover without too much restriction. The clear plastic back allows good viewing of the camera controls and the LCD when using live view, but I have noticed there are creases now starting to show if you don't protect the clear plastic by making sure it does not fold or bend when putting it away, keep it flat. It is relatively easy to place your camera inside BEFORE you put it on the tripod (having a good ArcaSwiss ball head and L bracket makes it easier to mount on your tripod) so you can make any adjustments before your strap your camera and cover down completely. The hand holes are a little snug, and I find most times I dont use them except if it is really extreme snow or rain. It is much easier to lift the clear plastic back and allows better access to the camera and controls as well as viewing on the LCD screen. Need to lift the rear cover to fine focus anyway, so why bounce back and forth with hand holes and lifting the cover . . . This is a great addition to your camera bag if you find yourself in poor or bad conditions, OR if you want to be able to get out there in all weather conditions. I recommend having one "just in case" . .

Works like a charm
I purchased this item because I was tasked to photo document my daughters field trip at a local farm. The forecast called for rain and I didn't want to chance ruining my camera so I bought this item to help keep my camera out of the rain during the field trip. It worked perfectly. I used this item with a Canon 80D and a 24-70mm Canon lens with the lens hood. One thing to note, this item is best suited for long lenses with the hood because the jacket that covers the lens uses a Velcro strap to secure itself onto your camera lens. My camera and lens remained dry during the entire field trip and we did get some rain showers which didn't affect my ability to keep snapping photos.

Great product/value
I'm a commercial photographer who has to shoot in rain/snow just a few times a year. In the past I've improvised protection for my camera/lens by using an old wp nylon rain shell draped over my tripod-mounted camera, and it has "worked" (no damage, got the shots). But managing the jacket while shooting has always been a pain, and not all that responsible a way to treat ~$5k of equipment, even though it's weather sealed (Nikon D800 with f/2.8 24-70mm lens). So I finally decided to invest in a real rain cover. I was amazed to find such a wide range of prices, especially given the apparent similarity of design. This one looked about as good as others costing over $100, so I figured I'd give it a try. I am not disappointed. I've shot in two snowy/sleety sessions with it and have been very pleased. It's easy to manage/use, keeps out the rain and snow perfectly while allowing easy access and ventilation for the camera, and seems to be well made. I don't see any reason to spend more. I also got a 2-pack of the OP/Tech 18" rainsleeves for $6. For $3 each, they are not a bad "emergency" solution. But it seems like they would be very easy to puncture and might steam up. I also find the inside diameter a bit snug on my camera, and that the lens opening end did not grip my lens hood well. I had to loop the drawstring over the side petals of the hood, and was worried about the extra plastic entering the field of view. I am much happier with the $20 cover here.

Works good with 1D MK IV
I've added pictures to show the nice fit, even using a 300mm telephoto with Wimberly head. This rain coat rocks! You'll see various views, even using the back lifted up as I like to get close to the camera for viewing through the viewfinder. There are all of the possibilities available with this rain cover. I did not use the hands through the side access sleeves as that is too clinical unless there were buckets of rain coming down. At some point, you just have to decide for yourself and keeping the camera dry is what this rain coat does very well. The strap inside the lens sleeve seems to be in the way and I'm considering cutting it off as a nuisance.

Easy to use does the job
I finally tested this thing with my 6D and it worked well. I am giving it 5 stars for the following reasons: Price - Most pro covers/ boxes can be 50-500! This does its job reasonably well. Ease of use: It is essentially a bag that you fit over your camera that provides a viewing area and open end for your lense Results: It kept my camera dry. Tips: Keep your lens cap on until you have the cover on and read. Use a hood if you have one to give it that extra protection and filter. The viewing area is not completely clear as it is a thick plastic material, do not expect tack sharp focus on manual lens. I would suggest focusing at infinity or using auto focus and then locking focus to manual if you are shooting a landscape or scene. I always consider pricing when it comes to my reviews. Is this a top of the line product with bells and whistles ? No! It gets the job done. I would not recommend this for everyday use and it is NOT for underwater photography. Its a nicely designed rain cover.

Really nice addition to my bag.
It works perfectly. I took a few shots in the rain the other day, after this product just sitting and waiting for such a day, and I'm satisfied. I remember my first thoughts when it came in were, do I need the left hand opening? All my most used controls are on the right side, surely it'd be a smaller form factor if that weren't there. However, I learned very quickly that having that opening allowed me to focus the camera and zoom. I had forgotten my lens hood, so rain did end up on the lens at one point, but in the future I won't forget. I'm so glad I have this because I've decided to get out and do more bad weather photos, so this is helpful.
