I have had this slow cooker/server set for years and just ordered a second one. I have a family of four and occasionally on Saturday nights we will do a 'Culture Night' (as my 12 year old calls it!). This past one I did Italian night, the week before I did 'Chinese Night' with all kinds of appetizers and lo mein. These little cookers keep things like ravioli to meatballs and lo mein etc etc etc perfectly warm, also safe as under cover (we have dogs..). I just had an idea to do Thanksgiving like this (hence the second one I just ordered) where everyone can decide what they want instead of a big cluttered table of food that goes cold. As I said, I have had this thing for years and it has always worked well. It's super easy-just plug in and decide how warm you want everything to be on the dial. The crock inserts go right into the dishwasher (I would recommend letting them cool prior to washing as they are ceramic). Occasionally (like the meatball one this past weekend) I will fill with soapy water and let sit overnight. As a long time owner of this, I highly recommend it!

Bought for a "soup and sandwich" themed party, this buffet is awesome! Heated everything up quickly, evenly, and is the perfect size for soup, appetizers, or main dishes. It's not so large that the "bowls" look empty, or too small that it barely fits anything for a party. Worth the purchase.

There is nothing I dislike about this slow cooker buffet. 1. I love that fact that I can three things at the same time a whole meal. 2. Real easy to clean just put it in the bottom of dishwasher after soaking it a little. 3. It fits perfectly in the space on the counter I have back issues so cleaning and putting it up when not using is not an option for me, 4. Because of my back issues I cannot stand in kitchen very long to cook anything, so this is perfect for me I just have to occasionally get up and stir the contents so they don’t stick. I will definitely recommend this to anyone who either has problems cooking due to any health issues or that doesn’t have time to stay in the kitchen to cook. Also great for big gatherings my friend has one similar to this one and she uses it for all her get togethers.

I bought 2 sets for my holiday dinners, no more juggling to keep various foods warm or cook. I used one to warm spiral ham cut off the bone, cooked my candied sweet potato’s, kept my mashed potatoes perfect for several hours as we exchanged gifts. The second set I used to keep turkey at proper temps, as well as two veggies. We served buffet style for 14 , clean up was a breeze with disposable liners. We even stored leftovers in liners, no serving dishes or plastic containers for leftovers.

What a great product !! I'm so pleased with how good this unit works and the cleanup is super easy. The meatballs stayed nice and hot, but did not try out, the lil weiners perfect warm, and the Queso dip required very little attention. The separate little 2 1/2 qt crock pots made it so convenient. This will come in very handy with family functions, gatherings or just when you need to fix a meal that may be on pause Ü

I was worried when I got this but it works perfectly.... they say a picture is worth 1000 words.... there are 2

I absolutely love this slow-cooker/warmer. I use it two or three times a week to feed my family of five or larger groups of company up to 30+ folks. It's an ideal way to serve meals to a crowd. Here are some of the meals I've used it for: - Baked potato bar: Cook the potatoes in the oven and serve the toppings (Broccoli, grilled chicken, white cheddar sauce, etc.) from this server. - Pasta bar: Boil penne pasta in a large stock pot on the stove, and let your guests choose their sauce from the server: Meat marinara, Garlic alfredo with chicken and aspargus, or Vegan vodka arrabiata - BBQ pulled pork: Toast some buns on the side and fill them pulled pork from the slow cooker. I cook a butt or shoulder cut in root beer all day in slow cooker on low, then shred it and hour before my guests arrive, dump the juices and return it to the warmer, cover it with BBQ sauce, and mix well. Put some green beans and mashed potatoes in the other two warmers and you have yourself the perfect summer meal for a crowd. - Fajitas: Saute the steak, onions and peppers ahead of time, and transfer to a slow cooker. Put beans in another one and spanish rice in the third. warm you tortillas as guests arrive and let them help themselves. - Nachos: Chili in one, ground beef with jalapenos in the next, nacho cheese sauce in the third. A giant bowl of tortilla chips on the side. Everyone's favorite Game Day fare. - Breakfast: Thanks to this warmer, I'm now able to scramble eggs, fry my sausage and broil my potatoes before I start on the pancakes/waffles/french toast/whatever, and I no longer have to risk burning the bread because I'm a terrible multi-tasker. I just transfer the side dishes to the warmer while I focus on the main dish. One highlight I especially appreciate is the ideal size of the pots. They fit in the dishwasher and they also look lovely as regular serving dishes when I transfer them out of the warmer onto the dining room table. Of course the unit itself is ideal for a buffet meal, but I don't always want to serve my food buffet style, so I like the flexibility of placing them on the table (on a trivet) and having them look right at home. I recommend this warmer for anyone who loves hosting a crowd.

This is really very nice. One crock holds a lot of food and I love that the crocks are removable. They're heavy though and I'm not a large person - it takes two of us to move the box to put it away for next time. The day I got it, I took the unit out of the box and placed it on my kitchen floor. I filled each unit with plenty of hot water and in turn, put it on each setting for several hours. No smells, nothing - perfect! I then washed & dried each crock really well. The day of my party we filled it with shredded pork, chicken and beef and it truly fit the bill. To be honest, had I been able to afford it, I wouldn't even have looked at this TRU brand. I would've found the Crock Pot triple buffet server my sister has. Alas, my wallet prohibited that and I could only afford the TRU. I am really really happy I did. I definitely this TRU Triple Buffet Server whether you're thin or flush. I don't have a single complaint about it except that I can't carry it by myself - but I probably couldn't carry that Crock Pot my sister has either.

Bought it for Thanksgiving, good size for my family get together (16+people) used it for keeping my mashed potatoes, green beans, and mac n cheese warm. Delivery guy was careful in bringing it to my door step, packaging was solid. Had no trouble using it right away.

I was a little leery of getting this product at first because of the lack of Amazon reviews and one of them not being very good. That being said I am very happy I took a risk and bought this product after reading almost 70 positive reviews for the same product on the Khol's website. This buffet server arrived with my amazon prime in two day's time with absolutely no imperfections. The ceramic containers hold a LOT of food; I have used the item twice for parties of 40 plus people (with food left over). I used it to keep chicken and beef warm (each container holds about 4 pounds of fajitas) and the third container held a lot of rice and beans. The individual knobs to keep food warm are wonderful, they have three levels of heat. The food is warmed quickly on the hottest level and food keeps warm without a problem; I have not had any food burn and the food was kept warm for about four hours. People commented on the functionality and attractiveness of the product and I cannot help but gush about what a great bargain this item is; the cost is minimal really if you consider how much time and effort it saves you when entertaining; just put the food in it and walk away. There are no worries about serving your guests cold food anymore. Love the glass lids, no, they do not seal tightly but when people are serving themselves the lids are pretty much off anyway. Love that you can just store the food in the ceramic lidded containers in the fridge after the party. They wash very, very easily and food comes right off. The electrical cord is on the shorter end definitely but if you place it by a plug it is not an issue. All in all I am extremely happy with the product and really glad I bought it. This would be a great gift for anyone who does any sort of entertaining. The box is indeed a bit big and on the heavier side, it is about three feet long and I am guessing in the twenty something pound range.
